Coach Fergie: Hey, Varsity Squad, welcome back to another powerful edition of Level Up Conversation with Coach Fergie. I’m your host, Scott Ferguson, with Time to Shine Today Coaching, specialize in performance mental conditioning, working with business leaders, entrepreneurs, entertainers, athletes, C-suite, and students to help them bridge their success gap to live a life of options and not obligations.
On this platform, we are stoked to bring you high performers who are not just chasing and attaining success, but redefining it through providing above and beyond service. And squad, real quick coaching knowledge nugget this week. Let me ask you something. How many dreams have you been sitting on the shelf because you’re waiting to feel ready? <<READ MORE>>

Here’s the truth. You’re probably never gonna feel ready. Confidence isn’t what gets you started. Confidence is what makes you earn after you’ve taken enough action to prove to [00:01:00] yourself that you can handle hard things. I coached a small business entrepreneur who spent months tweaking a website, redesigning a logo, rewriting marketing copy, and waiting for the perfect time to launch.

Every week, there was another excuse, another course, another detail. Finally, I challenged him. I said, let- listen, let’s stop preparing and start producing.” He was stuck in like an analysis paralysis squad. And within weeks, they landed their first paying clients. Was everything perfect? Not even close, but they had something far more valuable than another plan.

They had momentum. Too many people think confidence comes first. It doesn’t. Action comes first. Every rep builds belief. Every conversation builds confidence. Every setback teaches you something that overthinking never will. Whether you’re building a business, training for a race, leading a team, or chasing a dream that’s been tugging at you for years, stop asking, “Am I ready?”

Instead, ask, “What’s the next right step?” ‘Cause one courageous step today, like I say, squad, inch by inch, it’s a cinch, by the yard, it’s hard. That one step today will do more for your confidence than six months of waiting for the perfect moment, and that’s [00:02:00] exactly what today’s guest is doing. Ladies and gentlemen, get ready to meet one of South Florida’s rising entrepreneurs who’s proving that age has absolutely nothing to do with vision.

Savannah McMenamin is the founder of Purge & Co., a fast-growing wellness brand built around one simple mission, helping people feel better by getting back to real, natural ingredients. What started with a passion for health has grown into a company centered on fresh, cold-pressed Ginger juice made with just three ingredients, no fillers, no shortcuts, and an unwavering commitment to quality and squad.

I take it every morning and every night, and my gut has never been better and my energy is through the roof. Every bottle packs an impressive 125 grams of fresh ginger, reflecting Savannah’s belief that wellness doesn’t have to be complicated. It just has to be authentic. But what really makes Savannah stand out isn’t just the product, it’s the entrepreneur behind it.

She’s part of a new generation of business leaders who aren’t chasing trends, they’re building brands with purpose. Through relentless resilience, creativity, and obsession with delivering an incredible customer experience, she’s turning Persan Company into a name people trust while inspiring healthier [00:03:00] habits one bottle at a time.

So today we’re going beyond the juice talk and talk about entrepreneurship, overcoming adversity, building a business from the ground up, and what it really takes to bet on yourself when everyone else is playing it safe. And Savannah, thank you so much for coming in. I know, a- and squad out there, I’m blessed to coach Savannah, and she’s awesome.

She’s a rock star. I don’t know if she needs me, but it just- … like she’s awesome. It’s… Thank you so much for coming in.

Savannah McMenamin: Thank you so much for having

Coach Fergie: me. Yeah. And so she’s all smiles here. If you watch it on camera, which I’ll throw it up on Vimeo or YouTube, squad, like she’s just always rocking, always smiling.

And Savannah, I have to ask you, let’s rewind a few years. If- Yeah … if someone had told your younger self you’d one day own a wellness company built around ginger- … what would you have said?

Savannah McMenamin: I would’ve probably thought they were crazy.

Coach Fergie: Yeah?

Savannah McMenamin: I wasn’t even drinking ginger at that time. I was a vegan for four years.

