Coach Fergie: Hey, Varsity Squad. Welcome back to another powerful edition of Level Up conversation with Coach Fergie with Time to Shine Today Coaching. I’m your host, Scott Ferguson, blessed to be your gap coach, specialized in performance mental conditioning, working with business leaders, entrepreneurs, entertainers, athletes, C-suite, and students to help them bridge their success gap and live a life of options, not obligations.
On this platform, we are stoked to bring you high performers who are not just pursuing and attaining success, but redefining it through providing above and beyond service. And your really quick knowledge nugget this week, squad: So the fastest way to lose control of the situation is to let the situation control you. <READ MORE>
On this platform, we are stoked to bring you high performers who are not just pursuing and attaining success, but redefining it through providing above and beyond service. And your really quick knowledge nugget this week, squad: So the fastest way to lose control of the situation is to let the situation control you. <READ MORE>
Squad, here’s your knowledge nugget. Calm is a competitive advantage. When everybody else speeds up emotionally, the person who can slow down mentally usually [00:01:00] wins. I see this with a Major League Baseball player that’s at the show that I’m blessed to coach right now. At that level, everyone has talent, everybody can play, but we’ve worked on what happens when he strikes out with the runners in scoring position, gets a call he hates, or makes a mistake he knows he shouldn’t make ‘Cause the danger isn’t always the mistake, it’s carrying the mistake into your next at bat.
So we work on a simple reset. Breathe, get where your feet are, next pitch. That’s it. Let’s just stay present, squad. Because when your emotions speed up, your decision-making usually speeds up with them, and that’s when you start reacting instead of responding. And it’s not just baseball, squad. A client might blow up your phone, a deal starts falling apart, your kids push the exact button they know not to push, someone questions your leadership.
You don’t have time to match the energy of the room. You set it. Calm doesn’t mean passive. Calm doesn’t mean soft. Calm means you are disciplined enough to keep access to your best thinking when everyone else is losing theirs. So next time things get sideways, don’t ask, “How do I fix everything?” Ask, “What does this moment need from me right now?”
Slow the mind, control the response, execute the [00:02:00] next move, because squad, chaos is gonna show up whether you like it or not, and the advantage is making darn sure it doesn’t show up inside of you. And talk about being calm under pressure, pressu- especially with the clients he meets pretty much on a daily basis.
But my guest knows what it means to lead, compete, and perform when the pressure is on. And we’re good friends except for probably December 12th of 2026 this year when we are Go Navy, Beat Army. He might say something a little bit different. But my buddy Chance Carrick is a West Point graduate, US Army veteran, entrepreneur, founder of Fides.
F- we’ll just say Fides today. Fides Restoration, a veteran-owned property damage restoration company based right here in Jupiter, Florida. Chance built Fides around one powerful principle: trust, which that’s what Fides means in the Latin term. When water, mold, fire, or storm damage turns homeowners’ worlds upside down, his mission is to bring leadership, communication, and integrity into a situation where people need it most, and that commitment is getting noticed, with Fides earning recognition as a 2025 Best of [00:03:00] Florida regional winner for restoration contractors.
And hang on also, squad, on his website you can vote for him for 2026 as well. But Chance’s competitive fire doesn’t stop with business. A former football player turned competitive golfer, he now competes on the Veteran Golfers Association Tour and represents Team Army in the VA- VGA’s version of the Ryder Cup.
From West Point and the Army to entrepreneurship and competitive golf, Chance has built his life around discipline, service, trust, and showing up when it matters most. And also, squad, they are local here in Palm Beach. So if something’s happening with all this rain that’s coming in, he’s your guy to call.
Hey, man, thanks for coming in, brother. Sorry for the long intro on that as well, but I was fired up to have you here, brother. Yeah.
Chance Carrick: Happy to be here. This is awesome.
Coach Fergie: And we met through Jerry Saunders, the, a general contractor, when I was like, “Hey, man, my ceiling in my ba- in my bathroom just collapsed.”
