L. Scott Ferguson: [00:00:00] Time To Shine Today Varsity Squad. This is Scott Ferguson and I have a fantastic guest, Ms. Darlene Green. She’s a ex commander in the United States Navy. It’s based a lot of autoimmune issues in her life and also kind of a lack of a better term, devastating situation with her current hubby right now, and she found a product that.

really helps. I’m not going to go into it right now because she really explains it fully, but it really helps with stem cell regeneration, growth relieving, , inflammation, pain, and it does it all from a mitochondrial level. So again, I’m not going to keep this intro too long because it was so informative, so educational, and she’s also super entertaining.

So without further ado, here comes my really good friend, Darlene Green. Let’s level up.

Time to shine today, podcast varsity squad. This is Scott Ferguson and I have my rock star shipmate, [00:01:00] which by the way, if I was in and served, which we did serve at the same time, if we had to cross paths, I would have to hold that salute up until she dropped hers. It’s my really good friend, Darlene Green, who is a retired Navy commander with over 26 years of experience in executive leadership and senior management positions.

across diverse industries including positions such as vice president of strategic technology partner at McAfee and dean of Colbert Girls Academy and currently director of client services for high tech networks and security. Her passion is helping people activate their stem cells by elevating their GHKCU, which she did tell me off the mic, also copper peptide, and it helps repair their DNA reverse age and get out of pain through the latest Photo bio modulation technology.

And darling, thank you so much for coming up. Please introduce yourself. The time to shine today. Podcast varsity squad, but first. What’s your favorite color and why my favorite color is blue all variations of blue But I also love a pop of yellow in there. Oh, [00:02:00]

okay. Very good. Thank you for saying that What we do is we kind of build the colors of the podcasts around your color.

So Well, you’ve got it in

Darlene Greene: your backdrop. You’ve got a little blue and you’ve got a

L. Scott Ferguson: lot

Darlene Greene: You’ve got it. You nailed it without even knowing

L. Scott Ferguson: Awesome. So Like, we had a really fun conversation off the mic, and I can’t wait to meet you in the flesh and rock some stages with you. You’re so well spoken and whatnot, but let’s kind of get to the roots of, like, , where we are to where you’re at right now and facing the challenges that you’re really spearheading.

Darlene Greene: Yeah, thank you, Scott. I’ve always been interested in health. It’s been a passion of mine for a really long time, partly because I was diagnosed with multiple autoimmune disorders, chronic fatigue syndrome in 96, fibromyalgia in 99, postural orthostatic tachycardia or POTS in 2005. All of which you’re told there’s no cure for these, right?

So constantly looking at alternative health therapies, naturopathic and integrative medicine, because I’m not into pharmaceutical medicines myself. I prefer something [00:03:00] that helps the body, helps the body actually do better. Well, three years ago my husband was diagnosed with early Alzheimer’s, Navy, retired captain, 1200 traps on an aircraft carrier, 30 year veteran.

And this was really shocking for us. It, it it declined his, his situation declined absolutely like a rocket and we were trying everything. I was researching. We went out of country four times for IV stem cells. We were doing hyperbaric chamber. We revamped the diet and we talked a little bit about that.

, we certainly took out alcohol and soda. We also did only high quality facts, grass fed grass finished. Products, , really low carb exercise, good sleep protocol, you name it. We were trying it. And yet his, his decline from stage two, which is mild cognitive impairment to stage six, a, which is like a five year old who can’t dress himself was in two years that normally takes 11 to 13 years.

[00:04:00] So I was really in a state of desperation. He was essentially at a point where he was a zombie. He was napping the whole day away, three and a half hours a day. He was disengaged from conversations. He was not even trying to be funny, which is core to his personality. That’s everything that he is. And, and, and so it was, it was tough.

Somebody said to me, Hey, there’s a patch. It’s the size of a quarter and it elevates your body’s own stem cells. I’m like, I’m in and I’ll, I’ll be honest with Scott. I had not read all the 90 clinical studies that there are. I had not done the research. I was a desperate woman. , I just

L. Scott Ferguson: bring

Darlene Greene: it on.