And that was kind of- My producer

Coach Fergie: loves that.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah. And like that’s what like got me into the looking at ingredients [00:04:00] and making sure everything was natural, ’cause I was like one of those plant-based vegans. But no I never, ever expected that I would have made a ginger company and it being sold to all these businesses.

Coach Fergie: Wh- why ginger, though? What was it about ginger? ‘Cause I, I remember the first time, you’re like, Nick Palmer- Yeah … who I actually had in here, the horse trainer.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah.

Coach Fergie: He’s like, Ferg, you have to try this.” I’m like, “I’ll try anything that’s good for me.” And I was like, I sat there and I just remember the feeling I got.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah. ‘

Coach Fergie: Cause it burns a little.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah.

Coach Fergie: It feels all that. Like, why ginger? What was it?

Savannah McMenamin: I started taking this, this other guy’s ginger juice

…

Savannah McMenamin: At just a different company, and I was taking a bunch of supplements. I was probably taking five, six supplements a day.

Coach Fergie: Okay.

Savannah McMenamin: I felt bloated.

I felt tired. Kinda how the majority of people feel nowadays. Sure,

Coach Fergie: yeah.

Savannah McMenamin: And everybody thinks supplementation more, more, is gonna get them to where they wanna go.

I just kinda came to a point where I was like, “I wanna see if this works,” and I just stopped taking everything.

And I just started doing a shot of ginger [00:05:00] juice every single day.

And I lost all the weight I wanted to lose. Sure. I haven’t been bloated in years. It takes a lot for me to get bloated.

Coach Fergie: No.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah, so that’s what jump-started the whole ginger kick.

Coach Fergie: Yeah, the antioxidants, the anti-inflammatory properties.

Yeah. All that is in there. It just… I’m not gonna say it’s like a magic pill, but it, to add it to your protocol during the day- Yes … it’s amazing. Every entrepreneur, you know, like yourself, has that moment where they wonder kinda “What the heck am I doing?” Like- Yeah … “What is going on here,” right?

Can you take us to one of those moments and explain what kept you moving? Maybe an obstacle that kinda came up that you’re like, that we… Not we, but really worked through.

Savannah McMenamin: I would say it was taking myself and my company seriously.

Coach Fergie: Okay.

Savannah McMenamin: Because when you start selling something like this and it’s just to friends and family, and, everybody’s telling you they love it, but you don’t really know.

But when I started taking it seriously and doing outreach and cold calling companies and walking [00:06:00] down the street and walking into any place that I thought would benefit or be able to make money off of my ginger- Sure … and get it out to as many people as possible I, I, nine times out of 10 I wasn’t being turned down.

Coach Fergie: Yeah, you weren’t.

Savannah McMenamin: No.

Coach Fergie: I can see… Yeah, ’cause once they

Savannah McMenamin: try it they’re like, “Yes.” Yes. You

Coach Fergie: know?

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah. So I think that was a big obstacle, is just even if it’s a ginger juice company, there are so many companies that seem maybe a little silly at first or maybe I don’t really know where this takes- Right

place in the world right now, but…

Coach Fergie: and th- this could very well be a launching pad.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah.

Coach Fergie: Or start… i’m sure that you’re not just sitting on your hands all day. You’re actually probably developing other things in the background- Yeah … that’s gonna add and complement to it, right? Yeah. We don’t need to talk about that, ’cause right now it’s all about the ginger, ’cause it’s amazing, right?

But you know that I coach a lot of entrepreneurs, and one of the bus- biggest mistakes I see, Savannah, is I see they fall in love with their product instead of solving a problem.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah.

Coach Fergie: What problem does Persian Company really solve beyond selling a bottle of juice?

Savannah McMenamin: [00:07:00] I would say that it solves the complicatedness.

That’s not a word.

Coach Fergie: No, that’s fine. I get ya.

Savannah McMenamin: It brings us back to the basics.

Because everybody is throwing things at your face. Take these peptides. Take this supplement. Oh, if you take that supplement, you’ve gotta pair it with this one- … or whatever. And I think it, it solves the problem of p- people feeling overwhelmed and confused.

