Though Kenneth Walker considers himself insignificant, his healing touch leaves a profound impact that reaches far beyond himself. Known as the Massage Maestro, he blends intuition with intention to ease dis-ease and restore harmony within the body. Drawing from the art of Shiatsu and using all six massage strokes, he views each quadrant of the body as unique, guiding Chi along the meridians to unlock balance, clarity, and renewal. For Kenneth, massage is more than technique—it is an art form that transforms tension into peace, pain into presence, and imbalance into wholeness.

“When someone enters the studio, I want them to feel they’re escaping from life and stepping into a new zone where healing begins.” 🌿

To live a life of options and not obligations on this platform, we are stoked to bring you high performers who are not just chasing and attaining success, but redefining it through, providing above and beyond service. And this week, my really quick two minute knowledge nugget. Is talking about tension and that you carry in your body and tension is actually information.

Think about it. When your body tightens up, when your shoulders lock or your [00:01:00] chest feels heavy, that’s not random. That’s feedback. It’s your system telling you something is off. Most people ignore it. They push through, they numb it out. But champions, they lean into it. They ask, what is this tension trying to teach me?

See, tension shows up when you’re out of alignment, physically, mentally, spiritually. It’s a signal, not a sentence. You can either treat it like a problem or use it as a compass. When you choose awareness over avoidance, you find the weak spots before they break. You turn pressure into precision. You release what’s holding you back so you can move with clarity and flow.

So here’s the challenge today. Stop running from your attention. Pay attention to it, decode it. Because there’s, that’s where the next level of growth, performance, and freedom is. Talk about tension. We’re gonna dial up the frequency, and because he’s a healer who turns every massage into a symphony of renewal, Kenneth Walker known across Palm Beach County as the massage maestro isn’t just another therapist.

He’s a conductor of energy. Blending intuition with intention to strike the perfect cord of balance in the body. From shiatsu roots to [00:02:00] mastering all six massage strokes. Kenneth does not just work on muscles. He moves Qi restores flow and helps dissolve the very causes of Dise, his mission to transform tension into harmony.

And remind us that healing is not just physical, it’s an art form. So let’s buckle up ’cause my good friend and my personal massage therapist and every single person. That I refer to him says they go out in the parking lot, they sit there, I tell ’em, get two PD lights before you head in there because you’re gonna need it at the end.

And, and again, Kenneth, thank you so much for carving the time. I know this is crazy busy time of the year for you and kind of coming in here studio and, and chatting with us. How are you?

Kenneth Walker: Oh, thank you for having me.

Coach Fergie: Yeah. So I gotta ask you, I don’t know if I ever asked you what kind of first inspired you to pursue massage therapy and eventually become the massage maestro?

Kenneth Walker: It was the prayer. Yeah. Yeah. I took, I prayed one day for direction in my life. Okay. And this is where it led me to.

Coach Fergie: Yeah. [00:03:00] And what was going on in your life at that time, if you,

Kenneth Walker: um, I was at a, I was at a crossroads. Okay. And, um, it led me to where I am today.

Coach Fergie: Yeah. Yeah. Were you up in Boston at that time or were you down here?

Kenneth Walker: Um, I was living, I was living here in Florida. Okay. And I was, I was cleaning pools and. My wife at the time now had told me that massage might be something that I should look into.

Coach Fergie: Really? Mm-hmm. So, and that just, where do you think that kind of came across? Just like maybe massages you gave her, like when she done stuff and stuff like that.

The, the,

Kenneth Walker: the first time I massage it, she said I should look into, look into it further. I went to online, I looked up a school. Okay. The next day they called me back for an interview. Okay. And that was the end of it.

Coach Fergie: Wow. And so how long is the schooling for therapist?

Kenneth Walker: Um, in Florida it’s six months. Six months, okay.

Mm-hmm. And where did

Coach Fergie: you attend

Kenneth Walker: Palm Beach Academy of Health and Beauty. Okay, very cool. In Lake

Coach Fergie: Park, Florida. Love it. And so I got referred to you by a gentleman. I don’t even think [00:04:00] he’s been on your table, because I was asking around my community in Jupiter and Juno. You know who, who actually can work on a guy my size, you know, Brian Mud, my producer, said, dude, who can work on, on Scott?

And so Mike Moger is a good friend. I don’t think he’s been on your table yet. A really good friend he is triathlete. Mm-hmm. He kind of does that kind of stuff. He said, you know, you know, go see Kenneth. He, he got referred through over to you. So I kind walked into your studio thinking, okay, here we go. But we’ll get into a little bit of that session.

But they kinda set this up like when someone steps into your space, right. For a session, what’s the very first thing you want them to feel?

Kenneth Walker: That they’re in the right hands. Okay.

Coach Fergie: Because when you walk in, that’s exactly how you feel. But like what is, like, what goes through your mind to set up that room the way it’s set up?