And you were out there same day, and you were willing to do the work. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out for us with that stuff, but it was awesome to see your professionalism showing up, brother, and that’s the big thing, especially here in South Florida, is just getting people to show up. As a [00:04:00] West Point officer, entrepreneur, competitive golfer, of all those worlds, where do you think you’re the most competitive?
Chance Carrick: Everything you like to get after? I’ve been competitive since the day I was born, I think. My dad was probably the most competitive person I’ve ever met. Yeah. And that’s transpired
Coach Fergie: into my world. Was he military too,
Chance Carrick: chance? He was. Yeah? Yep, yep. I’m basically a clone of him. Really? Yeah. Even my mom says it.
He’s an ultra-competitive, very athletic went to the military, succeeded in the military, turned it into a career. So yeah.
Coach Fergie: He was a career man, full 20 or 30?
Chance Carrick: He did 26.
Coach Fergie: 26?
Chance Carrick: Yeah.
Coach Fergie: Amazing. Yeah. Amazing. And, it also mentioned that you’re a foodie. I
Chance Carrick: am
Coach Fergie: a foodie. And y- here in, Jupiter, South Florida, so I’m gonna put you on the spot.
You get one last meal in Palm Beach, where you heading to?
Chance Carrick: One last meal in Palm Beach? Honestly, I think it would be Culinary.
Coach Fergie: That’s great. Yeah. Culinary? Yeah. I love that place. Absolutely. Yeah. Yeah, it’s it’s right there, Donald Ross, right?
Chance Carrick: Donald Ross. Yeah. It’s five minutes- Yeah … from my house.
Oh,
Coach Fergie: okay.
Chance Carrick: So that’s, it’s an easy one to get to- Easy … and it’s always a good meal.
Coach Fergie: The chicken- Always a good time … and waffles to me is amazing. Absolutely. They make a difference. So but you graduate from West Point, I believe, [00:05:00] it was it 2010 or 2006? When did- 2014 2000… Oh, ’14. Yep. If you look at that man who entered West Point in 2010 then- versus the man sitting across from me today what did those years build into you that you could never really learn in the classroom?
Chance Carrick: That’s tough to put into words, honestly. Yeah. Number one is I don’t think I ever would’ve been an entrepreneur without West Point.
Coach Fergie: Okay.
Chance Carrick: I think it taught me the intangibles of running a business and leadership of managing people.
Not just at West Point, but when I was in the Army also. You’re forced into leadership, and it teaches you a lot about yourself. And- Absolutely … I would say West Point and the military in general, it breaks you down a little bit at the beginning- Sure … to build you up stronger at the end.
Coach Fergie: Cleaves, right?
Chance Carrick: Yeah.
Coach Fergie: Yeah.
Chance Carrick: Yeah. Exactly. That was a fun year.
Coach Fergie: I have a… I was enlisted, and it was… when we’d be in I- you know, Iraq and stuff like that, a lot of the out of Annapolis, really. They, they come and start running things, and I could tell the leadership that they had.
A lot of it was kinda by the book and we’re like, “Sir, that’s not gonna [00:06:00] work here.” But the good ones were like, “All right, what works?” And then they’d put their own flavor on it- Absolutely … which I loved.
Chance Carrick: Absolutely.
Coach Fergie: Yep. And which you have to see that kind of pivot point a lot in the work that you do today- Yes
I would imagine, right? Showing up at arguably, probably one of the worst- Like days of that person’s life
Chance Carrick: Most of the time,
Coach Fergie: yes obviously- Yep … you’re not a cop or a firefighter, and that’s probably worse, but when you’re showing up, you’re cleaning up some major damage. So what is, what did you learn in your background with leadership to really handle, people’s emotions?
And in South Florida, it’s a little bit different than other places as well.