Coach Fergie: Simplify, dumb it down, right?

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah.

Coach Fergie: Kinda thing.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah. Okay. You can feel good-

Coach Fergie: Right …

Savannah McMenamin: with one thing if you want that to be your one thing.

Coach Fergie: Sure.

Savannah McMenamin: You can. And some people might need supplementation- … for things, but-

Coach Fergie: It, it’s now a staple along with apple cider vinegar-

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah …

Coach Fergie: right? Lemon juice and sea salt that I take immediately upon waking.

That, that knocks my pH balance straight. Yep. And then the second thing I take, I wait about a half hour, and the, is the purge the ginger juice. Yes. And it’s, again, it, squad, I have not had, and this isn’t an infomercial for a purging company or anything like that. But I have not had the bloatiness, the heartburn, any of that [00:08:00] stuff throughout the day.

And I know I could probably clean up my diet a little bit. Sure. Sure, that would help it. But it really helps. Yeah. Is to me, I kinda look, it’s a cheat code because I can actually eat something else. Yes. And it’s gonna help settle it, right? Yeah. So ’cause I always wondered, like, when you go get sushi, and there’s always ginger on the plate.

Savannah McMenamin: Yes.

Coach Fergie: So and I was like it’s for digestion.” I’m like, “But I don’t like sucking on ginger after fish.” Yeah. You know what I’m saying? So it’s and doing this shot it’s amazing, right? You know- Thank you … it, we talked a little bit before, but your generation gets criticized for wanting everything overnight.

Like now. But you’ve built something that requires patience, consistency, and trust, right? So what do you think that older entrepreneurs like myself that might misunderstand about the young founders out there today that are out there, getting it done?

Savannah McMenamin: I think people think that we have it easier when it comes to AI, we have it easier with the amount of people that we can reach with social media.

Sure. And we do.

Coach Fergie: Yeah.

Savannah McMenamin: [00:09:00] But it also adds this overwhelm that I don’t think my dad had when he was starting his T-shirt company- … or when he was taking over his med spas. I just think we have so many elements to add. When you wanna launch a company- … it’s not just create a good product and make sure to get it out there.

It’s like what’s your marketing look like? How much money do you have on ad spend? Blah, blah, blah. It’s like- Cost of work … you have to look at so many more components- … that are… It’s just overwhelming sometimes. So yeah.

Coach Fergie: And you’re, like, I’m not gonna say you’re a nepo baby, but you were raised in a little bit of privilege.

Yes. In The Hamptons or whatever and-

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah …

Coach Fergie: and whatnot. But, like, how much does your family look at you? And have they helped you at all with stuff? And it’s okay to say no if they haven’t, that’s fine.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah.

Coach Fergie: But, Or are they kinda the crabs in a bucket that are trying to pull you back to safety?

What is your family on board with?

Savannah McMenamin: My dad was an entrepreneur. He is an entrepreneur.

Coach Fergie: Yeah.

Savannah McMenamin: Both of my sisters are. But no, I have not had any help from my family. Okay.

Coach Fergie: No, that- that’s [00:10:00] impressive. With the stuff, yeah. That, I told

Savannah McMenamin: you this off mic, yeah. They’re supportive, but…

Yeah they’re supportive, but… and they’re not pulling me back, but I think I’ve always been a little bit more of the impulsive risk-taker. So I think sometimes they think “Okay, you have bills to pay. Just make sure that you’re not neglecting anything. If you have to go and get a nine-to-five don’t be afraid to go and do that,” the safety net, right?

Coach Fergie: Yeah.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah. But other than that, no it’s really just

Coach Fergie: been me. You’re also a personal trainer.

Savannah McMenamin: Yes.

Coach Fergie: And you have clients, and- Yeah … you’re killing it with that a- and whatnot, which I know you have available slots for personal training I’m sure as well too, right?

