[Scott Ferguson] 12:38:24

But first, what’s your favorite color? And why?

[jocelynjones] 12:38:25

You know it changes. I love green because it’s the color of the earth, but lately I’ve been very attractive to Orange, and I really don’t know why.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:38:29

Yes.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:38:34

Or just fun. Oh.

[jocelynjones] 12:38:36

Just it just wakes me up, you know I go orange, and I’ve been putting it in the house, and I’m putting it in the garden, and you know I just want orange flowers, and you know

[Scott Ferguson] 12:38:45

Bob, it love it so can we get to the roots, cause people just don’t become an acting teacher that are able to teach the names that are on.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:38:56

No, your website, you know, people just don’t say, Oh, look at me, teacher, follow me!

[jocelynjones] 12:38:57

Oh!

[Scott Ferguson] 12:39:01

You know you. There was obviously some, you know, hills to climb, and some valleys to go through, and I’d love to hear about that

[jocelynjones] 12:39:08

Okay. Great. I’m gonna do this as concisely as I can.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:39:12

You’re fine.

[jocelynjones] 12:39:12

I was. I was raised on the east coast on the Hudson River Valley, which has a lot of artist communities, and I was my both of my parents were artists.

[jocelynjones] 12:39:22

My father was an actor. He started on Broadway. He ended in Hollywood you know they pulled all those Broadway actors out to La, because, you know, they needed them.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:39:31

Right.

[jocelynjones] 12:39:31

Television was exploding. My mother was a photographer and a landscape architect, and I would, you know, artists in the sixties, you know, they kind of put their kids on the planet and said go.

[jocelynjones] 12:39:41

And there was not a lot of parental involvement, and I was a lonely kid and kind of sad, and couldn’t figure out where there was leadership, and so I lived in the woods.

[jocelynjones] 12:39:57

We lived in woods, and so I would play in the woods, and I gained a very strong attachment to nature.

[jocelynjones] 12:40:05

Really like much nature, that with my advisor and within my, you know, adventure in the woods, this relationship became my connection to spirit.

[jocelynjones] 12:40:18

I could literally be guided by. I could ask questions, and I could hear answers you know, the first time I was walking to school, and I was, you know, it’s a couple of days before my birthday.

[jocelynjones] 12:40:29

You know I was going. I don’t understand why my parents don’t.

[jocelynjones] 12:40:33

You know love me, I mean what? What’s the matter with me?

[jocelynjones] 12:40:36

What happened here I came. I have gifts to give.

[jocelynjones] 12:40:39

I wanna you know. And and I I got this concept, which is, well, we’re here, and we might have to be in.

[jocelynjones] 12:40:50

And that communication, that trust and faith in that own inner voice, my own inner voice guided me through my life.

[jocelynjones] 12:40:57

So, being raised with artists is a blessing, and then it had that sadness.

[jocelynjones] 12:41:02

But those sadnesses, you know we overcome and those are the things that make us the person that we are, that we become, you know, so I didn’t want to be an actor. I became an actor.

[jocelynjones] 12:41:12

That’s a long story. I thought one actor in the family was enough, but evidently not.

[jocelynjones] 12:41:17

I loved acting, but you know I have a kind of a mind I like puzzles, and so I really studied the structure and the techniques of acting, because I knew it wasn’t just about, you know, learning the lines and saying aligns and pretending to be you know, I knew there was

[Scott Ferguson] 12:41:35

Great, sure.

[jocelynjones] 12:41:35

Other other things involved. And then, you know, I became. I always knew I would be a teacher I it was in me I think, if you’re you know, in educator, a teacher, you know you have the desire to uplift people, you know that’s in you and if you follow that path it.

[jocelynjones] 12:41:53

Will lead you to where you need to be. So I started teaching, and my classes were always full.

[jocelynjones] 12:41:59

I knew that teaching was not about you. It was not about ego.

[jocelynjones] 12:42:03

It’s not about the teacher, although a lot of the acting classes I went to, there was this very Guru teacher, kind of a thing, and I really resented that, and I thought it was really bad for the students.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:42:09

Of course. Sure.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:42:15

Right.

[jocelynjones] 12:42:15

And your job is to like, uplift them. So what are you doing with that?

[Scott Ferguson] 12:42:17

Right. Well, I’m getting you ready for the sharks out there, it’s like I just wanna learn an art. Right?

[jocelynjones] 12:42:19

And

[jocelynjones] 12:42:22

Yeah, yes, exactly. That’s just nonsense, you know.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:42:24

Yeah, right.

[jocelynjones] 12:42:26

So I tried to teach with encouragement and kindness, and I was very good at teaching technique.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:42:33

Hmm.

[jocelynjones] 12:42:33

Well, after you teach technique, you know I have actors who’ve been with you for 20 years after you teach technique.

[jocelynjones] 12:42:40

They need something else. And that’s inspiration. So the same, it’s really about questions Scott.

[jocelynjones] 12:42:45

It’s about questioning yourself like that child who is walking to school that day before her birthday.

[jocelynjones] 12:42:52

As a question, why? Why? Why? Why do I not have this connection?

[Scott Ferguson] 12:42:56

Right.

[jocelynjones] 12:42:56

And I got an answer. So I’m very big on meditative practice journaling practices, things that will take you within so that you can kind of breathing into your heart just breathing into your heart 2 3 times is an extraordinary exercise, because you’re spirit.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:43:01

Right.

[jocelynjones] 12:43:15

Is there, you know. So you breathe into your heart and ask questions, in a in a meditative space, because meditation creates space and things come in from the ether.

[jocelynjones] 12:43:27

The answer comes in from. Sometimes it feels without, sometimes it feels within, and you know the beautiful thing Scott is is that still many of us are going after this same message in different ways from sports people to the people that you have on your show.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:43:29

Yes.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:43:41

Yes.

[jocelynjones] 12:43:46

You had a guy about education and parroting recently he was fabulous.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:43:50

Yeah.