Chance Carrick: I think the biggest thing with the way I approach business is just putting yourself in their shoes. Oh my gosh Whether it’s your employees or your clients, like you have to take a step back and look at it from their perspective.
Perspective is everything. So I always, every job that I go to, I look at the whole picture- Sure … and try to look at it from their point of view of this is a stressful situation. Most people never deal with the type of situations that we deal with, and it’s expensive. It sometimes displaces you from your home.
[00:07:00] It’s your biggest investment is your home, so-
Coach Fergie: Yes. Thank you for saying that.
Chance Carrick: Yeah. So I look at it in their point of view and their lens- Love it … and I say, “How can I make their life a little bit more, or a little bit easier and a little bit less stressful in this stressful situation?”
And that’s the way we try to approach business. A-
Coach Fergie: and I love that you’re like, “All right,” like when you were talking to me, you’re like, “All right, Fergie, listen, this is what it’s gonna cost, but this is what you can work with the insurance.” No fraud or anything like that. I’m not saying… But you’re like, “This is what you say to insurance to make sure that it gets done right,” and that’s what I loved about you.
And I loved, I could feel the empathy when you and I were talking, and squad out there, empathy is huge, and basically it’s just seeing things through the other person’s perspective. And again, my friend Cha- Chance is showing up on the worst day outside of a death or, something like that, or the- their life.
It’s your home that you’ve worked for, and like you said, it’s arguably your biggest investment- Yeah … that you’re gonna make to that, point in your life. And did you start, when you got out, like you didn’t start just opening up fights, right? You, did you work for a renovation company, learn the biz, or how did that [00:08:00] go?
Chance Carrick: I had a pretty interesting path outside of the military. What I would say is that anyone who’s leaving the military or anyone that’s involved with military, like the transition from the military to the civilian world is tough. It’s difficult. There is no way- Was it … to explain it until you’ve lived through it.
Yeah. But I originally got, again, I didn’t think that I would ever get into entrepreneurship. So I originally got into sales with small business owners.
Coach Fergie: I saw that on your LinkedIn. Yeah.
Chance Carrick: And so I talked to small business owners every day about their struggles and what they were going through and after a year of talking to hundreds of small business owners, I said, “Man- I can do this. I can do this probably better than a lot of people because I have some of these-
Coach Fergie: You’re stealing my
Chance Carrick: questions, man … other skills.
Coach Fergie: I love
Chance Carrick: it. I love it. And that’s what really drove me to entrepreneurship and this business as a whole, when you’re in the military, you have a sense of purpose.
You have a sense of doing something good.
Coach Fergie: Absolutely.
Chance Carrick: And I felt like I was missing that the first couple of years out of the military. Yeah. Getting into this business and helping people, especially in a time of need and stress- I feel [00:09:00] like I have that sense of purpose again. 100%. And that’s really what’s driven me to build the company.
Coach Fergie: I love it. And you, again, we’ve kinda talked about you’ve saw customers, being treated like transactions, right? Poor communication, surprise fees, long arrival windows. You named the company Fides, and that’s, squad, that’s the way you’re actually saying it, and it’s, and we say Fides, but Fides after the Roman goddess associated with trust, right?
Yeah. So out of all the experiences from the past moving forward, was there a specific experience that made you say, there has to be a better way to do this”?
Chance Carrick: I think it was I, I knew I wanted to do that from the very beginning. Long story short is I used to, when I started my business, I actually bought into a franchise.
Coach Fergie: Okay.
Chance Carrick: And that year and change that I was with the franchise was the point where I s- you know, look, looked up and said, “We have to do it better than this.” “We have to do it in a way that is going to service the customer first, and the revenue [00:10:00] of the small business will figure itself out after we take care of the customer first.”
And so I was able to get out of the franchise in less than two years. That’s a long story for another time.
But that was the best thing that ever happened, was going through those struggles and those those issues that we had inside of the franchise. And when I rebranded as Fides Restoration, I said, “We are not going to do things money first.