Yes. You have a couple… Okay. Excellent. Your products are intentionally simple, right? Yeah. The ginger juice, right? Again, there’s three ingredients, and it’s ginger, Baja salt-

Savannah McMenamin: Yes …

Coach Fergie: and rosemary.

Savannah McMenamin: Rosemary leaf extract.

Coach Fergie: Rosemary leaf extract. Yes. Do you think business businesses, careers, and even people’s lives would improve if they stopped overcomplicating a lot of things in their life and just brought it back to the simple?

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah. That’s actually literally the essence of my [00:11:00] About Me story on my website- … is this company was born out of simplicity.

Coach Fergie: Okay.

Savannah McMenamin: Let’s pick a million different things and put a million different-

Coach Fergie: Yeah …

Savannah McMenamin: nootropics and this- Throw the huge wide, yeah … and yeah. It’s let’s go back and let’s just make sure that we’re consuming one thing that our body knows how to digest that- will help digest everything else.

Coach Fergie: Gotcha. No, that, that’s beautiful. And again, squad, I take it every morning and every night, and it’s just it’s amazing upstart and downstart. Yeah. Meaning it’s amazing. It wakes me up, and at night it also calms me down. It’s a- Yeah … crazy effect that we have.

And squad, we are going to get, dig a little bit more into Savannah’s story. When we get back Steve Austin, my awesome sauce sponsor from Rise Mortgage, is gonna give you your Mortgage Nugget of the Week. And Steve, take it away.

Coach Fergie: Hey, thank you so much, Steve, for your awesome knowledge nugget on mortgages. I’m seeing the market pick up in South Florida. And we’re back with my good friend Savannah McMenamin. I’m also blessed to coach her. She is the founder and CEO [00:14:00] of Purge & Company, and her ginger juice, if you’re just joining us, is just off the charts.

Ju- just amazing. And Savannah, so with regards to wellness has become a billion-dollar, industry, right? Yeah. There’s a lot of marketing hype, and so how do you earn a customer’s trust when they’re bombarded with promises every day? You mentioned a little bit earlier in our chat- … they’re scrolling and they, “Oh, you can take L-theanine, you can take all this other stuff.”

But what is it, y- that, w- you with earning the customer’s trust, what puts you above and beyond? I know, because I see you in action. Right? But what puts you above and beyond?

Savannah McMenamin: I think it’s a mixture of when I tell people, my testimony and I tell them that less is more. I think that’s a little bit more rare to hear nowadays.

Instead people I think are more ready to hear “Wow, I just bought these five different supplements. I got this beautiful peptide stack.” “Let me tell you about it.” And instead I’m like, “Yeah, I actually threw all of that away.” “I take this [00:15:00] every day. I feel the best I ever have. I lost stubborn weight and I never feel bloated.”

Coach Fergie: Yeah.

Savannah McMenamin: So it’s that, but it’s also- And for a

Coach Fergie: female, let’s take it there. Yeah. I mean-

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah …

Coach Fergie: my Susan, like that’s the one thing. Once she started doing a shot-

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah …

Coach Fergie: she she’s like, “Wow, the bloat’s gone.”

Savannah McMenamin: Yes.

Coach Fergie: So it’s- I love that … y- it, there’s a testimony right there from my lady. Yep.

But but seriously it’s something that’s simple It’s whole food.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah.

Coach Fergie: And how do you process the ginger? ‘Cause you get a workout during the week, don’t you?

Savannah McMenamin: Oh, I do.

Coach Fergie: W- with doing the ginger. Talk- Yeah … talk to us about the processing of it.

Savannah McMenamin: It’s a lot. I hand press every bottle, and I know that, down the line I’ll have to- Excuse you.

…

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah, I’ll have to change that. But hand pressing is, I think, and science could also back me up- Sure … but I think it’s better because when you use a juicer or you cold press something-

…

Savannah McMenamin: You’re stripping a lot of the fiber-

…

Savannah McMenamin: Out of whatever you’re juicing, and you’re left with sugar, or you’re left with the carbohydrates or whatever it is from whatever you’re [00:16:00]

Coach Fergie: juicing.

