Time To Shine Today

[Scott Ferguson] 11:32:54

Podcast varsity, squad. This is Scott, Ferguson, and people didn’t know me in my past.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:32:59

They’ve known that I was a little bit cluttered, not just within my mind, which that’s more of kind of a running joke with my friends.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:33:05

But also when people would walk in, be like Fergus this stuff is out of place.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:33:11

The stuff does not belong here. This is this this is this, and there.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:33:15

There’s a fantastic friend of mine and Hicha, and you know she’s worked with people on helping them declutter and organize.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:33:23

But she is really kind of shifted a lot into being a fantastic author which I will have a book give away for one of her books at the end and time to shine.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:33:31

Today’s dime. She’s a speaker, a podcaster that she’s launching.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:33:35

It’s uncluttered which don’t go there yet.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:33:37

I’ll put it in the show notes. But don’t go there yet.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:33:39

Make sure you listen to what Anne has to say. You know she’s a certified personal organizer.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:33:43

Her experience with clients gives her user insights into the challenges of disorganization and the piece that order can bring.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:33:51

She loves helping people simplify their lives, they can spend time doing what they love and nobody.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:33:57

I don’t know anybody that doesn’t want to do what they love, and and thank you so much for coming on.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:34:00

Please introduce yourself. The time to shine today. Packets for us to spot.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:34:04

But first, what’s your favorite color? And why?

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:34:06

Royal blue. It was my color at my wedding 35 years ago, and it’s been my favorite ever since

[Scott Ferguson] 11:34:13

35 years. That’s amazing, amazing. I feel like 35 min underwater.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:34:19

I’m Kitty, I’m kidding. It’s a joke.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:34:20

I say that that’s awesome. So yeah, let’s get into the roots, or I’m sorry.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:34:25

Angie, let me get into the roots of your you know.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:34:30

Kind of maybe a little bit of your upbringing where you always kind of like a neat nick, or you know what? How? How did you get into that

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:34:34

Kind of yeah, yeah, I guess I’ve kind of always been that way.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:34:40

Kind of a perfectionist I see what’s wrong with everything, and I’m just like drinking to fix it.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:34:46

So yeah, pretty obsessive about order. So you know, I think it’s just kind of ingrained in me.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:34:49

Where’d that come from?

[Scott Ferguson] 11:34:54

Okay.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:34:55

It’s like I can’t not do it. I mean, it’s honestly, it’s like really painful to be in a situation where things need to be straightened up, and I don’t have the permission to do it.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:35:07

I was just gonna ask you, how, how, how are you? You know that’s so much emotionally, in a bad way.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:35:14

But how does that like get to you? And you ever have you ever just stepped out and said, Ask somebody if you could do that, have you?

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:35:20

Yeah, yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:35:22

It’s awesome. What was your responses?

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:35:24

Well, you know, and it’s like silly things, like one of the things that just kills me.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:35:31

I, my husband and I live in a little loft downtown, and so a lot of places will let you put flyers up or they’ll have a bulletin board, or whatever, and there’ll be flyers for events that have already happened, and it just kills me, i’m just so sometimes

[Scott Ferguson] 11:35:37

Hmm.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:35:41

Oh, my!

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:35:48

I’ll say I’m sorry. But this was over a month ago.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:35:50

Mind if I just pull this off. You know, little little

[Scott Ferguson] 11:35:53

That’s awesome. That’s that’s literally.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:35:58

I was never organized until I went in the military, and then it was kind of forced on me.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:36:01

Hmm.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:36:03

But a lot of that, fortunately, is carried over into my life.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:36:06

Hmm, yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:36:06

I’ve been out of the military 30 years now, but it’s really kind of carried over where?

[Scott Ferguson] 11:36:11

But I still find myself thinking that I am

[Scott Ferguson] 11:36:17

Organize. But then yet you look at my desk, and I it could be better. Okay.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:36:23

So.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:36:23

Well, it. Yeah. And you know the the there’s different.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:36:28

The the true definition of organized is, can you find what you need?