[jocelynjones] 12:43:52

We were all talking about the same thing which is being coming.

[jocelynjones] 12:43:54

The best person that you can be, and I think people are starving for it.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:43:59

Yes.

[jocelynjones] 12:44:00

Because we’re living in a world that we don’t really agree with.

[jocelynjones] 12:44:02

We don’t want to be with these disagreement.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:44:05

Sure.

[jocelynjones] 12:44:05

You know this, this separations and such? We we don’t, we want.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:44:07

Right.

[jocelynjones] 12:44:10

We know that people need to be kind. We know that manners need to return.

[jocelynjones] 12:44:13

We know that that’s our best self moving forward, and that we change the world in them.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:44:15

Absolutely.

[jocelynjones] 12:44:18

So.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:44:18

And I love that. It sounds to me like a lot of what you have is guts and intuition let me ask some that intuition that really first noticed in the woods, you know, that was telling you.

[jocelynjones] 12:44:29

Yes.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:44:30

Does that follow you around through life and keep you curious?

[jocelynjones] 12:44:33

It does. It does. And and that’s what I wanted to teach others like, you know, the idea was to make a leap from teaching actors to teaching people who are lost, you know, because they want to level up their lives.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:44:46

Just want to level up their lives. They know there’s something

[jocelynjones] 12:44:50

That’s perfect. That’s exactly right. And they want to.

[jocelynjones] 12:44:54

And that to themselves. They want to know. They want to have an idea of.

[jocelynjones] 12:44:59

Where am I going to feel a little lost? People are feeling a little lost, and I want to say the answers are in you, and you can use these same techniques that artists use to find the artist in you because you know what Scott there is an artist.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:45:01

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:45:04

Yeah, that is awesome. Sure.

[jocelynjones] 12:45:13

In everyone, everyone, in your first masterpiece is your life?

[Scott Ferguson] 12:45:13

Everybody. Yeah, thank you for saying that cause I can’t draw stick, figure, right, or act for anything which I mean, I shouldn’t say that I have been on like little stuff, but the but it there’s something that was in there, you know, and and I I needed someone like you back then to help me Flex.

[jocelynjones] 12:45:19

No.

[jocelynjones] 12:45:27

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:45:31

My intuition, muscle, and follow the stuff, you know.

[jocelynjones] 12:45:32

Yes, yes, yes, yes.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:45:35

That’s what you do. So if you’re working with somebody, maybe they’re they’re coming to you.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:45:40

And you know they’re they’re saying, oh, I really need to level up my life in in this or within acting.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:45:45

Is there any secret sauce at the start in the discovery process?

[Scott Ferguson] 12:45:48

If you don’t mind sharing to maybe help them identify or bring to the surface their blind spots

[jocelynjones] 12:45:55

Yeah. You know, there’s a question that my father asked me as a child, and it became, you know, Cornerstone to my life.

[jocelynjones] 12:46:02

This question, which is, if you could have? Because the rebellious teenager and I was sort of off the walls and my dad kind of sat me down one day and said, Listen, Josie, if you could have anything in the world barring all Obstacles, or no obstacle you can

[Scott Ferguson] 12:46:06

Hmm.

[jocelynjones] 12:46:18

have it, what is it? And it, you know, really makes you think do you know how many people can’t answer that question?

[Scott Ferguson] 12:46:22

So it does

[Scott Ferguson] 12:46:25

Right. Thank you. Yes.

[jocelynjones] 12:46:25

You know, people who are very far along in their careers, and they go I don’t know, Joshua, I said.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:46:31

Right.

[jocelynjones] 12:46:35

Well, I want you to think about that. And I want you to journal about that. Really.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:46:35

Right? Yes.

[jocelynjones] 12:46:37

No obstacles. What is it let’s get really honest with that question.

[jocelynjones] 12:46:42

If you could have anything in the world

[Scott Ferguson] 12:46:42

I fight. I find so many people like they have goals, but goals are finite, but with my with my coaching I helps set up that vision cause vision.

[jocelynjones] 12:46:50

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:46:54

You can latterly move and and adjust it where goals are a goal and that I’m sure you, finding that out with an actor that says I’m Tip.

[jocelynjones] 12:46:59

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:47:02

I’m put this like on a grand scale. I want to win an Oscar right right.

[jocelynjones] 12:47:05

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, that’s a that’s a fantasy.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:47:06

But like the or let me, let’s level that down right?

[jocelynjones] 12:47:11

That’s a I taught in the yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:47:12

Let’s level it down. I want to be called in for auditions but let’s level it down. Not even Oscar, but that like that, just getting to that is a goal.

[jocelynjones] 12:47:18

Yeah.

[jocelynjones] 12:47:23

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:47:23

But what is beyond that like? What do you see? Is that what you really try to pull out of your clients?

[jocelynjones] 12:47:29

Well, you know I do it. My clients are actors, so I do.

[jocelynjones] 12:47:34

Within the acting it’s like you have this part.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:47:35

Oh, got it!

[jocelynjones] 12:47:38

I work with people after now I work with people after they’ve booked the big movie, and they come.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:47:42

That’s awesome.

[jocelynjones] 12:47:43

And they say, you know they go. What what you know. What should I do? You know?

[jocelynjones] 12:47:47

What should I do with this part to make the biggest to get the Oscar?

[Scott Ferguson] 12:47:50

Right.

[jocelynjones] 12:47:51

And you know my first questions are internal. They’re like, wh, why, why do you think this part came to you?

[Scott Ferguson] 12:47:59

Right.

[jocelynjones] 12:47:59

Why? Why now? In your life, what’s going on in your life?

[jocelynjones] 12:48:04

That this part landed which I could then translate to anybody in the world.

[jocelynjones] 12:48:09

What’s going on in your life that this experience just happened to you.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:48:10

Thank you. Yes.