Savannah McMenamin: So for me, the hand pressing is really important. It’s why my product is so milky and it’s not, that see-through gray type of looking ginger. Yeah. It’s bright, it’s orange, it’s milky and that’s because I let all the, the ginger granules come through, and it actually sits at the bottom.

Yeah, it does. So with every bottle you’ve gotta shake it really hard-

…

Savannah McMenamin: To make sure it all mixes in. But you don’t necessarily get that with cold pressing or using a juicer.

Yeah.

Coach Fergie: Yeah. I- the… And again, it’s the… It w- Squad, when you look at the bottle, which I’ll put a picture on the web page for this but it’s a…

There is sediment at the bottom, and I was- Yes … “what is that?” At first we’ve n- I, and I never asked you. I think I only found out couple weeks ago- Yes … exactly what it is. But it’s the sediment from the actual ginger granules.

Savannah McMenamin: Yes.

Coach Fergie: Okay. Yeah. A- and is it a tool that you use to press the ginger?

Is it all kinda hand pressed? Or how is it done, without sharing too many secrets about how you do it?

Savannah McMenamin: I use a cheesecloth.

Coach Fergie: Okay.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah.

Coach Fergie: Gotcha. And the granules make it through that? Yeah. Wow. [00:17:00] Okay.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah.

Coach Fergie: Sounds like kava.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah.

Coach Fergie: Like making kava almost. Yeah. I love it. Love it. So as a young female founder, have you ever kinda walked into a meeting where someone underestimated you before you even kinda opened your mouth and started kinda talking?

And if so, how do you handle that without letting the ego take over? Do the c- still keep them on your side-

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah …

Coach Fergie: yet put them in their place in a sense, right? Yeah. Like, how… What, what goes through your mind when you… with all due respect, you’re a beautiful woman. You’re walking into these places all the time- Yeah

and they’re like, “Oh, okay. There’s Savannah.” And then you’re walking with a bottle of ginger. Like, how do you keep them serious with what you’re, presenting to them?

Savannah McMenamin: I make sure I don’t talk too much before I have them try it. Oh. If I’m being really honest. Okay. I won’t say where, but I did walk into a very high-end restaurant a couple weeks ago, and- I was met by the manager with, no eye contact, no handshake, nothing.

But as soon as I poured her a shot of ginger and she [00:18:00] took it, her entire demeanor- It reveals … towards me changed.

Coach Fergie: Yeah,

Savannah McMenamin: it- And she immediately said, “How can I get this? How many bottles do I need to get your wholesale price?” “And when can you drop off?”

Coach Fergie: That’s awesome. Yeah, it’s it’s amazing.

I’m telling you, it just, I have tried ginger juices from other places-

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah …

Coach Fergie: in the area, and it’s watered down compared to yours. Oh, yeah. And with the milkiness and… Like, when you, as you grow and you start to scale, are you gonna put, operations in place to make sure you match that the same quality?

Yeah. You know what I’m saying? What- Yeah … are you starting to plan for that? Because, we put you in touch with different… I know I’ve helped you out a little bit with- Yeah … putting you in touch with different stores and helping you get in there and whatnot, but are you s- what’s your plan for keeping the same quality when it’s not you that’s squeezing every Tuesday night or We- Monday night?

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah.

Coach Fergie: What’s the plan?

Savannah McMenamin: I guess I would need to not change the entire process, but Change the systems that are too manual, if that makes [00:19:00] sense. Yeah, I got you. So instead of hand pressing, maybe I would need, some type of hydraulic press. Yeah. And I would need to start hiring people-

Introduction: Sure

Savannah McMenamin: so that it’s not just me standing in a kitchen- … hand pressing ginger for three hours.

Coach Fergie: What’s the most amount of bottles you’ve did to deliver?

Savannah McMenamin: I did 25 bottles in one night. Wow. And that was last week. That was my biggest week.