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:36:32

And my organized is gonna look different from your organized you.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:36:36

May that be the kind of person who likes things you like to be able to see everything where there, whereas I’m okay with things in drove.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:36:43

Okay.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:36:44

But for some people, if it’s in, if it’s not right in front of them, it might as well not exist.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:36:49

Right. That’s how

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:36:49

So it doesn’t have to look a particular way. The function is more important than the looks. Absolutely.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:36:55

Wow! Wow! That’s I’d love that you said that the function is more important with that being said, though, do people that you’ve worked with field judged by you working with you or in?

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:36:57

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:37:13

And I don’t mean that in a really derogatory way, like Oh, you judged me

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:37:14

Right? I. But yeah, I know what you mean, and you know honestly many, many people.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:37:21

I think. Don’t reach out for help, because they’re embarrassed.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:37:26

They really are, you know, they’ll say, Oh, well, gosh!

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:37:29

If you came to my house you’d run screaming, or I I’m so I I actually can’t handle you looking at my house or I’m so sorry.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:37:39

I know it’s really bad, and you know I just always say you know, we’ve all got our strengths and weaknesses.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:37:40

Right.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:37:44

My weaknesses. You just don’t see them when you walk in the room, because mine are more internal.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:37:48

Sure.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:37:51

Right.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:37:51

But you know it. We all need help with something in our lives.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:37:56

You know everything can’t come naturally to everyone, you know.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:37:59

Right.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:38:01

That’s just impossible. So

[Scott Ferguson] 11:38:02

It’s funny that you said that, and because I I have a coaching client that’s an interior designer, and she’s like you.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:38:09

Everything really has a place, but as we were kind of working through her blind spots, you know, we found that she hid a lot of her weaknesses through organization.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:38:16

Hmm! Huh!

[Scott Ferguson] 11:38:18

If that if that makes sense, you know, like you just kind of brought it up.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:38:21

And I’m like, Wow, that’s just what you know a client has said.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:38:24

And nothing wrong with it. It’s just, you know, that it gave me a place as a to work from.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:38:29

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:38:29

It was a beautiful and thank you for being transparent, and saying that that’s that’s that’s fantastic, because a lot of people that are organized, they will hover over and judge.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:38:38

Let’s say I can’t believe but you said

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:38:38

Yeah, no judgment. And and I actually love sharing stories of my own personal foibles, because people can relate to me.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:38:46

Yes. Yeah.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:38:49

I yeah, like one of my best stories. And I actually put this in my newspaper art article because it was just so great I I was going to my first Napo Conference organizers conference.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:38:55

Yeah.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:39:01

I was so excited to be with my people, you know other people that were obsessive about order like me.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:39:06

And so how did everything planned, and, you know, got ready, and my husband took me to the airport, and I was just oh, you know, so excited!

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:39:15

And so we open the trunk to get the suitcase to go out, and my suitcase was at home.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:39:21

I I I guess I thought he was gonna get it. And obviously it was my responsibility to get my suitcase.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:39:25

Right.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:39:28

Right.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:39:29

So he runs how to try to if we didn’t make it in time.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:39:33

Fortunately I was going. What a night earlier than I had to be, so I didn’t miss any of the, but I have so much when I call attention, clutter.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:39:36

Oh, good!

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:39:43

My mind is spinning with a zillion things where I’m not.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:39:46

It’s really hard for me to be present in the moment and paying attention to the people around me.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:39:49

Hmm.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:39:52

And so that’s the thing I have to work on a lot a lot of it, a lot of it came from too much time on my phone.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:40:01

So I talk a lot about that. But yeah, if we can’t share what we’re struggling with, you know, who’s gonna trust us to help them with something there’s struggling with, we gotta be real.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:40:02

Sure. Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:40:10

Wow!

[Scott Ferguson] 11:40:13

Yeah.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:40:13

I’m all about being real. I yeah, I had to check somebody yesterday and say, Yeah, I was at your house last night, and I can’t find my gloves.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:40:19

And they were in the driveway beside my car. Man.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:40:26

Right, you know I’ve been. I’ve looked for my phone in my car that I thought was under my car seat with my phone in my hand, using the flashlight.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:40:33

Yeah. Yeah. Oh, yeah. Been there done that? Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:40:36

I did that before, you know. So yeah, I I just love your transparency and honesty.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:40:43

So when you maybe we’re working with people I know you don’t do so much like, you know.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:40:49

You kind of shifted stuff. But W. Who could you explain? Maybe.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:40:52

Like some of your secret sauce that you might use when someone hired you to help them find their blind spot.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:40:59

When it came to organization

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:41:01

Find their blind Spot. That’s a good one, you know.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:41:05

I I always started every time with a client we’d always start with kind of an assessment visit and talk about.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:41:13

You know what areas were bothering them? What was interfering with their daily life?