[jocelynjones] 12:48:15

And what do you have for this part that nobody else has same translation?

[jocelynjones] 12:48:20

What do you in life have to offer? The nobody else has to offer, and so, you know, those exercises are in the book.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:48:23

Yeah.

[jocelynjones] 12:48:30

I mean, there’s a whole series of questions about where it goes.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:48:31

Sure.

[jocelynjones] 12:48:33

These are the questions the actors acting, asking, and these are the same way that you would apply those questions to your life.

[jocelynjones] 12:48:38

So actors have. Where am I? So people should ask, Where do I want to be?

[jocelynjones] 12:48:43

You know, and then so it it just translates like that.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:48:43

Of it.

[jocelynjones] 12:48:48

It blows my mind that it’s same process, no matter what it is.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:48:48

Wow! It goes back, and they bounce off each other.

[jocelynjones] 12:48:52

But first you have to know what you want. But you said something really interesting to me about that.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:48:55

It’s okay.

[jocelynjones] 12:48:59

The goal and the what’s the difference between the goal?

[jocelynjones] 12:49:02

And I have a whole chapter on that in the book. That exact topic, that a goal, you know.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:49:05

Hmm.

[jocelynjones] 12:49:08

Do you have many goals? That? Okay? So for you know, you’re very complimentary to me.

[jocelynjones] 12:49:14

I’m 72 years old, and I just published my first book so and I’m just, you know, producing my first series independently.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:49:18

Blown away.

[jocelynjones] 12:49:25

So these things can happen later in life. So the vision is to write a book about how acting technique can help someone in their life create their life right?

[Scott Ferguson] 12:49:36

Love it we’re all acting anyways, in a sense.

[jocelynjones] 12:49:36

That was my, that was my vision. That was my good, exactly, and the goals became chapter one.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:49:40

Yeah, yeah.

[jocelynjones] 12:49:44

The goals became, you know, find out about publishing the gold.

[jocelynjones] 12:49:48

They were all there were assign goals that led to that, and this is also in the book.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:49:52

Right.

[jocelynjones] 12:49:54

A whole chapter on on the structure of this there are a 1,000 goals that lead to that vision, and then on underneath the goals are the steps. Okay?

[jocelynjones] 12:50:02

To get my stag card. I have to do this, this, this and this.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:50:05

Right.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:50:07

Right, that’s it’s the alignment I love.

[jocelynjones] 12:50:08

So it’s that’s the that’s the pyramid.

[jocelynjones] 12:50:12

Yeah, that’s the alignment

[Scott Ferguson] 12:50:13

It, love it so maybe if you’re starting to work with somebody is there they can meet we’re still in the discovery period a little bit.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:50:23

Is there any good question that you wish they would ask you?

[Scott Ferguson] 12:50:25

I never do

[jocelynjones] 12:50:27

That’s a good question.

[jocelynjones] 12:50:31

You know a question for me? Hmm! I can’t think of anything except I want them to be open, and you know here’s an interesting thing when you give space to someone by way, really listening to them.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:50:43

Yeah.

[jocelynjones] 12:50:50

And I’ve watched your shows. And you’re an incredible interview with great care.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:50:54

Thank you.

[jocelynjones] 12:50:55

And who knows how to create space and you create that space by really listening by having a real interest in that moment on what’s going on.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:51:05

I’m being selfish because I want to learn. But thank you. That’s the biggest compliment ever. Thank you.

[jocelynjones] 12:51:05

So, if you well, but you know, if you do that as a as a coach, a as a teacher, as an educator, you create space for the person to be who they are, they will immediately feel that, and they will rise to their best self, just by just by listening just by really caring and

[Scott Ferguson] 12:51:24

That is awesome. Wow!

[jocelynjones] 12:51:31

Acknowledging. You’re a person. I’m a person

[Scott Ferguson] 12:51:33

That’s that’s beautiful, that that you said that because and I I just really believe in, even with my coaching clients, which is overlapped in my life.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:51:42

And you know I’m 50 now, and there’s a lot of things I and that half time, with what I call it, and it’s just I.

[jocelynjones] 12:51:48

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:51:51

Once I started listening with me. Mean, like really getting into it, you know, like when someone’s telling me someone there’s a client or a friend, you know, and like you just said I’m gonna use creating space for the rest of my life right now, just because I see i’ve heard it before but the way you put

[jocelynjones] 12:52:02

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:52:05

It is absolutely beautiful. So thank you. Have you seen the movie back to the future?

[Scott Ferguson] 12:52:12

You never have. Okay? So it’s Michael J. Fox.

[jocelynjones] 12:52:12

Okay, yes, I know. Yup, yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:52:16

He goes back in time blah blah blah! Right?

[Scott Ferguson] 12:52:19

So we’ll get that to Laurie with with Michael, with Marty Mcfly right we’ll go back to the Double.

[jocelynjones] 12:52:23

Okay.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:52:25

Do the 2022 year old. No, Johnson, which I can’t believe is 50 years ago, but the 22 year old Joshua, is there any knowledge?

[jocelynjones] 12:52:34

Wow!

[Scott Ferguson] 12:52:35

I guess. So we call him here time, Chante, that you might.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:52:38

Not change anything, because you’re saying you have a people, daughter, cramp baby what?

[Scott Ferguson] 12:52:43

Not right, but maybe to help her shorten her learning curve or blast through. Maybe just a little bit

[jocelynjones] 12:52:47

Yeah, yeah. I’ll go back to creating space, you know, when we’re young, we’re just ruled by our hormones and our thinking where there’s so much thinking going on, is he?

[Scott Ferguson] 12:53:00

Yes, right?

[jocelynjones] 12:53:02

Gonna like me if I wear this shirt I think he’ll like me.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:53:05

Right.

[jocelynjones] 12:53:05

It’s he gonna call, is she? She doesn’t like me.

[jocelynjones] 12:53:08

I’m gonna get an app, you know. Whatever it is.