We are gonna do things client and employee first.” And I noticed that.
Coach Fergie: And everything- And I just made
Chance Carrick: notes … everything else will fall-
…
Chance Carrick: Into place.
Coach Fergie: So how do you though, train, because again, a lot of my business owners I’m blessed to coach, they like to do everything themselves to get it done right, and I, we work through the whole do it, delegate it, defer it, dump it, the four Ds things- Yeah
right? What are we gonna do? But, like, how do you train y- a team member from Fides to remember while this may be another job for them, it may be a crisis. It’s definitely a crisis for them. But what do you put into your training program to make sure that your squad underneath you is providing the same stellar service you are to your clients?
Chance Carrick: Sure. I think it starts with treating them the right way.
Coach Fergie: Ooh, [00:11:00] yes.
Chance Carrick: It does … that is one of the biggest things is and I’ve heard it from my own employees of previous employers that they had, of, they’re just a number to the owner. … They’re just a, a source of revenue.
They’re not a human being and they’re not a person who has a life outside of work.
So I approach business with my employees as- I put myself in your own shoes also. You know- … not just the client’s shoes. I’m willing to do anything that my employees are willing to do.
And so when you lead from a position of, “I know you’re a person and you have a life outside of this work, how can I help make your work environment a little bit better so that you go home in a better mindset to your family and your- and your kids and things like that?” So-
Coach Fergie: I love that, man …
Chance Carrick: that’s the number one piece of it, and then it’s just training them to do things the right way. We’re not gonna cut corners. We’re gonna do things by standard. We’re gonna follow the procedures that are required in order to make sure we restore a home the right way.
Coach Fergie: Sure.
Chance Carrick: And when you lead with empathy with the employees and you teach them the right way, they want to then do things the right way.
Coach Fergie: Yeah.
Chance Carrick: They know [00:12:00] that there’s expectations to do it, but they also- Yeah … want to do it the right way because they enjoy coming to work.
It’s not-
Coach Fergie: They’re treated with respect, right?
Chance Carrick: It’s not the cleanest- Yeah … easiest job in the world to do. No. But they know that they’re helping people also. Love it. And I say, “Hey, put yourself in the client’s shoes.”
Coach Fergie: Love
Chance Carrick: it. “If this was your house, how would you wanna be treated? Would you want your stuff protected? Would you wanna make sure that they’re doing it the right way?”
And so we approach it in that regard.
Coach Fergie: I love that. And squat empathy, again is huge. And, we’re gonna dig a little bit deep into the business concept over a few days or FIDs. As soon as we get back from Steve Austin with Rise Mortgage, giving us our mortgage nugget of the week. Steve, take it away.

But don’t go there yet because I’m gonna dig into a little bit of the, more of the nuts and bolts over there at Fides.
Chance, Fides promises kinda something unusual as [00:15:00] companies grow. The owner stays involved and customers can reach you directly. That builds trust, but it can… Do you ever find that bottleneck l- bottlenecking you? And how do you scale a business without kinda scaling yourself out the very thing that you made special about the business?
Chance Carrick: That’s a great question. I certainly think that it can be a bottleneck to some point. I’ve obviously had to delegate a lot more as we’ve grown.
Coach Fergie: Sure.
Chance Carrick: But what I tell every one of my clients and what my project manager tells all of my clients is, “I may not be there every single day looking at every single piece of the job, but a client knows that they can reach me.”
Coach Fergie: Sure.
Chance Carrick: They get my cellphone number. They can text me, they can call me, they can ask questions. I’ve got a great project manager on board also that is very in line with the way I think- Really? Okay … and the way I approach business, which I’m really lucky to have. But I don’t think that there’s a client that I haven’t talked to that we’ve serviced.
Coach Fergie: Love it. And can you give us maybe a nightmare story that you made- better for your clients, something that really stands out to you?