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:41:20

The most, and, what’s working what’s not working?

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:41:24

And what’s driving them crazy and like? The more the better questions I ask at the beginning, before we do even a little bit of work, the more effective I’m going to be in figuring out what’s what their deal is like.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:41:39

Yes.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:41:43

Okay, one of my most recent clients. She had some issues in her garage, so she had shelves, and she had things on the shelves and it was easier to find stuff.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:41:52

But she also had this big pile in the middle of the garage, and what it was was like she’d come back from something, and she wouldn’t take the time to put the things away so I just kind of land there and then like things that were in transition back and forth, so I said you need a

[Scott Ferguson] 11:42:08

It’s kind of like a oh, right?

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:42:13

Drop, zone. You need an area for like, okay, this thing is, you know, I’ve I’ve used this stuff. I don’t have time to put it back right now.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:42:21

But here’s my spot, and that’s where it’s gonna go.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:42:23

Right.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:42:25

That’s the official, you know, function of this particular area.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:42:29

And then I know that once a week, or whatever on some regular basis, then I know I gotta go to my drops.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:42:36

I’ve got it empty everything, and put it back where it belongs.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:42:39

Love it alright.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:42:39

So kind of like talking through their schedule, talking through their life, and then looking at zones that are kind of a little messy.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:42:49

Right. I love it when you suck about the drop zone, are you?

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:42:50

So that kind of stuff

[Scott Ferguson] 11:42:52

Are you want that to be somewhere is what you just said about the middle of her garage?

[Scott Ferguson] 11:42:58

It’s like, remind me of a junk drawer right where you put all your stuff.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:43:03

What when you do a drop zone like that, would you?

[Scott Ferguson] 11:43:07

Maybe want it to be in a place where you visually see it

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:43:12

Yeah, and I mean, the thing is like, everybody has drop zones, whether you’ve established it or not.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:43:17

Your place, that you tend to put stuff, you know, when you don’t have time.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:43:17

I do. Yup, sure, right

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:43:21

It. It needs to be convenient, but if you, if you don’t have a regular habit of taking the things from the drop zone to where they belong, then it’s going to end up piled up, and so, if yeah, I mean yeah, convenient, but if it’s in a place

[Scott Ferguson] 11:43:23

Sure.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:43:33

Right. Got it?

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:43:38

where everybody’s gonna see? Then maybe that forces you to deal with it more regularly.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:43:44

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:43:44

Yeah, I I do that. I put everything in one spot where I know that.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:43:47

Due to someone was to come over right now, and I just don’t like to be embarrassed.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:43:52

But going back, I I love what you’d said about like really asking the powerful questions and with your line of work you could.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:44:00

You just don’t listen with your ears like you’re listening with your eyes because you’re visualizing.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:44:02

Yes.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:44:04

The senses. The smells like I call that listening with your neck.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:44:07

Hmm.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:44:07

You’re really leaning in to that, and that that was something that really picked up on there, that that’s beautiful, is there?

[Scott Ferguson] 11:44:14

When you’re starting. When you were starting to kind of work with people.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:44:19

Was there any good question that we you wish? Maybe they would ask you, but never do

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:44:25

Oh, I should have been ready for that question, because I listened here.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:44:29

I listened to your podcast. A lot, yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:44:30

Thank you for doing that. It’s what I like to ask it’s not to trip people up.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:44:34

But it’s something that’s interesting, especially when you talk to people that are service providers.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:44:35

Yeah.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:44:39

Wow! A question. I wish they would ask me

[Scott Ferguson] 11:44:45

You’ve kind of already answered it, but I’ll let you go.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:44:47

Bye, bye, yeah, let’s see.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:44:48

What I would ask you

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:44:53

Maybe something like if you were. If you lived in this space and had the kind of schedule that I had and the lifestyle that I had.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:45:03

What do you think would be the most functional way

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:45:12

Most. Yeah. Something’s weird happened with, I’m Mike

[Scott Ferguson] 11:45:17

No problem, we we can add all this stuff, no worries at all.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:45:19

Okay, yeah, so if if you were me and you had the lifestyle I have in the schedule I have, and the people in your home lot are.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:45:20

No go ahead!