[jocelynjones] 12:53:11

We and I was tremendously insecure. But because I’m from New York, I you know you wouldn’t know that the only way you know that

[Scott Ferguson] 12:53:19

You wouldn’t know it, because the facade people can put on especially I have to interchange because I moved to South floor on the east coast.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:53:27

Yeah, 5, 95 quarter comes down here right?

[Scott Ferguson] 12:53:32

And I’m from the Midwest, where, when I meet you one day when I’m on the left coast, I’m gonna give you a hug and whatnot.

[jocelynjones] 12:53:38

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:53:38

I’m sure you’ll reciprocate and whatnot.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:53:41

But here, when I would meet people, I’d go to give them a hunch and be like, Get the hell away from me like, what are you doing?

[jocelynjones] 12:53:43

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:53:44

And so me being curious, I did a deep dive and said, Why aren’t these people like right?

[Scott Ferguson] 12:53:53

And they come to find out a lot of the people there.

[jocelynjones] 12:53:53

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:53:56

They live on top of each other. That’s so populated that they just need their space.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:54:00

So that’s what I would do is like, give them their space like you say, create that space of comfort, and then, next thing you know, some of my best friends are from Brooklyn I’m getting invited for the best Italian dinners.

[jocelynjones] 12:54:05

Yup!

[Scott Ferguson] 12:54:10

Hogs, kisses on both cheeks from the moms.

[jocelynjones] 12:54:10

Yup, yeah. Yeah. For the New Yorker thing. We need New Yorkers, like, you know, you can tell, because we relax our limbs, we drop our limbs.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:54:12

That’s fantastic. So thank you for for saying that, you know.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:54:17

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:54:24

Yes, right?

[jocelynjones] 12:54:26

We, and we look like I’m I’m so cool, you know.

[jocelynjones] 12:54:30

You don’t get. I ask me if I care. I don’t care.

[jocelynjones] 12:54:34

I’m so cool. So we fain this kind of relaxation.

[jocelynjones] 12:54:39

So if I was to talk to myself at 22, I would say, learn how to meditate.

[jocelynjones] 12:54:44

Journal create space? Because when you’re in the moment, you have nothing but space, the entire universe is your space.

[jocelynjones] 12:54:53

When you are truly in the moment, actors want to act in the moment everybody’s talking about.

[jocelynjones] 12:54:59

How do I be in the moment? How do you be in the moment?

[Scott Ferguson] 12:55:01

Oh, my! Gosh! Dude

[jocelynjones] 12:55:02

I mean, I have entire chapters on it. One of them is to observe without judgment, Scott.

[jocelynjones] 12:55:08

Imagine if we were taught as children how to observe without judgment.

[jocelynjones] 12:55:13

Really take things in and discover for yourself what’s going on there.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:55:21

Wow!

[jocelynjones] 12:55:21

We’re not taught that we’re taught to observe and compare it to every, the entire bank of our knowledge and compare it to this one or that.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:55:27

Yeah.

[jocelynjones] 12:55:28

We’re taught to compare. We’re taught to judge.

[jocelynjones] 12:55:31

Somehow we feel that makes us safe. But

[Scott Ferguson] 12:55:32

That is incredible that you said that because so many people have a foot in the future foot in the past, and they pissed all over the present. Right?

[jocelynjones] 12:55:41

Yeah, exactly.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:55:42

But what you just said about when you live in the moment the entire universe is yours, like you can control your desktop

[jocelynjones] 12:55:47

Yes.

[jocelynjones] 12:55:49

You can manifest anything.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:55:52

Got it that that’s beautiful. Thank you so much. So

[jocelynjones] 12:55:54

And particular. If you have faith in it, you know, part of it is to.

[jocelynjones] 12:55:58

I want to restore Faith Scott, but you know faith is Dicey, because then we roll over into religion, and God knows we don’t.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:56:04

Religion, Right.

[jocelynjones] 12:56:06

We don’t want to do that. Faith and religion have nothing to do with anything.

[jocelynjones] 12:56:10

Religion should be a reflection of the personal faith. So how do we restore personal faith?

[Scott Ferguson] 12:56:13

Absolutely.

[jocelynjones] 12:56:18

We restore faith in ourselves, and we can trust ourselves that we can come to the moment that we can observe without judgment that we can help each other, that we can be our best selves.

[jocelynjones] 12:56:27

You know, in the book I talk about. What are your visions?

[jocelynjones] 12:56:31

You want to vision where you are contributing, you want to contribute.

[jocelynjones] 12:56:35

If we all begin to contribute, instead of buck up against each other, you know we’ll we’ll do.

[jocelynjones] 12:56:42

Will survive will be what we need to do to save the planet and just to put humanity on an uplifting course, because, you know, I remember when we wanted to have the best education in the world, one wanted to everybody to have you know enough money and enough care.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:56:44

Love it

[Scott Ferguson] 12:57:03

Right.

[jocelynjones] 12:57:04

And I think we can get back to that. I think that’s our nature, and I think that’s why you and I, and you know John Woods Pyramid.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:57:09

Sure.

[jocelynjones] 12:57:12

Everybody is taught. You don’t remember John Woods Pyramid.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:57:14

Right! Oh, John wouldn’t have I have it right here on my wall. Leadership?

[jocelynjones] 12:57:16

That was that wonderful? Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:57:18

Yeah, it’s right here. Yep. There you go.

[jocelynjones] 12:57:21

So tell your people if they don’t know what this is.

[jocelynjones] 12:57:24

Look this up because it’s very inspiring. Just this one little piece of page. You can read all kinds of things

[Scott Ferguson] 12:57:25

Okay.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:57:29

Every single one of my clients gets that in the welcome pack from from my time side today, coaching that’s you and I are like brother and sisters from different missions.

[jocelynjones] 12:57:32

Oh, yeah.

[jocelynjones] 12:57:35

Oh, that’s fantastic!