Right. Let’s give it a try. What do we have to lose? There’s even a money back guarantee. So. I jumped in, we started, and within the first week, he stopped that nap, that three and a half hour nap, he stopped napping, he no longer was resigned, and in a shell, he became his personality again, he became conversational, like a dam broke, and he had two years worth of stuff to say, and so he was really [00:05:00] chatting more with it, actually, and funny, so, , in a week, I got my husband back, and then over time, continued things occurred, he, He had his blood pressure dropped 37 points.

His sleep, his deep sleep went from the best I could get was 15 minutes. That’s with red lights and eyes on the morning sun and not eating three hours before bed to an hour and 25 minutes in the second week of the patch.

L. Scott Ferguson: That’s solid. Yeah.

Darlene Greene: Really good. Blood pressure dropped 37 points and he regained some very key neuro skills.

The ability to whistle, the ability to drum. And at the five month mark, he regained his sense of smell. His sense of smell had gone away 15 years ago, Scott. So getting that back was a really big deal. And of course I, I had my own , we talked about some of my situations and the issues that I was facing.

But on top of On top of that, my sense, I got out of pain. So the pain relief patches are just phenomenal. I had a broken foot. I [00:06:00] had a sprained ankle, torn ligament, needed surgery. It was 100 percent torn. The other was 90 percent that that was five months of pain and I was just dying. And so the patches getting me out of pain was a huge relief.

But the worst thing that I was enduring was, , depression. I was so sad about my husband’s situation that even though I’m grounded like you are in a place where you try to have a gratitude journal and you’re thankful for things and you do, I was struggling. I just wanted to cry every day because this was not what I had planned for our life.

Well, in just a few weeks, and I can’t even, I can’t even tell me when that depression just lifted and I no longer had. Not only just the pain of my foot, but my fibromyalgia pain went away. I no longer have any symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome or any of the rosacea or the, the issues around regular headaches, for example.

So lots of amazing things happen for me. And. And then of course I can’t, , I wanted my, my family, sister, parents, like, , you start with your loved ones and sisters, microscopic [00:07:00] colitis that she’d had for six years cleared up in just three weeks. So, all of a sudden, I’m surrounded by people that are having these amazing experiences and I need to know more about this.

And I need to start sharing this because it’s, it’s almost criminal to have something this powerful in your hands and to not share it. And I was a little salty. Because I did a lot of research. I looked online. I looked for, for stem cell anything because everything in the research was pointing to that.

But

L. Scott Ferguson: how did you come across it?

Darlene Greene: My, I have a friend who knew I’d gone out of country for stem cells. And she said, this activates your own stem cells. Most, , when you’re 30, half of your stem cells. They’re just not working for you when you’re 60, which I’m 59, they are almost all dormant. So you’re, you’re, you’re younger than I am.

You’ve got a few more popping around. Although now I’ve got all mine activated. That’s right. Yeah, it’s really something to think about. You want them [00:08:00] working for you and stem cells, bodies, raw materials. And a lot of people are hearing about stem cells and there’s a lot of controversy around it, but it’s not some, you’re not injecting anybody else’s stem cells in you.

There’s no controversy because this is light therapy. That is 5, 000 years old. We’ve been studying light therapy. We know when we walk outside, our body has a, has a reaction from the sun that makes vitamin D, right? That’s the healthiest way. Make your vitamin D. It’s better than a supplement pill or anything else you can do.

L. Scott Ferguson: Absolutely. Right?

Darlene Greene: So that’s the way to do it. And similarly, our body makes melanin, like in a suntan. So we know light changes our body. That’s photobiomodulation. What this patch is doing, Scott, Is , and I know because we’re in the military that if I looked at you in that vision goggles on you have light inside of you.

This is like a little mirror. It’s got a nano crystals that are hermetically sealed, like, in a lattice structure, reflecting your own way back [00:09:00] into you at a very specific wavelength and the X 39 patch, which is the patch. There are several, but it’s the one, the X 39 patch. Then elevates that copper peptide that you talked about that copper peptide has been studied really for 50 years, double blind, placebo controlled, beautifully studied peptide peptides are kind of the thing right now, although they’re hard to get your hands on in some cases.