Because it’s cozy. Yeah. I’ll tell you what, man, it’s cozy and you’re not a little dude. I’m not a little dude. So we’re like in there, but like it’s, you know, like what, what, what kind of like, how did you set up you, something you learned? ’cause it’s all perfectly flows.

Kenneth Walker: Well, when someone enters the studio, I want them to feel [00:05:00] that.

They’re escaping from, from the life that they’re living. Sure. That they’re going into a new zone where they could just forget about everything that they’re going through and focus on the healing that I’m gonna do to them.

Coach Fergie: Right?

Kenneth Walker: And

Coach Fergie: they’re gonna be focused, I promise you that. Because, you know, it’s like a, it’s a hurt, but it’s not like, oh my gosh, I’m gonna hate this hurt.

Like in you, you break up the. The, the massage into like the eight different areas. Mm-hmm. Am I correct? Mm-hmm. With, and every time it’s like, it’s funny squad when, when he works on me, he’s like, I know that he’s starting with a one of eight. And then like when he is done with that area, I’m like, good, only seven more to go.

Right. I even tell you that. I’m like, how many more to go? You’re like, far four. And I’m like, okay. So with, it’s great. So what, where did you learn kind of that process of breaking it down into eight? A quadrants or two quadrants?

Kenneth Walker: School was, it was very important to, to pay attention to the body in school.

And that’s what, what drew me to [00:06:00] massages, because you can never stop learning the different parts of the body. So once I understood and learned the flow of the blood through the body, ooh, it was easy to, to kind of like put the puzzle together.

Coach Fergie: Okay. And each body is different. Mm-hmm. Right? Is, I mean, so that, I guess that you would think, like some massage therapist, I’m like, dude, you have a, you’re doing the same thing every day.

Every day. But each person’s different. Like when I’m coaching, each person has a different personality, different stories. Is that kind of how a body reads out to you when they’re on the table? Like everyone kinda has their different story to tell through the touch

Kenneth Walker: some ways, but when you, when you think about anatomy, no matter male or female, we all have the same structure.

Right. Everything is put together the same way. So it’s all about finding the, the breaking points right in the body where you know that the blood flow may slow down, right? So once you open up all of those different channels, it don’t matter, male or female, you get [00:07:00] the same result

Coach Fergie: and it unlocks it.

Mm-hmm. I love it. And but. Some people kind of come in with their different energies that you kind of have to like mm-hmm. Work in with them and, and play into. So you describe yourself, and this is what you wrote is in insignificant, right? When you, when we asked you to kinda give you a bio mm-hmm. Yet your work has a profound impact on everybody.

I probably referred you 10 people mm-hmm. You know, through the years and stuff, and every single one of ’em has the same feedback. No one’s like, oh, I’ll never see that again. Right. You know, see that guy again. They always come back. Mm-hmm. And they’ll repeat customers. But how do you reconcile that humility with the power of healing and touch that you have?

Because it was a gift. Yeah. I was blessed with a gift. Unpack that a little bit

Kenneth Walker: more. Well, I had a few clients come through when I was working at, at Hand in Stone when I first started and three months apart. These two women told me to do a breathwork class and I didn’t quite understand what, what they were talking about.

Okay. So when I did the breathwork class, [00:08:00] something astounding happened to me and I was told when I was at this breathwork class in this, in this state of mind that I was being given a blessing and that love was being putting my hands Sure. To be able to share it with the world.

Coach Fergie: Wow. Wow. It is like you, you believed in yourself and having that backup of a belief, oh man, it was amazing.

Right? And it was such the intention, so. You, you do talk about using intuition? Mm-hmm. Okay. To guide your intentions. Mm-hmm. Right. Can you share a moment when like, kinda the intuition completely changed the course of a session for somebody? Like, like you, again, you said every bo every body is structured the same way as human beings, but is there one that you can just stand out?

I don’t need names or mm-hmm. Anything like that, but that where it kind of hit you while you were working on them?

Kenneth Walker: It’s the first touch. Okay. Because dealing with strangers and, and they’re on a table, they’re trusting you with their [00:09:00] body. Sure. So it’s the first stroke of, of, of calming the tension in the body.

Right. So that they’re secure with what I’m about to do. Okay. So I would say between the first three strokes, right, I can, I can tell how much pressure I’m gonna have to use Right. To affect change.

Coach Fergie: Right. And there, there’s a certain, like you mentioned, your breathing. Now that I think about it, I, I, I think back to our sessions.

Mm-hmm. And you’re breathing like, like, it kind of, like, you’re almost like enunciate. Mm-hmm. Like some things when you’re kind of pushing through mm-hmm. To get like just the conversation flowing.

Kenneth Walker: Yep.