[jocelynjones] 12:57:41

Yes.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:57:42

I love this so how do you want your dash? Remembered that little line in between your incarnation date and your expiration to your life, date, and death, day, which hopefully is way down the live?

[Scott Ferguson] 12:57:51

But how does Jocelyn want her dashboard

[jocelynjones] 12:57:53

I helped.

[jocelynjones] 12:57:56

I help? I was here to help, and I helped Nope

[Scott Ferguson] 12:58:00

I love it, and that’s that’s enough. So what do you think? People then misunderstand the most about Jocelyn

[jocelynjones] 12:58:06

Well, you know, that’s a big question, because people have.

[jocelynjones] 12:58:12

You know them. They have a they’re being this who they are spiritually, who they are, as a being in the moment.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:58:17

Right.

[jocelynjones] 12:58:18

And then we have personalities, and we love our personalities.

[jocelynjones] 12:58:22

We’re just crazy about our personalities. We work on them our whole life, and they defend us.

[jocelynjones] 12:58:26

And we think we are our personalities. So I am most misunderstood because I have, you know, personality, things that I developed as defenses because I was so insecure.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:58:28

Right.

[jocelynjones] 12:58:39

So you know, that’s what people misunderstand me that I don’t care that I’m upity or superior.

[jocelynjones] 12:58:47

You know all these things that I put on to protect myself, and part of being it.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:58:47

Sure.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:58:50

I love it, that that’s transparent. Thank you.

[jocelynjones] 12:58:52

Yeah, part of being an educator is to look past people’s personalities and their defenses, because really doesn’t have very much to do with them.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:58:53

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:59:00

That’s huge. Wow, so is there anything in the past year or so?

[Scott Ferguson] 12:59:08

It’s less than a $100 that you bought that’s really leveled you up

[jocelynjones] 12:59:16

Yes, less than a $100. Yeah. It pilates classes, really.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:59:18

Yeah. Well, you know, it can be a little bit more

[Scott Ferguson] 12:59:23

Nice. Yeah.

[jocelynjones] 12:59:24

You know, I I just realized I have I’m I’m in my age I have. I have a grand baby.

[jocelynjones] 12:59:31

I want to be around. So I have to got to move.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:59:32

Movement. Baby. Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:59:35

Yeah.

[jocelynjones] 12:59:35

You gotta move and you gotta move every single day. And so you gotta find out what you like and what I love is, you know, I used to be a dancer, so I love Pilates and I love walking.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:59:37

Yeah.

[jocelynjones] 12:59:44

So.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:59:44

Love, that you said that that you’re getting after that in your life is I was at a car wash, and this guy walks up.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:59:52

I’m 6 one. I’m 2, 6, and 3.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:59:54

We’ll put together a big guy. This guy walks up, and I was reading my kindle, and he taps me.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:59:57

He’s like, where where do you lift, or where do you work out?

[Scott Ferguson] 13:00:00

I’m like, I just do pizza and beer, and I thought the conversation was gonna end there, just, you know, as a joke.

[jocelynjones] 13:00:04

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:00:05

But I looked up. This guy, the son, was behind him. It’s like he was shining bright right totally.

[jocelynjones] 13:00:10

Yeah, yeah.

[jocelynjones] 13:00:14

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:00:14

He had some experience under him, and so on the accounts.

[jocelynjones] 13:00:17

Wow!

[Scott Ferguson] 13:00:17

Are you like 86 and I’m like, damn like, what’s the secret?

[Scott Ferguson] 13:00:19

He’s like I get up every day and chase energy, and I’m like chasing, cause you have the law of attraction.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:00:25

You don’t chase anything it’s like. Listen, that coyote sees a rabbit.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:00:28

You think he’s just the rabbit’s gonna come to him?

[Scott Ferguson] 13:00:31

He’s like, if he’s strategic and he does it right.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:00:34

The coyote eats sorry. Start thinking so. This guy lustedly mentored me through some stuff differently, and he’s also my pickleball partner.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:00:45

But like he’s 7 now, or 88. And it’s just like what you were saying.

[jocelynjones] 13:00:48

That’s so beautiful!

[Scott Ferguson] 13:00:50

Movement is key in life, no matter what

[jocelynjones] 13:00:52

Well. Movement is key in life, but also receiving the way you receive.

[jocelynjones] 13:00:58

That guy is amazing. You know you you you handed off a joke which was really very funny.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:00:59

Yeah.

[jocelynjones] 13:01:03

But then you put your attention on him. You gave him that space, and he was shining.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:01:05

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

[jocelynjones] 13:01:07

He had light behind him, which is always, you know, this person is sent to you with a gift, and you received it

[Scott Ferguson] 13:01:13

It was it, it was. And yeah, and come to find out. And it’s nothing big that I’m not trying to brag on or on my cell phone knows.

[jocelynjones] 13:01:24

Hmm.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:01:24

But he’s a billionaire right? And he invites me over once a week.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:01:27

We have coffee and I’m able to pick his brain.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:01:31

And just about 6, 7 years ago I decided to make my super power curiosity right?

[Scott Ferguson] 13:01:36

That’s all I care about now is just being curious, and I learned it from my 2 black rescue cats right?

[Scott Ferguson] 13:01:41

And I have a rescue. Pity, pivot as well, and they’re just so curious.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:01:45

I’m like, Wow, no, that’s it. And that’s what really led to that being in the moment.

[jocelynjones] 13:01:47

Yeah. Yes. Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:01:49

So what is Jaslin’s definition of a life well lived

[jocelynjones] 13:01:57

I think the life well lived is feeling that you have a purpose under that person.

[jocelynjones] 13:02:04

Purpose involves contributing to the human condition as a whole.

[jocelynjones] 13:02:10

And and receiving that from yourself, being good to yourself, you know, taking wins along the way.

[jocelynjones] 13:02:18

It’s very important, and it’s important to talk to all those different parts of ourselves.