But this particular copper peptide, you can look it up in PubMed, just Google GHKCU, and you will see it increases stem cells. It produces growth factors. It protects lungs, including restoring healthy function in COPD affected cells. It’s amazing anti cancer. Not only does it reset the program cell death of human cancer cells, like neuroblastoma and leukemia and breast cancer, but it doesn’t affect the healthy cells.

So it’s actually. Repairing damaged DNA and resetting 84 genes [00:10:00] to growth or cancer inhibition. It’s great for hair. It’s great for standard. Yes,

L. Scott Ferguson: across the board it is. Brain. Who designed it?

Darlene Greene: A man named David Smith, he’s a visionary scientist and he’s a founder and CEO. And he actually, you’ll love this. He invented this because he was contracted by the department of defense to create something to help our us Navy SEALs out.

So in 2004, he created the very first patch to give energy. And what it does is it not, it doesn’t give you energy like a red bowl or like a shot of espresso.

L. Scott Ferguson: It’s

Darlene Greene: It’s a sustained like energizer bunny kind of energy and what it’s doing is that that one is working to improve the way your body functions at the mitochondrial level.

So it’s basically producing more energy from fat burning by improving the mitochondrial function. It’s also burning an extra 360 calories a day. So I love it. [00:11:00] Love energy enhancers. You

L. Scott Ferguson: said that’s energy from the mitochondria level then?

Darlene Greene: Yeah, mitochondria level, which, which I was kind of googling, like, how do I improve Jim’s mitochondria?

When you actually look at disease, it all kind of comes down to that mitochondria, right? And so I was really looking for some way to improve that.

L. Scott Ferguson: That’s awesome. And so what kind of pushback is this product getting, , because obviously You start stepping on pharmacist feet and all that crap. Like, but like, what kind of pushback is it getting?

Darlene Greene: So, , I think that, I think that the pushback that I hear is, is less from a large scale, like I know the FDA is, we have to be very careful about the words that we use. We have to be careful to say that we don’t, we’re not intended, our product’s not intended to cure, treat or diagnose or prevent disease, even if it does.

Right. Right. But I think that the problem is that this just destroys big pharma’s business model because this gets to the root of the problem. This actually, you don’t even have to know [00:12:00] what the problem is, Scott. I don’t really think that anyone knows what fibromyalgia is. I don’t think that really anyone knows what chronic fatigue syndrome is.

I think it’s a series of symptoms that they can’t really fix because they They can’t in their mind. If they don’t have a medicine for it, it’s not even treatable, right? You can’t cure yourself. So what I would say is your stem cells, they don’t need a diagnosis name. They don’t need to really understand what anybody else thinks it is.

They just go to the root and they find where that problem is and they start working on it.

L. Scott Ferguson: Wow, that’s amazing. It’s amazing. And so how long have you been taking it again for yourself and also Jim?

Darlene Greene: I’ve been, we’ve been patching 11 months.

L. Scott Ferguson: Okay.

Darlene Greene: And it’s been, , really great. I love all of the effects of it.

It is, it’s amazing. , we’ve seen so many, all of those things that improved in the 1st week has stayed improved for Jim. He’s still got all this energy. He’s still communicating. He’s still articulate way more articulate, but I will say other things have declined. So it has not. , halted [00:13:00] his.

Decline it’s it’s improved certain things, which have given him a higher quality of life. And I’m still hopeful that maybe more things will improve over time because, , I believe in in the product, but in the process of this, most, most people at his stage. They’re not nearly as active. I mean, he’s working out six days a week.

He works out with a trainer. He’s strong. He’s capable. And it’s usually not Alzheimer’s that actually kills people, right? It’s other

L. Scott Ferguson: stagnation and everything else, right? They stop

Darlene Greene: moving. They stop being social. They stop all of these things. And so these, in these ways, I think it’s really benefiting him.

I

L. Scott Ferguson: love it. I love it. So how do you, how do people get it? Get the patch?

Darlene Greene: Well, they can get it from my website. I am reverse aging. com, which will be

L. Scott Ferguson: in the show notes squad.

Darlene Greene: Thank you, Scott.