Chance Carrick: [00:16:00] One actually just this year. Okay. A couple months ago. I got a phone call at 7:15 in the morning on a Saturday, and I said… I was about to walk out the door to play golf.
Oh, no. And I said, “Something’s gotta be wrong.” So I answer the phone call. Very nice couple living in Abacoa. Had a newborn at home. Six months old, I believe, and they had a fire in their house the day before. And on top of all of that, the wife’s sister was getting married in Italy the next week. Oh, geez.
They were packing their bags to fly to Italy- Oh … for the wedding. And the s- fire only was going for about two or three minutes, but the, the soot of the smoke spread through the whole house. So I went over there within 20 minutes of the phone call. My project manager was there an hour later. We walked through the whole project, explained everything that would happen with insurance.
I told them, “Hey, don’t cancel your vacation to Italy and miss your sister’s wedding.”
I said, “Your house we’ll take care of.”
“
Chance Carrick: You go enjoy that life moment with your family.” [00:17:00] Wow. And they trusted me just from that initial hour and a half conversation of walking through on a Saturday morning, and we handled almost the entire project before they ever even got back from Italy.
Coach Fergie: Beautiful.
Chance Carrick: And it was a long, tedious process, but I think it definitely… There was a lot of stress with that. Yeah. You got a newborn, you’re traveling halfway across the world, so they put a lot of trust in us.
And we were able to get the job completely restored and everything’s good to go now.
And
Coach Fergie: how with the communication, were you communicating through in WhatsApp or email or text? I downloaded
Chance Carrick: WhatsApp just to communicate- Okay. Okay … with her. I would send her updates- That’s amazing … with pictures- Yeah … and say, “Hey, we’re taking care of this right now. We’re showing you what’s going on,” walking her through the whole process and, with the time change, I was getting text messages and phone calls- I was just gonna say
at all kinds of times of the day. They’re like five, six hours ahead
Coach Fergie: of us, right?
Chance Carrick: Yeah … but, obviously I can’t get to it maybe if she’s texting me at midnight, but the first thing the next morning I’m letting her know. And she was just super thankful and appreciative of the way we handled the project.
Coach Fergie: Beautiful. And your lovely wife, Danielle, right?
Chance Carrick: Yes.
Coach Fergie: So you and your wife also co-own a couple, is [00:18:00] it Pure, is it Barre or Bar? Pure
Chance Carrick: Bar.
Coach Fergie: Pure Bar- Yep … studios. Is that still, going on?
Chance Carrick: Yes. Okay, awesome. Absolutely.
Coach Fergie: So what has- Building businesses alongside your spouse, taught you about partnership communication and knowing when to leave the business at the door.
‘Cause me and my Susan, we- … we work on stuff together. We like to go out and buy things and then sell them for more or whatever. Yeah. It’s because she wants to be involved in business with me a little bit, right? Yeah. But, like, how is it working, with Danielle?
Chance Carrick: Her and I just see so eye-to-eye and get along so well.
Nice. We’re best friends. We enjoy each other’s company. We enjoy each other’s time. We’re really great at m- balancing each other’s strength and weaknesses. I’m more of the kind of analytical black and white realist, and she’s more of the creative.
So we bounce ideas off of each other and thrive by helping each other.
Us together is way stronger than me by myself- Sure … or her by herself.
Coach Fergie: So who’s a better finisher? Meaning I am notorious, and my team will tell you, and Susan will tell [00:19:00] you, that I will start projects, get into it, but then I’m like that squirrel. My do- my, my dog- … my coach is like, “Fergie this is- Yeah
you need to delegate this out or what?” Who’s the better out of you and Danielle?
Chance Carrick: Her, by far. Is she? Susan is better. I’m great at doing the first 80 to 90% of a project- … and she’s great at finishing the little details.
Coach Fergie: She finishes it up. See I have it in my real estate side of the business, and Susan’ll be like, “Do you need me to close out?”