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:45:27

There are any. Are there any things that you’ve seen that I haven’t addressed yet?

[Scott Ferguson] 11:45:33

I love it. I love that. Yeah, that that that that’s a strong like I would’ve kinda asked you, you know, as a professional organizer organizer, you know.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:45:34

Maybe

[Scott Ferguson] 11:45:43

What do you weak? This is which you’ve already explained them.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:45:46

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:45:47

You know that’s that’s fantastic. Thank you so much for doing that, and thank you for listening to the show as well.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:45:51

Yeah, sure.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:45:52

That means a lot. There’s, you know, cause we like to kinda talk.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:45:54

You know the professional. And then we’re gonna kind of get a little personal with you right now.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:45:58

And so then again, you probably heard this. But have you saw the movie back to the future?

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:46:05

Yes.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:46:06

Okay, let’s get that glory with Marty Mcfly.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:46:09

Let’s go back to the the 22 year old.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:46:11

The double do so. 22 year old, Angie! What knowledge nuggets might you drop on her to maybe help her?

[Scott Ferguson] 11:46:17

That’s what change anything, cause you’ve had 35 years on marriage.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:46:21

You’ve built successful businesses, you’re doing what you love.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:46:24

But maybe the helper at that age shorten a learning curve, blast through or level up, maybe just a little bit quicker

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:46:29

Hmm! I think I would tell myself. Don’t underestimate yourself.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:46:37

I think that there are a lot of things that I thought maybe I’d want to do.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:46:43

But oh, I don’t know. I don’t know.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:46:46

That seems a little beyond me. I remember when I was an undergrad, I was a science nerd.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:46:54

I loved all things science, especially human body stuff. And I wanted to be a physical therapist at that time, and I had some people in my dorm that were wanting to go to Med school.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:46:58

Hmm.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:47:02

Okay.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:47:09

And someone said, Do you? Would you be interested in being the doctor?

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:47:12

I could never do that. It was like, why did I even say that I could totally have done that?

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:47:18

So I ended up going to graduate school, getting a masters in medical science.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:47:23

Working as a PA physician, assistant, and in pediatrics, and I loved it, but I could have done med school.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:47:25

Hmm.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:47:32

I just I just didn’t think I could. And the same thing with starting this business, you know I did a whole lot of other things.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:47:39

I had this just obsession as we talked about to organize, and then I found out professional organizing is a thing like people do this for a job, and but it wasn’t going to be the kind of thing where I just go to something company and interview and get hired as an organizer I was gonna have to

[Scott Ferguson] 11:47:44

Hmm.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:47:48

Yes.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:48:01

Hmm.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:48:01

Start my own business. Well, the first thing I said was, I can do that.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:48:07

Look at it! Ha, ha! How do you? I’m not gonna start a business.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:48:10

I’m not that kind of person, I mean. At that point I’d been, you know, home raising my girls for a while best, you know.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:48:17

Never trade any of those days I’m like, you know, I’m just a full-time mom.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:48:22

I can’t start a business. And so, my sweet husband, we we hit emptiness.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:48:30

So so I went back to doing something I was teaching, assisting in second grade, and I liked it, but I couldn’t get this thought out of my head of organizing.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:48:39

I I just but then I would just say, I don’t know.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:48:42

Starting a business. So finally we hit empty nest we started doing a lot of hiking and biking, and we’re on a bicycle trail in Georgia, and it was time for me to decide whether I was gonna you know, be a teaching assistant the next year and he said I know you know.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:49:00

you like your job. I don’t think you love it, and I know we’ve talked about this organizing things so many times, and I know it scares you to think about starting a business, but that’s first of all, I don’t want you to regret not trying

[Scott Ferguson] 11:49:16

Love it. Yeah.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:49:17

And and this is the time if you’re ever gonna do it.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:49:21