L. Scott Ferguson: Yeah.

Darlene Greene: Yeah. And so on that website, you’ll find everything from the 90 clinical studies, which I dare you to find a supplement that has 90 clinical studies.

There’s, there’s [00:14:00] also the patent, which shows kind of how it was developed and what they found and were able to prove. There’s also the testimonials from doctors and testimonials from NFL players. I mean, here’s the thing. When you go back to the 2008 Olympics, there were over 300 Olympic athletes during this patch.

Well, why? Because there’s nothing going in the skin, it’s called a non transdermal patch. So they trusted it because it’s not going to affect their, they’re not going to pop positive on any drug tests. And that’s, , I recently heard from Ivory Sully that Tom Brady’s wearing the patches and the Kansas city chiefs are wearing the patches.

And so on that website, you can, you can reach out to me and I can not only do a free consultation and offer some, , specialization regarding how and what there, since there are different patches, like I, I typically always use always, always, always start with X 39, but there is a second patch called [00:15:00] Eon, which is an anti inflammation patch.

That is, that was the biggest patch before X 39 came out. X 39 came out four years ago, that Eon patch inflammation is the root of so much evil. Right. And so if you If you don’t reduce your inflammation, stem cells get eaten up. They get consumed by inflammation. So by lowering inflammation while you’re increasing your stem cell activity, you really have a chance to have those stem cells go to work for you, but I’d love to help people to talk through what they need, like if they need pain, then they need isolated, those things reach out.

They can buy it on my website without actually reaching out. There’s no prescription required.

L. Scott Ferguson: There’s no prescription. It, it also has a. A network marketing aspect to it, right? So people can become reps for themselves, correct? Awesome

Darlene Greene: Two different paths, right? You can buy retail. If you’d like you don’t have to be a part of the mlm system or you can become a brand partner and become an entrepreneur and and really, use this as a as a business but But it’s really the [00:16:00] neat thing is the whole company is driven, not by profit, but really about helping people in their health.

And it’s been a really nice, it’s my tribe. Like they’re all very generous with time and wanting to help people feel better. And I love that. Yeah. There’s a way to connect with me and the email to me on that website.

L. Scott Ferguson: Yeah, and I’ll put I’ll put everything, the I am reverse aging website right in the top of the show notes as well.

So people can go there and check it out. And she did offer squad, , the, a free kind of consultation for her for people to make sure that you’re getting involved with the correct patch. But let me ask you something, Darlene, if. You you’ve seen the movie back to the future, right?

Darlene Greene: I have

L. Scott Ferguson: okay, let’s go back to the double deuce the 22 year old Thank you for listening to my show.

So you probably know some of these questions are coming.

Darlene Greene: I think I might

L. Scott Ferguson: but What what wait you do not to change anything because you have beautiful children. You have a loving husband You served [00:17:00] our country Here in the united states of america, but what might you do to maybe help her shorten her learning curve?

Yeah,

Darlene Greene: it’s really pretty easy for me, Scott. I, I did not understand the power of our animal brain and our instincts and intuition. And I would trust that I would learn more about that and trust that earlier on. I think it would have changed how really the partner. I, I did not, Strike gold in my first two marriages.

They were very, in fact, I would tell you my autoimmune disorders are as a result of not having chosen good partners initially. And, and that, that is like the most important thing I think to, , it’s one of the most important decisions you’ll ever make. And you can always change jobs. You can change a lot of things, but that life partner, that’s partners a little

L. Scott Ferguson: bit harder.

And a little bit more expensive

Darlene Greene: on that. Yeah. Oh, I’ve been

L. Scott Ferguson: married twice myself, so I get it a hundred percent.

Darlene Greene: Yeah, it’s just. Huh.

L. Scott Ferguson: So how do you want, then, your, your dash, remember, that little line in between your [00:18:00] incarnation date and your expiration date? How would you like that remembered?

Darlene Greene: Yeah, I would like, I would like people, I would like it to say something along the lines of served others, inspired others, helped others, , just And, and with grace, like service grace just about helping other people

L. Scott Ferguson: Love it.

I love it. You’re that’s, that’s what you are. You come from a place of service, huge heart. You can’t outgive the universe, what I’m saying? So that’s why you have the blessings that come back to you. So how about, what do you think people might misunderstand the most about you?