‘Cause I’ll get paid and everything, but I won’t close out the file.
‘Cause there’s something in me superstitious “If I close this out, I might not get another, deal”- Yeah … if you will. She’s like, “Just close it out.” She’ll come in and do it. Yeah. And she’s like that, that rock for me.
Chance Carrick: Yeah.
Coach Fergie: And you went from football to golf, and now you’ve reached a level which, Scott, he’s a darn good golfer. I know if you go to vga.com I believe it is, or vh- vga.org.
Chance Carrick: I think it’s vgagolf.org. VH-
Coach Fergie: VGA- he’s ranked up there in the top, 1% of veterans in the country, right? With you representing, is it Team Army you’re re- representing at the VGA Liberty Cup?
Chance Carrick: Yeah.
Coach Fergie: Okay. [00:20:00] So you’re competing against other service branches. Golf exposes you because there’s nobody to blame. That’s what I love about golf too- Yeah … is there’s no one to blame, no one to hide. I grew up as a wrestler. It’s like I s- there’s a whole thing about wrestling, we stand alone out there.
No one to pass the ball to and whatever the… What has it taught you about yourself that football, Army, and business never could? I know you love golf. Sure. So I have to bring up a golf question here.
Chance Carrick: I think golf is the greatest game ever created.
Coach Fergie: Yeah.
Chance Carrick: It forces you- To fight the mental battle in a very short period of time.
Four hours you go through every emotion that you could think of on a golf course- … especially when you’re playing tournament golf. You’ve got the stress, you’ve got the ups, the downs, the in-betweens and there’s no one to turn and look for help. It’s you and only you. It’s
Rize Mortgage Sponsor Spot: you in that job.
Chance Carrick: But I think it to me, it’s the competitive piece that I love.
Rize Mortgage Sponsor Spot: Yeah.
Chance Carrick: I love s- the pressure. I I’ll be completely honest, I was a little bit more nervous for this interview on the radio than I am for stepping up onto the first tee- … in front of a bunch of people for a, [00:21:00] televised golf tournament.
I don’t know why. It’s how I’ve always been. But I just, I love- the competition and the feeling of competition that it gives you.
Coach Fergie: And it’s like a two-sided competition, if you will. You’re competing against the course, right? And that’s really all that matters, but you also if I’m standing there with you in the tee box and like I, for- Yeah
do Nassaus per hole or something like that, you’re kinda like, you wanna beat the brakes off of me. Yeah. While we’re playing, even though you’re spotting me nine strokes. But it’s- but w- with that, but yeah, I have a professional golfer. It’s on the Korn Ferry Tour that I’m blessed to coach right now, and we walk the courses around here.
And it’s a lot of what happens in between the shots that we’re really working on, where, he hits, a little shanky shank and, we’re walking to it, and a lot of golfers, they’ll just zone in on that next shot like, “Oh my gosh, how am I gonna do this?” But, I’m giving him up until 50 yards from the ball, he’s somewhere else.
Still locked into himself, but he’s somewhere else. I’m walking in Italy with my girlfriend. I’m, doing this and getting up to the ball and just resetting.
So what [00:22:00] is your kind of strategy for in business, in golf, entrepreneurship, for resetting when things don’t really go as well as you want them to?
Chance Carrick: I think this comes from my dad, but he said that, “No matter what you do in life, no matter where you are, whether you’re, succeeding or not succeeding, you’re gonna run into adversity.”
Introduction : Sure. “
Chance Carrick: And you’re gonna run into different types of adversity. Some of it’s gonna be easy to overcome, some of it’s gonna be hard, but the only thing you can do is to try to keep putting one foot forward- Love it
And focus on what’s in front of you.” And try to… you’re always gonna think about the things that you can’t control or the things- Sure … that happened previously. But I use that as a drive to try to do a little bit better.
I’ve seen a lot of adversity in my life when it comes to personal, professional.