Coach Fergie: Wow.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah.

Coach Fergie: Wow. I remember it was like, that was probably the night before our coaching session.

Yes. Where I did that. Yeah.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah.

Coach Fergie: Which was amazing. Yeah that’s crazy. So I have to ask you, Purge.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah.

Coach Fergie: Like, where does Purge- … come from? Which I love it because I have my own take on it. I’m like, “I’m purging the bad stuff out of my body.” Yeah. Stuff like that, but w- how did Purge pop into your head?

Savannah McMenamin: Funny enough, this company actually started as a natural vegetable and fruit cleaning company, and it was called Purge Pods.

Introduction: Purge

Savannah McMenamin: Pods. I wanted to make a pod to take all the chemicals and toxins off of fresh [00:20:00] produce. Then when it turned into the ginger, I didn’t wanna change the name, and I thought technically most people with their first bottle, you’re going to the bathroom a little bit more, some people a lot more.”

Coach Fergie: Sure.

Savannah McMenamin: You really are detoxing yourself. It is not… I never, say it to anybody this is a juice cleanse or this or that. It’s not.

But if, depending on where your gut is, you will be purging for the f- at least the first bottle.

Coach Fergie: Sure.

Savannah McMenamin: Second, third, it’ll be, a lot easier, a lot better.

But yeah, so your definition is pretty spot on, but-

Coach Fergie: Okay …

Savannah McMenamin: it is just getting- It does get it- … everything out … yeah.

Coach Fergie: Yeah. Yeah. And that’s the thing with Susan eats really good, but I don’t think that she eats the right stuff all the time, right? Okay. Yeah. And but she added that and now she’s purged.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah.

Coach Fergie: You know- Yeah … what I’m saying? And and it’s settled and she’s so w- with that. But, l- going five years from now and you, we know that we don’t use the word try in our coaching. Yeah. And we know, we’re very confident [00:21:00] where we’re going. Five years from now, where is Purging?

Savannah McMenamin: I would hope that Purge and Company is in most, if not all grocery stores.

Coach Fergie: Okay.

Savannah McMenamin: Whole Foods, Sprouts, wherever.

Coach Fergie: Sure.

Savannah McMenamin: I’m definitely not one of those founders that’s just waiting to be bought out.

Coach Fergie: Okay.

Savannah McMenamin: But-

Coach Fergie: It’d be cool if you were one day …

Savannah McMenamin: it totally would be cool.

Coach Fergie: But would you put a stipulation, again, I don’t know con- business contract or law or anything like that, but would you put a st- what are you gonna do to put a stipulation on it to make sure it’s the same quality?

Because there’s some companies that have built something out and it’s not the same anymore.

Savannah McMenamin: I know.

Coach Fergie: So what, have you thought about that? Staying don’t just sell out to sell out, and make sure, because you’re making a difference in people’s lives.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah.

Coach Fergie: And you and I talk about service all the time.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah.

Coach Fergie: Which is huge. So are you gonna put some standard in place?

Savannah McMenamin: I will have to.

Coach Fergie: Yeah,

Savannah McMenamin: I honestly, I really haven’t even gone there because I’m just taking everything one day- Yeah … at a time. [00:22:00] But I should be thinking about that.

Coach Fergie: You and I have been working about, beginning with the end in mind, right?

Yes. It doesn’t have to be, like, tomorrow or- Yeah … even five years from now. So it’s, that’s, a- again, that’s what I hope that happens with it. Me too. Because it’s an amazing pro- you know, process. So I have a canned question I ask all my guests.

Savannah McMenamin: Okay.

Coach Fergie: But how does Savannah want her dash remembered?

That little line in be- between your incarnation date and your expiration date, your life date and death date. Hopefully it’s way down the line, right? But, like, how does Savannah want her dash remembered?

Savannah McMenamin: That I lived to my full potential, and that I left nothing unsaid, nothing undone, and that I didn’t live by fear or shame or guilt, and that I really utilized all the skills that God gave me.