Darlene Greene: I will tell you, I think that there are people, , who, who think I’m a little crazy.

I mean, , they look at this little patch and they are like, what? There’s just no way. They’re skeptics and

L. Scott Ferguson: they’re conditioned. I

Darlene Greene: will tell you, I was a skeptic too, and it’s okay to be a skeptic. But there are, but there are people who think that if they don’t wear a white coat and aren’t a medical doctor, then it doesn’t actually help you.

And I get so frustrated by that locked [00:19:00] into Western medicine approach. And, and I will tell you that I think some of the greatest wisdom I have found does not come from my doctor’s office. It comes from my own research. Ask like yours. It comes from listening to experts who are thinking outside of the box and looking alternative approaches.

So I think that the, that I would like to be given a lot more credit for bringing to the table something that is hugely beneficial to people, even though I’m not wearing a medical jacket.

L. Scott Ferguson: No, I love that like when I mentioned holistic because I unless you’re cutting have to cut into me I don’t want to let even go, Unless I have to have something that must be done and and i’ll say, I live a little bit more of a holistic lifestyle and people like holistic.

Oh, that’s herbs I’m, like no dude holistic just means all together. That’s people don’t understand like they’ve been Programmed to say. Oh, it’s holistic just means herbs and it it Supplements and stuff. I’m like, dude, it’s like you like I’m a huge believer in biohacking. I mean, I my whole [00:20:00] outdoor Yard, I have a cold plunge.

I have my sauna I have everything out there because it’s at 52 I can still roll on the jiu jitsu mats with 25 year olds And keep up now. I can’t the wind runs out a little bit more quicker, but i’ll tell you what if I wasn’t biohacking I wouldn’t have, you

Darlene Greene: know,

L. Scott Ferguson: so I’m definitely interested in looking more into this, but let me ask you, what is one thing that Darlene knows for sure?

Darlene Greene: I know for sure that activating your stem cells will improve your health and repair your, your cells. And it’s not a matter of if it will help, it’s just a matter of when you will notice it. And for some that takes longer, they say a month for every decade you are old to wear them, but I know for sure, 100 for sure.

This isn’t like, oh, I think, , the very first week of you would have asked me, I said 20 percent maybe, but I now know a hundred percent.

L. Scott Ferguson: Love it. Yeah. I love it. [00:21:00] And , you, you have, you’ll have the skeptics that are out there, but the proof’s just in the pudding, , I mean, there’s, there’s things that do like, I fat every three months, I do a 72 hour water fast.

And I mean, I had tea and coffee in there too, but I noticed that with the autophagy or autophagy or however you want to say it, eating my old cells and then the stem cells that kind of starts. Coming to the surface, , repairing themselves after this, , the 55 60 hour mark. It’s been remarkable for me.

It’s been doing it 2 years and I don’t have the information like I used to at all.

Darlene Greene: That’s got the 3 day fast is so good for you. In fact, I actually heard a study, a study that said if people would fast 5 days a year, just once. Mm-Hmm. , we would, we would drop the heart attacks and the cancer and all of these things dramatically.

It would be the best thing for the country.

L. Scott Ferguson: Yeah, absolutely. And I do, , a a a 27 hour fast every Sunday into Monday.

Darlene Greene: That’s amazing. That’s amazing. So

L. Scott Ferguson: it’s, and and I still walk around. I’m six one, I’m two 30. I’m not a little [00:22:00] dude, , but I was six one and 2 72 80. Yeah. I was strong.

The one thing I did notice with it that I’m really interested in, in trying this patch is that. As I, as the weight came down, there’s not as much fat that is protecting my lower back. That’s right. And stuff like that. So I do feel that, right, because I’m not going to stop living,

Darlene Greene: I love that, Scott.

, too many people are too concerned about losing weight. What they need to be concerned about is adding muscle, especially at our age and protect your bone density. And we actually have a patch that’s another stem cell activation patch that they’ve done studies and they can see the improvement in sit ups and push ups and squats and bicep and and body fat dropping.