It doesn’t matter, but you can’t ever quit. You can’t ever give up. And so I always take that mentality of one foot forward- Yep … one foot forward, get up when you get knocked down. And that’s the way I approach everything.
Coach Fergie: Just keep moving forward. It’s, kinda, I like to call it, like, all-day pace.
When things get bad, find a pace that you can get at and [00:23:00] just keep it going- Yeah … for the day. So kinda let’s fast-forward 10 years or so. Forget revenue, awards, how big, FE Days has become. Like, when your employees, customers, fellow veterans, family talk about Chance Kerrick when you’re not around, right?
What do you hope they say you stood for?
Chance Carrick: Integrity
Coach Fergie: Okay
Chance Carrick: I hope they think that I’m, an honest person doing the right thing, working hard, and you know, having fun along the way. Love it I think li- life’s so short- Yeah … that, you wanna try to succeed and do well, but you gotta have fun along the way Enjoy
Coach Fergie: it, man.
Chance Carrick: Life is way too short- Huge. Yeah … not to look at every opportunity and just take a step back and enjoy the moment. This is it.
Coach Fergie: Yeah I
Chance Carrick: mean it’s very short, and so you just you have to live life and enjoy it along the way. Right So I hope people, remember me as a, a faithful, trustworthy person- Love it
that did the right thing, but also had some fun along the way.
Coach Fergie: Yeah, absolutely. Fun is, it’s a huge part of anything, whether it’s sports or your business. I’ve noticed you have that F word that y- things go by a little bit better- Yeah … and the [00:24:00] energy stays up. But if you were to get in a DeLorean with Marty McFly in Back to the Future, you go back to the double deuce, to 22-year-old Chance.
What might you tell him? Not to change anything, but, maybe shorten the learning curve a little bit.
Chance Carrick: Find a really good mentor-
Coach Fergie: Love it …
Chance Carrick: and lean on the people who have walked in your shoes beforehand.
Coach Fergie: Yeah.
Chance Carrick: If you can do that, it helps to pave the way. And there’s no right answer- Right
but I would say that just always try to do the right thing, even when no one’s looking. That’s- So
Coach Fergie: I’m hearing your why is almost to be useful in life.
Chance Carrick: Yeah
Coach Fergie: That’s exactly mine. People ask me, “Fergie, what’s your why?” Useful. I just wanna help.
Chance Carrick: Yeah.
Coach Fergie: I’m gonna get mine, no matter what with that.
But we got about 90 seconds, can we, can you tell us where to find you?
Chance Carrick: Yeah. We’re based here locally in Jupiter, Florida. We cover all of Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties. Okay you can find us online on Google. Fides Restoration does basically anything someone doesn’t wanna do inside- Right
of their property.
All the nastiness. We do all kinds of different property restoration, but call us and I’m always a phone call [00:25:00] away. But yeah, we service all of Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie Counties.
Coach Fergie: I love it, squad. And the, the number is 561-203-6083. Again, 561-203-6083. 561-203-6083 or go to Fides Restoration, F-I-D-E-S restoration.com.
And if you don’t mind, Chance, leave us with one last knowledge nugget that the squad out there can listen to, take with them, internalize, and take action on.
Chance Carrick: I would say- Always believe in your own abilities and strive for greatness.
Try, try to accomplish, even if someone tells you can’t do it, put another foot forward and keep working- Right
towards that goal. Some people will call you crazy. Some people will tell you can’t do things. Life’s too short. If you put your mind to it, you can accomplish whatever you wanna accomplish. I
Coach Fergie: love that. I love it. And squad, I had such a blessing sitting down here with my good buddy Chance.
Please call them i- when one of those worst days come up. All the, everything will be down in the show notes if you wanna [00:26:00] go to the, the webpage as well. Thank you to my awesome producer Brian Mudd, WJNO, and all our fellow veterans out there doing the deed. Please stay safe. We absolutely love your guts.