And your

Coach Fergie: walk with Christ is strong, right?

Savannah McMenamin: Yes.

Coach Fergie: Yes. That’s huge. Yeah. And I love that you and I have a lot of talks about Christianity and stuff like that. Yeah. Challenge each other, and it’s a lot of fun. I love being connected to you. You’re-

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah …

Coach Fergie: fantastic human being, right? [00:23:00] But let’s leave something behind for the, the sub 30, crowd out there.

What’s the biggest lesson so far that you feel you’ve learned before turning 30? Business lesson.

Savannah McMenamin: I would say it kinda has to do with your knowledge nugget, like not waiting till everything is perfect.

I had no idea what I was doing when I started this company. Just

Coach Fergie: went with it.

Savannah McMenamin: Yeah. I like I had no idea, and I think nowadays, especially with social media and how people can compare themselves to all these other entrepreneurs, it’s like people are only showing their Lamborghini now and telling people how broke they were f- 10 years ago.

But, to live in the moment of you don’t have to take 50 steps to get there, you just have to start with one. Yeah. I’ll even tell the cashier at the grocery store who sees me buying a ton of ginger, and she’s “What do you do, mama?” And, she’s “Oh, I always wanted to start a sourdough company.”

And I’m like, “Just make a website.” Yeah. “Go buy your LLC.”

Coach Fergie: Yeah.

Savannah McMenamin: Just start with one thing.

Coach Fergie: One thing and… Yeah. Yeah. One thing a week even.

Savannah McMenamin: Yes.

[00:24:00] Yeah.

Coach Fergie: To figure it out. That’s what, like with Susan, ’cause, like she drops her sourdough off at all these major, places around on Palm Beach Island- Yeah

And across Palm Beach, and that’s what I had to tell with her. I was like- … “Listen, babe, we gotta, like fire this up. People need to see this.”

Savannah McMenamin: Yep.

Coach Fergie: So how can we find you?

Savannah McMenamin: You can find me on Instagram Purge & Co.

And you can also go to my website, and if you’re interested in, joining my drop-off days, I have drop-off days twice a week right now.

Coach Fergie: Tuesdays and-

Savannah McMenamin: Tuesdays and Fridays. Okay. So you can go and sign up on my website, which is purgeandco.com.

Coach Fergie: Love it. Love it. And squad, I am gonna do a five-bottle giveaway to the first five people that put, I don’t care if it’s on my social or if you text it to 561-440-3830. Again, 561-440-3830. Put the words W-J-N-O in there, and that way we’ll know that you’ve, we’ve heard it on the radio, and I will work out with Savannah.

And even if I have to mail it to you, I’m gonna purchase the bottles from Savannah and get it over to you as soon as [00:25:00] possible. And if it’s local here in Palm Beach, then we’ll make sure that Savannah or someone from her squad drops it off.

Savannah McMenamin: Perfect.

Coach Fergie: That sound fair?

Savannah McMenamin: Yes.

Coach Fergie: Okay. And again- Love it … it’s purgeandco.com?

Savannah McMenamin: Yes.

Coach Fergie: Purgeandco.com. Savannah, do us a solid and leave us with one last knowledge nugget that the listeners out there can take with them, internalize, and take action on.

Savannah McMenamin: I would say to… I think it’s so important to focus on your identity first, and the rest will follow.

And for me, that’s my identity in Christ. Yes. And knowing who you are and how He sees you, or how the universe sees you, whoever your higher power is.

Coach Fergie: Sure.

Savannah McMenamin: Develop your identity and go from there. Don’t just go for the purpose, ’cause that can be really overwhelming.

Coach Fergie: That’s… no, that’s awesome. We have the purpose, but I love that you’re not going anywhere without God- Yeah … which is just beautiful. And squad, thank you so much for tuning in. Thank you to my awesome sauce producer, Brian Mudd. Thank you, WJNO, and all the troops out [00:26:00] there, here stateside and a- and abroad.

Stay safe. Absolutely love your guts