So it’s actually known to promote muscle, increase muscle and body fat. That is really so much better for you than any kind of ozempic or semaglutide. I mean, those are just dropping water. Absolutely. And, and they’re losing your muscle. That’s just [00:23:00] the worst you could be doing. And it makes, yeah,

L. Scott Ferguson: especially that diet or that shot that’s taken away from diabetics that actually freaking need it, ?

For that and. Yeah, that’s, thank you for, , shooting straight with us with that. So, Darlene, what is your definition of a life well lived?

Darlene Greene: Well, I, I, I would say I, I love that. I love people to serve. We talk about that a lot, but Life well lived for me is serving your country with honor, courage, commitment, grace, helping others through their life.

, we don’t get to choose everything that happens in our life. We’re never the puppeteer, right? But we can choose how we respond to these things. And so, , I like that. I’m striving every day to, to respond with grace and to use whatever is going on in my life. And find the silver lining and help other people

L. Scott Ferguson: through it.

There’s teachable moments in everything, . And if you can pass [00:24:00] that on like you do on a consistent basis, and I can hear it in your passion, I can hear it in your love for your family, and for our country, and whatnot. That’s what it is. But let me ask you something. Are you open to reciprocation?

Darlene Greene: I am

L. Scott Ferguson: truly, truly, because you’re such a giver.

You’re a mother. Okay. Hold on. You’re a mother. You’re also a caretaker right now to the man of the family. Okay. And that’s not a knock against me and Jim at all. Okay. It’s like, are you really? Really open to research.

Darlene Greene: Yeah. I will tell you there was a little bit of a aha moment for me in January. I left for just a couple of days.

I left him for the first time in a long time and, and I was away to my daughter’s wedding. And it was, it was brief. It was quick, but I was filled with. All this joy and happiness and light and I, I don’t think I realized how [00:25:00] heavy my heart was and how heavy the, honestly, the caregiving burden was on me until I was out of it.

So, when I, when I experienced that, I went. Oh, what? I’m not okay. I thought I was okay, but I’m really not okay. And I need to do more to be okay to be better. I need little mini breaks. I need somebody to come in and, and, and take care of Jim for me so that I can just walk around the neighborhood alone or get a massage.

And so I have scheduled those things in now in a way, cause this is not a sprint, right? This is a marathon, baby. That’s right. I had three or four doctors say the care provider goes first. So you better take care of yourself. I am working on that, but I will tell you, Scott, I thought I was working on it enough before, but I wasn’t.

L. Scott Ferguson: , just a reminder that I give my coaching clients is when we’re walking outside, there’s things growing everywhere, right? And we breathe in what oxygen we breathe in, [00:26:00] we breathe out carbon dioxide. What does that plant or tree breathe in carbon dioxide? It breathes out oxygen, right? And it doesn’t have a choice to do it.

Why we as humans and our animal brain, like you said, why do we give ourselves a choice to be reciprocated? So, so thank you for giving yourself grace and space and going out and doing that. Okay…

time to shine today. Podcast versus squad. We are back. And Miss Darlene I know you’ve heard some of these questions before, which I appreciate again, you listening, but, and I, we’re going to, , hook up the next time I’m in Arizona, I’m going to make it a

Darlene Greene: way

L. Scott Ferguson: to introduce you to people out there.

And I think that will help you, , increase your business and also get you rocking some stages with me. And we’ll talk about some of these questions for me, probably 15, 20 minutes. Right. But today, , the rules, let’s continue listening here, five seconds. With no explanations. You ready to rock?

Darlene Greene: Ready.

L. Scott Ferguson: Here we go, darling. So darling, what is the best leveling up advice you’ve ever received?

Darlene Greene: The best leveling up is the [00:27:00] Four Agreements book. Impeccable with your word. Don’t take things personally. Don’t jump to conclusions and always do your best. Love

L. Scott Ferguson: it. Love, love it. Sounds like a shelf right now.

So share one of your personal habits that contributes to your success.

Darlene Greene: I schedule sleep and put a reminder on to go to bed early and I schedule exercise first thing in the morning

L. Scott Ferguson: beautiful Fantastic. So you see me kind of walking down the street or maybe into an event and like fergie He’s in his doldrums.