[jocelynjones] 13:02:24

The kid who got hurt and is still feeling hurt and bruised and pissed off.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:02:29

Right.

[jocelynjones] 13:02:30

And so now she she behaves in these manners that are not optimum.

[jocelynjones] 13:02:35

You don’t let you chase energy. They’re actually negative.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:02:38

Right.

[jocelynjones] 13:02:38

They will take you away from, you know, and then you learn to talk to those parts of yourselves like, you know.

[jocelynjones] 13:02:45

Okay, honey. Let’s, you know you don’t wanna walk.

[jocelynjones] 13:02:48

Well, let’s just walk down the block. Anything if you don’t want to walk past the block we’ll be okay.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:02:50

There you go. Yeah.

[jocelynjones] 13:02:53

You know what I mean, or the teenager who says you know a few, a few of you?

[jocelynjones] 13:02:58

Okay. Well, but W. Who is that person? Really? Just put your attention on them as a human being, and see what us see?

[jocelynjones] 13:03:06

You know I know you’re angry with them. They’ve obviously hit a chord, but you know so life well lived.

[jocelynjones] 13:03:11

Is it walking forward with your best self

[Scott Ferguson] 13:03:14

I love that I love it, and squad, we are going to take my good friend Rock Star Joslin, through our leveling up lightning around just as soon as we get back from thinking our sponsors and affiliates time to share today we’re back in jasmine i’m gonna make it a plan to

[Scott Ferguson] 13:03:31

Meet you over. We’re on the West coast, and maybe grab a coffee or a lunch or something.

[jocelynjones] 13:03:33

Yes.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:03:37

And and some of these questions will probably talk about, or, you know, discuss, and maybe 1520 min each question.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:03:42

But in time shine. Today you have 5 s to answer with no explanations.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:03:47

They can all be answered that way. You ready to rock alright.

[jocelynjones] 13:03:48

Okay. Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:03:51

Let’s level up. What does the best leveling up advice?

[Scott Ferguson] 13:03:55

Joshua’s ever received

[jocelynjones] 13:03:59

Do it now, and which I turned into which I turned into do it, anyway.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:04:00

Of it.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:04:03

Sure what of your personal habits to contribute to your your success?

[jocelynjones] 13:04:08

Meditation.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:04:10

Love it so if you see me walking in anywhere you like have Fergie looks like you. Zoom is doldrums a little bit other than waking in the spirit with Anne, what book might you hand me

[jocelynjones] 13:04:22

Cause you’re down and out. Maybe the artist way.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:04:28

Oh, love it! Great! Great re! Nicknames growing up

[jocelynjones] 13:04:29

Yeah.

[jocelynjones] 13:04:33

Josie, jj, yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:04:34

Josiah, I can see that love it most commonly used.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:04:37

Emoji, if any, when you text

[jocelynjones] 13:04:40

Part. I also I do a heart with a leaf because of nature.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:04:41

There you go!

[Scott Ferguson] 13:04:45

Believe, act, love. It just checkers or monopoly

[jocelynjones] 13:04:50

Chess.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:04:51

Wow! I go to ice cream, flavor.

[jocelynjones] 13:04:54

Coffee.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:04:56

I I love it. There’s a sandwich called the Josie. Build that sandwich for me.

[jocelynjones] 13:05:02

Homemade whole week. Bread, little Mayo avocados, sprouts, tomatoes, cucumbers, second layer, lots of salt and pepper, second layer of homemade.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:05:07

Cool.

[jocelynjones] 13:05:15

We read, cut it in half.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:05:15

Beautiful, you know I love it since Jummy, now, favorite charity in our organization like to give your time and or money to

[jocelynjones] 13:05:25

Doctors without borders, and all kinds of things to do with saving nature and animals and extinction, and all

[Scott Ferguson] 13:05:26

Oh, love! It

[Scott Ferguson] 13:05:31

Love it so? Last question you could elaborate on this.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:05:35

But what is the best deck? Any music? 60 seventies, eighties, or nineties?

[jocelynjones] 13:05:39

Oh, man! Sixties! Without doubt it was the Renaissance, you know, and I lifted, you know I went.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:05:43

Do you live? It

[jocelynjones] 13:05:44

I heard. I heard you know I heard Taylor’s James Taylor’s first album, you know.

[jocelynjones] 13:05:53

I mean we waited for the records at the store.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:05:55

Wow!

[jocelynjones] 13:05:55

It was amazing to watch the Beatles unfold. Watch the rolling stone so what you may come on the sixties now

[Scott Ferguson] 13:06:01

You did, too. I just can’t leave your 72.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:06:05

So you got to experience a lot of that awesome stuff, man. It’s it’s beautiful

[jocelynjones] 13:06:06

Oh! But there’s I just want to say one thing about being 72.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:06:13

Never thank you.

[jocelynjones] 13:06:13

It’s never too late. If I’m writing my book at 72, if I’m producing, you know, a 16 episode series in 72, you can certainly do all kinds of things in your twenty-sixties forties and fifties and sixties, and you know they’re all great decades

[Scott Ferguson] 13:06:24

I love it so

[Scott Ferguson] 13:06:29

How could we find you, Jocelyn?

[jocelynjones] 13:06:31

Oh, you can find me under Json Jones studio.

[jocelynjones] 13:06:36

Joshua’s acting class on Facebook, Johnson’s studio on Instagram.

[jocelynjones] 13:06:42

That really has a lot of information there. Joshua goes. Toiocom is the website, and the which is being rebuilt for the documentary and the documentary will come out there

[Scott Ferguson] 13:06:52

Oh, beautiful, what documentary.

[jocelynjones] 13:06:55

Oh, it’s called the in class with Johnson Jones it’s a 16 episode, master Class, with absolutely breadth taking actors. So if you ever wondered what an acting class is all about, and the conversations between teacher and student and the kind of coaching and such and to see 16

[Scott Ferguson] 13:07:07

Hmm.