This is the time we’re empty nesters.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:49:23

You have a little more time. We are in a financial position.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:49:25

We’re not counting on a certain amount of income from you.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:49:27

Sure.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:49:28

So, you know, if it doesn’t work, you go back to teaching, or whatever, and it’s fine, and and here’s the other thing about me.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:49:37

Under estimating myself, he said. You know there are people with less intelligent, less drive less a knowledge of all this.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:49:47

Then you that start businesses all the time, and you’re never gonna know unless you do it.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:49:50

Right.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:49:52

And I am 100% behind you, supporting you all the way.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:49:55

And so I was like, you know what you are right. Let’s do this thing.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:49:59

Love it

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:50:00

And that was in the spring of 2,016, and so I got a mentor.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:50:03

Hmm.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:50:05

I joined Napo, I took some classes. I just did a timer shirts.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:50:10

I went to the small business development center in my hometown.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:50:14

I I worked really hard over a period of several months, and then it was the scariest and most wonderful thing I have ever done.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:50:22

I love that

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:50:24

And and yeah, so I I think so many times we assume we can’t do something.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:50:29

Sure.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:50:29

Certain personalities, and that’s me. And so now I try to do scary stuff sometimes, you know.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:50:35

Yeah, it does. And it it erases your dopamine, and it raises your endorphins.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:50:41

Yeah, absolutely. I don’t. I don’t want to stop learning and taking risks ever

[Scott Ferguson] 11:50:42

A keeps you young when you’re doing that. So

[Scott Ferguson] 11:50:47

Sure what is the best decision you’ve ever made, that you said no to

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:50:54

Well, starting my business definitely. I guess. I guess some like something, I initially said no to.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:51:04

But then I said Yes, or

[Scott Ferguson] 11:51:05

Something that you’re glad that you said no to

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:51:07

Oh, something! I’m glad I said no to. Actually, I’m glad that I’m not working with clients right now, even though I loved, loved loved it absolutely.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:51:20

Okay.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:51:20

I helped a lot of people, but the thing was like where my passion was turning to was writing, podcasting, speaking, and I did that.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:51:31

Beautiful.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:51:33

I did that while working with clients, but I found that I didn’t really have the time to develop the ideas that I had because of the client work, and I tried to kind of you know, Finagle, my schedule around to still do it.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:51:39

Hmm.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:51:47

And I just found I couldn’t do it, and so, just at the beginning of January, I started not doing in-person work with clients and I’ve got I’ve moved forward, you know, launch the podcast.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:51:48

Right.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:51:59

And I’ve got some in-person workshops I’m working on.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:52:03

And all this stuff and it it’s it’s weird, like helping people.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:52:07

Declutter was becoming clutter for me because it was distracting from what my priority was was to spread this message about. They’re out of your life from a podium, and

[Scott Ferguson] 11:52:09

Yeah, right.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:52:20

Look, so

[Scott Ferguson] 11:52:22

That that you know what you’re gonna be able to reach more people that way.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:52:26

You have the experience. I really believe that it’s inch by inches of cinch by the yard.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:52:31

Hmm.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:52:31

It’s hard, right? So you did it, and you built it to the point to now, when you speak in front of people, you have the experience that’s fantastic.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:52:37

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:52:38

So give me a product that you think can. That’s under our $100, and you think that we’re really help people level up their organization in their life other than your book.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:52:46

Okay.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:52:52

By the way.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:52:53

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, a product under a $100. It would help them level up their organization.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:53:04

Okay, so I’m not gonna give you like an organized like a bin or a bilbox, or something like that.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:53:10

Okay.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:53:15

I would probably spend that on some resources, some teaching resources.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:53:23

I was just gonna say, how about your course when you put one out?