Coach Fergie: But that’s part of that breathing that you learn to, mm-hmm. Okay. That makes sense though. So when you do mention that each quadrant of the bodies being modality specific, right.

Can you break down like how I, I understand your quick answer might be the touch, but can you kind of break down how you decide which techniques align with which areas the best? Like get [00:10:00] technical with me a little bit. Um,

Kenneth Walker: well, you have many fibers of muscles, different layers, right? So it’s about breaking through each layer where I, where I can almost feel and determine how many layers deep I need to go.

To move the lactic acid out of the muscle. Okay. And what that does is then I push, push that lactic acid to the next quadrant and then out of the lymphatic system. Okay.

Coach Fergie: Wow. So what about that last quadrant when you’re working on that, where you pushing that last quadrant out of like, you know, you have the eight quadrants mm-hmm.

When you’re in that eighth quadrant. Mm-hmm. Where are you pushing that out of?

Kenneth Walker: Of the brain. That’s a great question. Yeah. I’m pushing it, I’m pushing it actually out of the brain and the neck.

Coach Fergie: I was, I was hoping you were gonna say that. ’cause that’s how you end every single one of our sessions.

Kenneth Walker: Mm-hmm. Yep.

Coach Fergie: You know, I’m laying on my back. You lay the towel over me. Mm-hmm. And I, I’ll tell you, I’ve never said this to you in there. I had a, a situation in the military where claustrophobia mm-hmm. Was an issue. [00:11:00] When you did that, I was about to rip that towel off, bro. It’d be like, whatcha doing to me? Um, but no, you, you’ve made it feel calm.

I think you put a little bit of essential oils in it too. Yep. To, mm-hmm. So, okay. That, so that ninth quadrant, if you will Yep. Is where it kind of pushes through. Okay. And so what is your most favorite part that, because you work like seven days a week mm-hmm.

Kenneth Walker: Like,

Coach Fergie: do you, do you take time off?

Kenneth Walker: I do, I try to take Wednesdays off.

Okay. Is that it? If, if healing calls, then I, then I run, then I run to it. Yeah. Because

Coach Fergie: I know I’ve seen you on a Wednesday.

Kenneth Walker: Mm-hmm. Yep. Yep, yep.

Coach Fergie: So what, what would be like your most favorite part of your day? Knowing that you’re going again to see a body that’s exactly the same and everybody, but what gets you outta bed?

To give these massages every day because they’re experiences I should start calling ’em. They’re an experience. Yeah. It’s not just massage. I wouldn’t just ask massage therapists on. Mm-hmm. You know what I’m saying? Mm-hmm. I’m not saying I’m all that, but what you do for people, people in Palm Beach County need to know.

Mm-hmm. [00:12:00] Right. Say the question again. What gets you out of bed? You know, what, better yet, hold that thought real quick. ’cause we will throw it to our sponsor. Mm-hmm. Steve Austin is gonna give us a really quick. Message on the real estate market here in South Florida, and when we come back, I’m gonna hold him to seeing what gets him out of bed.

My good friend Kenneth, what’s gets him out of bed to give him massage. So Steve, please take it away.

Steve Austin: Thanks Scott. Happy Saturday everyone. This is Steve Austin with the Rise Mortgage Dynamic Team with your mortgage market recap for the week of September 15th. Well, they did it. The Fed finally made a cut to the Fed rate of 25 basis points.

A lot of the outside world was hoping for a 50 basis point cut, but it’s still nice to see them following through on a cut. In general, this puts the prime rate at 7.25%, which is the rate used for things like home equity lines of credit, as we tend to see on rate cut days. The mortgage bond market made an initial move of improvement, but after fed.

Chair Jerome Powell’s Press conference. Pretty much all the gains went away, so while we hit some new highs in the mortgage bond market, ultimately we are finishing the week trading in the same range [00:13:00] we have been since September 5th. I see this as a good sign though of an overall improvement stability in the mortgage bond market and interest rate market.

In a good time to take action on getting your game plan together for Refin. So you are ready when the rate hits your strike point level. That’s it for this week. Have a great weekend everyone. Coach Fergie: Hey Steve, thank you so much for the market update and the blessings of the sponsorship of the show. And we’re back, Ken. Now you tried to answer it off air here a little bit, but let’s, let’s get back to that.

You know, what gets you outta bed every day to do the same thing? ’cause my father was an auto worker mm-hmm. Put together in Detroit, just putting together, doing the exact same thing every day. I never heard him being this calm and, you know, he was kind of mad about having to go to work every day. Mm-hmm.

But like you, you’re never that way. What gets you outta bed?

Kenneth Walker: I received the joy of seeing a person smile on their face knowing that they was living with something. No [00:15:00] one was able to seem to solve mm-hmm. That I’m able to fix because I take, I pay more attention to the body and how it all works together as a system.