[jocelynjones] 13:07:15

magnificent actors and interviews, dances, scenes, critiques.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:07:19

Is it rolled out all at once, or is it gradual?

[jocelynjones] 13:07:21

Yeah, it’s coming out as a boom. There you go

[Scott Ferguson] 13:07:23

Okay. So they can learn and watch at their at their convenience.

[jocelynjones] 13:07:27

Yes, exactly.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:07:28

And okay, and that when does that roll out

[jocelynjones] 13:07:30

And the next couple of months we’re just finishing the final edits, probably February.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:07:33

Beautiful. Okay, good. It’s January now. So far, we’re actually, we’re perfect.

[jocelynjones] 13:07:34

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:07:38

That’s when you show is probably gonna drop. So how about the how about your book?

[jocelynjones] 13:07:39

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:07:42

Artist, the awakening, the spirit with it

[jocelynjones] 13:07:44

Yeah, how about it? It’s on Amazon.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:07:47

Yeah, you. It dropped what may of last year. And it’s it’s really

[jocelynjones] 13:07:50

It dropped last year, February 20 s.

[jocelynjones] 13:07:54

So it was 2, 2222, which I love.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:07:54

Okay. Day after my birthday cheers

[jocelynjones] 13:07:57

The numbers. Oh, yeah, I’m 24. So there you go.

[jocelynjones] 13:08:01

On February 20. Fourth, yeah, prices. No wonder we get along so long

[Scott Ferguson] 13:08:01

I see baby love it. Yeah, aw awesome. So it’s it’s a memoir of yours or

[jocelynjones] 13:08:10

It’s a yeah. It’s a hybrid memoir, you know.

[jocelynjones] 13:08:13

The first editor who read it said, this is 2 books. You can’t do this.

[jocelynjones] 13:08:17

This is a hybrid memoir. It’s impossible.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:08:19

Right.

[jocelynjones] 13:08:20

And I said, Okay, next editor and the next editor was phenomenal.

[jocelynjones] 13:08:25

They took the whole book apart, put it back together, put all the exercises at the end of the chapters. And so it’s really the stories the things that occurred in my life that taught me the lessons that I then fashioned into a key to give to you

[Scott Ferguson] 13:08:39

Well, I have to put you in touch with good friend of mine, Leslie Ramsen.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:08:46

She lives over on the the West Coast as well, and she wrote lot of sitcoms and stuff like that in the eighties for Major Dad, and stuff like that.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:08:53

I think there’d be a great connection for you. So just took a note for that.

[jocelynjones] 13:08:55

Wonderful.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:08:57

I think you guys have so much to talk about. Like to be a fly on the wall.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:08:59

During that conversation. So if you give me one last solid and leave us with one last knowledge nugget, we can take with us, internalize and take action on

[jocelynjones] 13:09:09

I would say, to he, ask, meditate, ask yourself, what is it that I want?

[jocelynjones] 13:09:18

More than anything in the world, barring all obstacles and go from there.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:09:22

You were taught, and it’s a baby. It’s okay.

[jocelynjones] 13:09:25

Yeah, yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:09:25

I love it, and squad. I just had a really I didn’t know which way I was.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:09:31

Gonna take this interview with my good friend Jocelyn, because, you know, it’s like teacher actors.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:09:36

It just didn’t really see. But man, it’s just mesh.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:09:39

And I have so many. I have 3 pages of notes, you know, Jaslin had. You know, it’s really strong attachment to Mother Nature and Mother Nature really kind of became her advisor by sh! You know, really tickling that intuition muscle and to teach her to really trust her own

[Scott Ferguson] 13:09:55

Inner voice, to become that guide you know she wants us to remember, to breathe into your heart through meditation, and the answers will arrive if you’re ready, and you let them arrive, you know, in someone like Joslin will help you Flex. Those intuition.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:10:09

Muscles, and as a whether a teacher or read her book, and she wants you to ask yourself I’m gonna start asking myself this even myself, if you get anything bar any obstacles in your life.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:10:23

What would you want? It’s that’s just so beautiful, and no one that you can ask yourself you know what is going on to make this happen for me, you know, in take that lessons, learning switch it into what I can offer the world.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:10:38

You know, a great coach or a teacher, Jaslin reminded us, creates the space for them to be who they are.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:10:46

And I’m gonna kind of circle back into learning to meditate.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:10:50

Journal, create space for yourself, because when you’re in the moment and listen, this when you’re in the moment the entire universe is yours, she wants you to really learn to observe without judgment, she’s a person, is a passion to see people with a vision, help, them with their vision, and contribute to the society, in a

[Scott Ferguson] 13:11:10

phenomenal way, Justin’s planning trees.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:11:13

She’s never gonna sit in the shade of. I guarantee you, you know.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:11:16

Yeah, I also see kind of like a mentoring side of her as well.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:11:22

And the I believe that the more you mentor, the more immortal you become.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:11:26

And that’s what is happening with my good friends Jocelyn.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:11:30

She levels up her health, she levels up her wealth. She’s beautiful, she’s humble.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:11:35

Yes, she’s hungry. She’s earned her of Varsity squads that are here at time to shine today. Thank you so much for coming on, Jocelyn.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:11:56

Oh, okay.

[jocelynjones] 13:15:34

Yes, it is, and you know, Scott, you know. Let’s be in touch in February.

[jocelynjones] 13:15:41

With with the the class, you know we and I, you know we can in email.

[jocelynjones] 13:15:48

So you know, I can send you maybe the first 2 episodes.