[Scott Ferguson] 11:53:27

That’s awesome. Love. It

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:53:27

No, when I put it out, but you know there’s there’s a lot of you know and I’ve got not gotten there yet, but there’s some great programs where you’re with a this is something I’m wanting to build.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:53:42

Well the cohort of people who are all trying to get their lives in order, you have the coaching and that kind of thing.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:53:51

Oh, there’s I mean there’s great books atomic habits, James.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:53:53

Sure. James, yeah, I spoke with James. Great guy, yeah. Yeah.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:53:54

Clear, so spot on with A and his his email list, his weekly email list is some of the best.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:54:03

Yeah, 3, 2, one. Thursdays, yeah, yeah.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:54:03

I mean, it is just all the knowledge nuggets. Yeah. Joshua Becker, the more or less Marguerite A. Magnus. In this we general art of Swedish death, cleaning

[Scott Ferguson] 11:54:11

Oh, love! It

[Scott Ferguson] 11:54:16

I I love that you took it to education, and leveling up your mindset.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:54:22

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:54:22

That’s that’s that’s a that’s a beautiful thing.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:54:24

So how do you want your dash remembered that little line in between your incarnation date your expiration, and hopefully it’s long time away.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:54:30

Hmm.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:54:33

How do you want that data?

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:54:37

I’d like for people to remember me as someone who help them.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:54:41

Take a hard look at their life and get rid of everything that was holding them back.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:54:43

Hmm.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:54:48

From what was most important, and that and that’s really just if you boil down what I’m doing to just one sentence, that’s it. Because

[Scott Ferguson] 11:54:56

Hmm.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:55:00

Whether it’s our physical stuff. That we don’t need, or it’s things that events that are clogging up our calendar or things that are spinning in our mind, that we can’t.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:55:03

Hmm.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:55:09

Yeah.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:55:14

There’s so many things that are just unnecessary.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:55:18

Right.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:55:18

So if we clear that clutter, we can really pursue what’s important to us

[Scott Ferguson] 11:55:24

Now I love that, and when you do clear that clutter, you actually clear your mental clutter a lot as well, and that helps you.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:55:28

Oh, absolutely! And the mental clutter is such a huge mental clutter is such a huge piece of it.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:55:31

Think, yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:55:34

Sure.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:55:34

I love to talk about David Allen getting things done. You know.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:55:40

Yeah.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:55:40

Such a classic work, but one of the biggest things of mental clutter.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:55:44

Besides the phone and digital stuff, which is a big one, we try.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:55:50

We generally try to hold a lot of things in our mind.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:55:54

So that we don’t forget, you know. Oh, I gotta stop all the way home I got her call so and so.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:56:00

And oh, what about this? What about that? And though so like, we’re trying to just, you know, hold on to them.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:56:07

And, like David Allen says you’re you’re brain is not meant for holding things.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:56:10

No.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:56:11

It’s meant for creating ideas. And so he talked. He talked, calls those things, open loops, things that are not in a state where they’re supposed to be, and getting your open loops into trusted systems, whether that’s trello or a piece of paper, or reminders on my Iphone or

[Scott Ferguson] 11:56:13

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:56:16

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:56:26

Right, now that you know Benjamin Franklin, I’m paraphrasing a lot of this, but you know, he said, that the power of the ink is more powerful than anything you can hold in your mind.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:56:28

whatever, so

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:56:36

Hmm.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:56:37

You know, for something that you want to remember, you know, and I.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:56:39

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:56:42

Luckily, you know, we have the technology. I love Google keep in.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:56:44

And

[Scott Ferguson] 11:56:45

If I think of something, I just speak it in, and it goes across all my platforms.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:56:48

Yes.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:56:48

It might be. Have it to my team. It’s beautiful, so good.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:56:53

What? What is your definition of a life well lived? Angie

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:57:00

Man, you are just firing the good questions at me. Here, Scott.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:57:04

I have to shine today. Baby

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:57:08

I think a life will lived as one that is consistent with your priorities.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:57:16

And you gotta be we’re nothing to add a whack.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:57:23

Nothing’s unbalanced, you know.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:57:24

Sure.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:57:29

If you

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:57:33

If you live in such a way that okay, well, let me.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:57:38

Just here’s another transparent thing. So I’ve been a Christian most of my life, and and one of those like, you’re gonna see me at church on Sunday, I’m gonna be you back starting. I’m gonna do this.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:57:42

Beautiful.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:57:48

Sure.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:57:50

I’m gonna do that. I’m gonna always look the part.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:57:53

But there is a sizable chunk of my adult life where nobody would know this unless I told them, because I look like the model of the Christian life.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:58:02