What book did you read other than the four agreements? That really kind of flipped the script in your mind about how life Like make it maybe just a little bit easier

Darlene Greene: the growth mindset by carol dweck.

L. Scott Ferguson: Yeah, my girl. Love you What’s your most commonly used? I’ll also

Darlene Greene: tell you traveler’s gift because but that’s yours and I don’t want to I don’t want to I do love traveler’s gifts That’s a big one on my list.

L. Scott Ferguson: You hear that andy because andy’s coming out pretty soon. So that’s awesome So most commonly used emoji when you text

Darlene Greene: I use the heart with the little ribbon around it, the little heart with the bow.

L. Scott Ferguson: [00:28:00] What color heart?

Darlene Greene: It’s a red heart. Red heart?

L. Scott Ferguson: Okay. So, I know that your hobby is me and Jim, call sign, but what is any nicknames you had?

I haven’t had Or even in the service.

Darlene Greene: I haven’t really had a nickname ever. Okay. People have shortened Darlene to Dar, but since my ex husband did that, I don’t like it. I’m going

L. Scott Ferguson: to call you DG. Love it. That’s

Darlene Greene: great.

L. Scott Ferguson: Any hidden talent or superpower that you have that no one really knows about until now?

Darlene Greene: I was the East Coast Racquetball Champion in the league when I was a youngster.

So I would say that I’m pretty good at sports. Right now I’m enjoying pickleball. But I’m not, I’m not that I

L. Scott Ferguson: was just gonna freaking ask, do you like pickleball? Because I’m in a league. I’m in three leagues. I love it. That’s awesome. We’re going to definitely connect chess checkers or monopoly

Darlene Greene: chess

L. Scott Ferguson: Awesome headline for your life.

Darlene Greene: Oh headline for my life. The power of yet. I can’t do that. I [00:29:00] love that. I can’t do that. Yet means anything is possible. That’s

L. Scott Ferguson: freaking awesome. That’s beautiful. So go to ice cream flavor.

Darlene Greene: Well, it used to be Baskin Robbins pralines and cream, but I don’t do sugar anymore. So now it’s a keto ice cream called rebel and it’s a chocolate.

L. Scott Ferguson: So good dude. Yes, it’s so good. There’s a sandwich called the DG Commander. Build that sandwich for

Darlene Greene: me. So it’s going to have to have a very low carb bread, so high fiber bread, toasted avocado mayo, roasted organic chicken, banana peppers all over it. Maybe I melt some cheese on it. Maybe I don’t.

L. Scott Ferguson: Awesome.

It’s just missing man candy bacon for me, but that’s just me. Favorite charity and or organization you like to give your time or money to?

Darlene Greene: All of the, all of the things for the veterans. Although I will say when they call me for money, I typically don’t donate because I’m like, you have four of my kids.

Yeah, I’ve donated. But I donate my [00:30:00] time and my energy to those.

L. Scott Ferguson: That’s beautiful, DG. That’s, that’s awesome. So last question, which , what’s the best decade of music? 60s, 70s, 80s, or 90s?

Darlene Greene: Yeah, I really, I guess I like all of them, but I would have to go with the 90s. I like current music but I, I really enjoy all of them.

I, I’m a little tired of the 80s because it’s what my husband loves and it’s what he wants to listen to all the time. So

L. Scott Ferguson: I have iHeart80s on all the time. All the time. But you and I kind of are products of the 80s, right? Yeah. And so it’s all

Darlene Greene: good, but when you hear That’s all you listen to, probably

L. Scott Ferguson: graduated 83,

Darlene Greene: 84, and I was

L. Scott Ferguson: 90.

So it’s like both of ours, but when I’m editing pot, cause you’re the same age as my Susan, like, like, like right now, but like when I’m editing podcasts, which I don’t do that. And what I do is I relisten to it and I build notes. I actually have the seventies on because the seventies, they were storytellers from, I don’t care if it’s the Eagles, Boston, John Denver, Jim Croce.