[jocelynjones] 13:15:50

You can take a look and see if it’s something you think your audiences would be interested in.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:15:52

That’d be perfect. We’ve set up an affiliate something with that absolutely

[jocelynjones] 13:15:54

Yeah, yeah, be be interesting. Okay, great. And I don’t know about affiliates with books.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:15:57

Awesome, but you know what hold on a second

[jocelynjones] 13:16:02

Do you affiliate with books

[Scott Ferguson] 13:16:03

Oh, yeah, I’m already gonna market your book. So

[jocelynjones] 13:16:05

Okay? Well, th, but do it. How do I help? Do you get something in return for that

[Scott Ferguson] 13:16:12

If you want to mail me a side copy of a book that’d be perfect, I’ll I’ll send you.

[jocelynjones] 13:16:15

I would love to, I would unmute

[Scott Ferguson] 13:16:19

You’ll get an email, you’ll get an email after we depart from each other.

[jocelynjones] 13:16:24

Okay.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:16:24

That says Snail mail. We just reply to that with yours, because mine will be in there.

[jocelynjones] 13:16:27

Okay. Great.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:16:27

Just reply to that with yours. But listen, I got it.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:16:31

I I just have an idea. So Florida is rehab central.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:16:34

I mean, this is where people come from, rehab. It doesn’t have to be drugs and out call.

[jocelynjones] 13:16:36

Yes.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:16:38

I can be work, burn out mental stuff like that. So so on the third floor.

[jocelynjones] 13:16:41

Yes, yes, yes.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:16:45

Of place called Futures. Here in Palm Beach. It’s 82,500 a month.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:16:51

No insurance accepted. And so these people come in there and I’m blessed to have interviewed the director of the place.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:16:59

And so now people come for after care to level up in through my blast through program, I level up.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:17:06

Lastly, program. And I’m just thinking there might be options in there to refer you, because again, I I get actors, actresses.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:17:16

I get professional baseball player, whatever, but they might be a good referral for wanting to get bind themselves again.

[jocelynjones] 13:17:23

Yes, I I I actually had that thought I mean, people are saying, what do you want for the book?

[Scott Ferguson] 13:17:23

In a sense, and you know.

[jocelynjones] 13:17:29

And I said I really wanted to help groups and rehab was one of them.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:17:33

Okay.

[jocelynjones] 13:17:33

But then, you know, if you don’t have that kind of a connection, you have to go through all kind, and you know you don’t have any Md.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:17:39

Yeah.

[jocelynjones] 13:17:41

Background, and you don’t have this, and you don’t have that.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:17:42

No.

[jocelynjones] 13:17:43

So it has to kind of be on the, you know, just recommendation.

[jocelynjones] 13:17:47

This book really helped me kind of a thing I’d love to do that with young people I’d love to do that with young people, you know, coming out of incarceration or lost people.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:17:49

Yeah.

[jocelynjones] 13:17:59

This book is for lost people who need to find themselves, I think, as well as her artists, and you know, you know I’m I’m I’m looking to reach into, you know, acting schools, Julia, or places like that.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:18:02

Sure. So I’m gonna make introduction to

[Scott Ferguson] 13:18:07

I’m good to make an introduction

[jocelynjones] 13:18:18

And you know, do affiliations like, you know, particularly with the with a series which I think is gonna be marketed, you know, probably do it 600 down to $200 sale thing.

[jocelynjones] 13:18:32

And you know, so it’s out of 1,000 books, that’s, you know, $40,000 for the affiliate.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:18:35

Yeah.

[jocelynjones] 13:18:37

So it’s not nothing. It’s it’s nice, and I mean I’ve still a 1,000 shows series.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:18:38

No, it’s that’s beautiful.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:18:43

Right nice, beautiful.

[jocelynjones] 13:18:44

Yeah, the book, you know. I don’t know how much money you can get out of hilating with a book, but

[Scott Ferguson] 13:18:48

No, no, I would another angle, as looking at is like, if there’s somebody that is in the industry, you know, that is, they go through the therapy right?

[jocelynjones] 13:18:56

Yup!

[jocelynjones] 13:19:00

Yup!

[Scott Ferguson] 13:19:01

And then they they I’m part of what they call their after care.

[jocelynjones] 13:19:05

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:19:05

You know they think all my program might be great to set visions moving forward.

[jocelynjones] 13:19:09

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:19:09

If there’s somebody, maybe in the interest industry, I’d love to make a connection with you to help them.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:19:14

They maybe they lost their acting chops or whatever you guys call it, you know, or lost that, and they need to help getting it back.

[jocelynjones] 13:19:17

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:19:22

I would love to refer those people to you if they come across

[jocelynjones] 13:19:24

Okay, yeah. My private situation is this, you know, I get asked by you top movie stars, too.

[jocelynjones] 13:19:32

Once they have the job, and you know I’m expensive.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:19:33

Hmm.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:19:36

Okay, that’s fine.

[jocelynjones] 13:19:37

So, but I do want to get involved in speaking to groups.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:19:42

Hmm, yeah, this is real

[jocelynjones] 13:19:44

And so you know I don’t. But I’m that’s what I’m looking at this year.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:19:46

Okay, get me a sizzle reel and a one pager or one cheater, and I’ll I can.

[jocelynjones] 13:19:51

Yeah, yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:19:54

I can definitely look. I’m again. I I did. I was wheels up 28 times a 22.

[jocelynjones] 13:19:58

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:19:59

That’ll be 30 30 weekends this year, so I speak like all the time.

[jocelynjones] 13:20:01

Wow, yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:20:03

So I’m I’m deep into it. So yeah, if you get me some kind of sizzle reel in your one sheet

[jocelynjones] 13:20:06

Oh, well, you could maybe meant to. Yeah. You could mentor me on that

[jocelynjones] 13:20:13

Great

[Scott Ferguson] 13:20:14

Okay, awesome. I got a skewed, got ahead to the airport.

[jocelynjones] 13:20:16

Yeah, anything I can do for you. Let me know. Okay, have a great, great thing tonight.

[Scott Ferguson] 13:20:20

Awesome love your guts. I’ll talk to you soon.

[jocelynjones] 13:20:22