But I wasn’t living it, really, and you could only go so long kind of pretending before it kind of catches up with you that plus like as a an extrovert perfectionist, go get her high energy. Person.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:58:05

Right.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:58:11

Sure. Right

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:58:22

I would just add more and more and more things to my life, and I was exhausted, and so I didn’t have.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:58:26

Sure.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:58:30

Yeah, I didn’t even have time to think about what was important, much less, you know.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:58:36

Spend time doing it, because I was too busy so many of us don’t take the time to reflect.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:58:38

Yeah.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:58:41

And if we do, we don’t do anything about what we discover.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:58:46

Right.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:58:46

So I think reflection is such a powerful tool

[Scott Ferguson] 11:58:50

Yeah, in reference leads to harmony, like a lot of people say, balance, I think balance is crap. I get on stage.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:58:53

Hmm, hmm.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:58:56

I tell you that because balance equals 0, like I believe, strongly, firmly, believe in harmony I’m not making in this up because my coaches mentors are pass it down to me, but I like it to a jazz man like your God or your spirituals, the drums or your personal growth.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:59:12

Is the guitar or the family? Is your piano, and you don’t have to be Beethoven or Eddie van Halen or Mozart at any of those instruments right to be that good.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:59:24

But if one of them is out of tune, you don’t have the harming.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:59:25

Hmm, yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:59:27

So you want to really get organized to just be able to put it in harmony.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:59:31

I really appreciate you saying that and squad we’re going to take my good friend Angie through our loving up lightning round just as soon as we get back from thinking our sponsors and affiliates time to shine today podcast versus squad we are back in angie you and

[Scott Ferguson] 11:59:45

I could talk 1520 min on each one of these questions.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:59:48

But you’ve got 5 s with no explanations, and they can all be answered that way.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 11:59:52

Okay. I am ready.

[Scott Ferguson] 11:59:56

You’re ready to level up. Here we go. What is the best leveling up advice you’ve ever received

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:00:00

Oh, your identity is the way you are uniquely gifted by God, and your identity is your gift to the world.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:00:09

Oh, that’s beautiful and sure! One of your personal habits is contribute to success.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:00:11

So be that. Hmm

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:00:17

Daily time in the Bible, and prayer and meditation, to try to quiet my mind and get my focus

[Scott Ferguson] 12:00:22

Love it. What, if any, is your most commonly used to mode you in your text?

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:00:28

Oh! The eye roll.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:00:31

Nicknames growing Up.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:00:34

What’s that? Oh, nicknames! I always wanted a nickname, and I never got one

[Scott Ferguson] 12:00:35

Nicknames growing Up.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:00:41

I love it, but you have a really cool last name, so that works.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:00:44

Like.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:00:45

Now just checkers are monopoly

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:00:47

Monopoly

[Scott Ferguson] 12:00:48

Beautiful. Go to ice cream, flavor.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:00:52

Probably meant chocolate, chip.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:00:54

I love it. Let’s build a a sandwich called the ship ship.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:00:59

What’s on that sandwich

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:01:02

Is it a literal sandwich? It’s a literal sample. Alright.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:01:04

It’s a little sandwich. Let’s see

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:01:12

Let’s see, let’s go, are we gonna go with something sweet?

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:01:17

So maybe, like some almond butter and banana and some apple slices really thin, and maybe a little bit of cream cheese

[Scott Ferguson] 12:01:21

Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:01:25

Hmm! There you go!

[Scott Ferguson] 12:01:31

Love it. We could definitely dot favorite charity. And our organization like to give your time.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:01:36

Or money to

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:01:39

And I just gotta pick one. I’ll say St. Judes

[Scott Ferguson] 12:01:43

Beautiful. Me, too. Best decade of music, 60 seventies, eighties, or nineties.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:01:47

Oh, I love my eighties

[Scott Ferguson] 12:01:49

Me, too. I I’m 50 now. So it’s like the eighties was kind of like I graduated 1990. So they use was like my thing, I’m say, have you said that so, Aggie? How can we find you Merry?