It’s like, that’s what I like to listen to in [00:31:00] my mom who’s passed on, , she would always have it on. So that that’s fantastic. But can you remind us again how we can find you?

Darlene Greene: I am reverse aging. com.

L. Scott Ferguson: That’s an awesome URL, by the way, love that is killer. I absolutely love that. And squad, I’m going to actually dig into the, the website also, , off, off Mike with Darlene, I’m going to have something to offer you guys from time to shine today, but, and this, this is it’s mid February right now.

So it’ll probably be mid March by the time you hear this, but. Just if you’ve listened this long I’m going to have to give you a chance to really reach out to me And i’m going to have like a little giveaway for you But darling, can you give me one last solid and give me one last knowledge nugget? We can take with us internalize and take action on

Darlene Greene: yeah, take charge of your health and and value and invest in yourself because The greatest wealth you have your greatest wealth is your health

L. Scott Ferguson: Yes.

Yeah, yeah, absolutely. And squad, I, I had a really [00:32:00] fun, super educated, educational conversation with my really good friend Darlene here. It has a passion for health from jump, pretty much from it being young, being an athlete. And then she gets woo-hoo, diagnosed with a autoimmune dis disorder, , told there’s no cures and, and when you’re told that it’s like.

, kids are told no 135, 000 times by the time they’re 13 years old squad. So they already have a negative where we lose our salesperson that’s in us. So it kind of kind of took it away a little bit from Darlene, but she really dug deep. She didn’t let that stop her. She found ways to clean up her life or clean up her living across the board.

And she got introduced to these patches. Okay. And make sure you go to our website. now and really take a look at him. If you’d want a warm introduction where I actually make the introduction, please let me know. And I’ll make the warm introduction to my good friend, Darlene. And she reminds us that the patches really helps, , not only relieve pain, but also helps with depression and overall [00:33:00] wellbeing holistic lifestyle.

Again, holistic does not mean foo foo and Eastern medicine only and everything holistic means all in one, , it really hits the mitochondrial level. So it really gets into the body and she made a great great analogy for which I wore night vision goggles those that know my story and you’re actually seeing our bodies our light so it’s almost like a mirror really helping our bodies that level up and don’t listen so much to what big pharma says they’re there to make them money to get people elected and everything else they’re not there And I, and I don’t care if this sounds conspirialistic or whatever that word is that, , I think that, with the baby boomers coming up in the population, they don’t really care about keeping us alive because they can’t afford to keep us alive.

Okay. So do your part. And she reminded us to trust your intuition. Okay. I would love because we are the only animals on earth, believe it or not squad that do not do things to the fullest of your [00:34:00] ability. If you have a pet. Watch them when they play. If you have any other animal living organism out there, they do things to the fullest and best of their ability.

We as humans, our creator gave us a choice whether to do it or not. And also we are the only human beings, or we are the only species on this planet that can actually look up. Anything else, not a giraffe can’t look up, nothing can look up except for humans. So always keep looking up. And that’s what my good friend Darlene wants you to do.

, activate those stem cells to improve your health. She’s planting certain trees that she’s never going to sit in the shade of. And she’s not out there saying, look at me. She showed up this podcast, , professionally dressed where I bet you, if she had a shirt on like me, she probably has guns and she’s out there crushing.

She does it for the intention. Not the attention. She’s out there wanting to provide service across the board. She’s someone that’s loved her country. She served her country with courage and commitment and grace. And lastly, just take charge of your health. We [00:35:00] only get one body. We only get one life. So let’s just level up squad.

And that’s what my good friend, Darlene DG Green does. She levels up her health. She levels up her wealth. She’s earned a varsity squad letter, another varsity squad letter for her here at Time to Shine today. She’s absolutely stunning. And she’s just so fun to talk to. Please let me make a warm introduction to her.

And darling, thank you so much for coming in, coming on love. I can’t wait to collaborate with you.

Darlene Greene: I can’t wait. Scott, it’s been an honor to be with you. Thank you so much for all that you’re doing around the world for everyone. I appreciate podcast is fantastic. Everyone should listen to all your podcasts.

L. Scott Ferguson: Love your guts. I’ll talk to you soon.

Darlene Greene: All right. Thanks.