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:01:57

Yeah.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:02:01

Best way to find me would be on my website. Ship, shape dot solutions.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:02:06

Love it

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:02:07

And I’m also on Facebook and Instagram

[Scott Ferguson] 12:02:09

Got it. And you have all those will be in the show notes as well.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:02:14

So I know you have your podcast. Which I’m gonna put that into the the show notes for them, direct to as well.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:02:20

But do you have other books that are that are dropping

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:02:23

Yeah. So I have my book unholy mess with the Bible says about clutter, that was published on Amazon and December the twentieth, 20 on ebook and paperback.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:02:31

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:02:35

It will be available in audiobook sometime in the next couple of months.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:02:37

What hey? Awesome! Beautiful!

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:02:40

Yeah, been working on that? Yeah. And got another book coming soon.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:02:49

But yeah, that’s what I’ve got out there right now.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:02:52

I’d be happy to

[Scott Ferguson] 12:03:08

I’ll know you’ve listened this far apple butter, clutter into any of the social.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:03:12

I don’t care if it’s on Pinterest I don’t care if you text it to me.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:03:16

Love it

[Scott Ferguson] 12:03:16

I don’t care whatever. Linkedin, Instagram Facebook but apple butter, clutter in there, and I will happily get the book out to you from my good friend Angie and Angie give me one last step and leave us with one last knowledge nugget.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:03:31

We can take with us, internalize and take action on

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:03:33

Hmm! This is what we sign off our our podcast episodes an uncluttered life is an abundant life.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:03:42

It sounds opposite, right? Because we think of abundance as a bunch. But the more uncluttered you are, the more abundance you have because you’re spending time on what’s important

[Scott Ferguson] 12:03:43

So, true. Yeah.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:03:47

Yeah, that’s yes.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:03:53

Yeah, and squad. I just had a super fun conversation, and she’s just been such a great gossip.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:04:02

I was late getting here because technical difficulties, nothing even fazed her.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:04:06

She’s fantastic, you know. She’s been obsessive about order since she was younger, and she used her talents to really level up through life to help other people level up as well.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:04:19

Function, sometimes is more to a person. Then how something looks so, how function Angie would get in and dig in and find out, hey, this works best for you.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:04:28

We’re gonna make it look the best as we can as long as it’s still functional for you you know.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:04:36

And it also is a professional, you know. Anti- remind us that it’s okay to share your weeknesses with people because it makes you more transparent.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:04:39

Hmm.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:04:41

It makes you more related, you know, and she will. When she talks to people I I’m sure she does, even though she’s not working so much with one on one people.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:04:51

But I’m sure you even conversation, and she’s the kind of person that I mentioned before live really listens with her.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:04:56

Next she tries to find the pain point to people and to help them with that.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:05:00

Into level up through it. She wants to remind you that don’t underestimate yourself you know.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:05:07

She could have been a doctor, you know. She could have went that route, but she felt something intuitively that held her back, but luckily she married a man 35 years ago.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:05:15

That said, listen, go, chase that dream, and what she did know she got her asking here and asked for it.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:05:22

And she wants to remind us that don’t regret not trying.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:05:24

Hmm.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:05:25

Okay, and like my good friendly verdict, Medina would say, Do it scared.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:05:30

Get out there and do it, you know, and you know she’s planning trees that she’s probably never gonna sit in the shade of cause the people that she’s helped.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:05:30

Hmm, absolutely

[Scott Ferguson] 12:05:39

And those people are gonna learn something. That was passed on from Angie.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:05:42

That’s going to help them help somebody else that’s that’s just beautiful and a life well, live tour is consistent with the priorities of your life or your wife, you know, live life in that harmony.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:05:54

No year. Why, if you don’t work with somebody, one of the coaches I’ve interviewed, I’m sure Angie would be happy to have a conversation with you.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:06:02

Really get dig deep down and find that. Why? Because when you do, you can show off that God gives identity gifts of yours to the world in.

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:06:11

Hmm.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:06:12

Lastly, she reminds us that uncluttered life is an abundant life, and that’s what my good friend Angie does.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:06:18

She levels up her house, she levels up her wealth. She’s humble.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:06:23

Yes, she’s hungry. She’s our diversity squad letter here at time to shine today.

[Scott Ferguson] 12:06:25

Thank you so much for coming energy. I absolutely love your dots

[Angie Hyche Author/CPO®/Kingsport TN USA] 12:06:27