Coach Fergie: You do. And, and, and Scott, I cannot enunciate over, exaggerate what Kenneth has done for me. Um, you know, 53 years old, I’m able to get on the Juujitsu mats four or five days a week, you know, do my mile every single morning, run at four 30 in the morning. That’s because of guys like Kenneth. It does that. So Kenneth, you mentioned dis-ease and that’s DIS dash.

Mm-hmm. EASE. Right. In a fast-paced world, often starts in the mind. Mm-hmm. Right? So how do you see the body storing that stress and how do you help release it? Because if it’s in the mind, is it kind like it controls the body? Again, the, the exploratory part of it. Mm-hmm. Like how do you see that, how do you see the body storing that stress?

Kenneth Walker: Hmm. The medical, the medical field haven’t quite caught up yet with the importance of massage. Right. And, and daily life. And when they do, the world [00:16:00] would be a lot better placed because we carry things that we don’t know in our bodies. It’s like our thoughts get stuck in our muscles. Wow. And so that’s why they say, well, with my massage, if I.

Sometimes I may press one area and you may feel it in another. Right. And not, not knowing that that energy was, was, was locking up different areas that was allowing you to think clearly. Right. And so that’s how I kind of approach what I do. Love it. And you break

Coach Fergie: it down,

Kenneth Walker: that’s,

Coach Fergie: yeah, because I, yeah. I’ve had friends that I’ve referred to, I’m not gonna say their name, but the friend said it was the first time in six years that they didn’t have to take a Xanax to go to sleep.

You took that out. Mm-hmm. You know, so I, I, there you pretty much know who it is, but I’m just saying mm-hmm. That mm-hmm. They, they told me that. Mm-hmm. You know, with that, so Shiatsu and energy flow are the center of your style,

Kenneth Walker: correct? Mm-hmm.

Coach Fergie: Yes. Okay. So for listeners who have never experienced it, how would you [00:17:00] describe the sensation of having your chi unblocked?

How would you describe to him? Because I’m describing to him, but like, how would you, how would you describe it to him? Give me an elevator pitch. It’s,

Kenneth Walker: it’s, it’s almost euphoric. It’s. It’s like releasing the natural heroin in the body. Wow. Okay. That’s one of the core goals. And if you’re not able to take the full pressure that your body needs, right, you eventually will over a few sessions to the point to where you want me to go deeper to relieve the pain, right.

That’s been sitting there. That’s a part of the trauma that sits inside the muscle. It does. It just sits there. Mm-hmm. And like people are mm-hmm. And it will grow blind? Yes.

Coach Fergie: Yeah.

Kenneth Walker: They’re blind to

Coach Fergie: it. And

Kenneth Walker: then, and then they go to the hospital and they, and, and they’re asking these doctors, and these keep going, I want, I want you to go down this road a little bit.

I mean, they, they’re asking these doctors for, for cure and all they could prescribe to them. Is, is, is a [00:18:00] medication, right. When that’s not what the core problem is, it’s just a blockage. Right. A blockage in your blood flow. Yeah. And once you get that blood moving, while you feel like a totally different person

Coach Fergie: Right.

And they wanna put you on a pill mm-hmm. That goes through your liver mm-hmm. To metabolize.

Kenneth Walker: Mm-hmm. Right. And, and, and, and not knowing that what you’re taking has to travel through the body and get stuck and the more you take it. It all goes to the same place and grows. Wow.

Coach Fergie: It’s like one big traffic jam there.

There, and it blocks it. Right. So, so you use all six massage strokes right in in your work. So what is the hidden gem stroke that most people underestimate? Like which one do you know that like it is kind of like your go-to?

Kenneth Walker: Well, the one that it’s not utilized the most, I would say, is to Pope Min. Say that again?

To Popin. To Popin. Okay. What’s that? And it’s, it’s almost like chopping. And what it does is it, it, it forces the red blood cells to the top of the [00:19:00] skin to speed up the healing process from what I’ve done. So that’s

Coach Fergie: at the end where I’m like, ow, ow. Owow a little bit’s.

Kenneth Walker: No, that’s, that’s before, but that’s before we turn.

That’s Oh, that’s right. Okay. Yes. Okay. Yes. That’s what I do. And that, and you might feel a vibration after I finish, which is you can feel that the, the blood moving throughout your body.

Coach Fergie: Right. Okay. And then you, you flip me over.

Kenneth Walker: Mm-hmm.

Coach Fergie: Gotcha. But that’s, you said that’s. Biologically releasing kind of red blood cells.

Kenneth Walker: Mm-hmm. Okay. It’s bringing ’em to the

Coach Fergie: top of the skin to, to speed up the healing process. Okay. Or physiological issues. Mm-hmm. Awesome. So like a lot of the healing, it’s an intimate job. Mm-hmm. Right? Mm-hmm. So a lot of healing requires trust. Right? How do you build that connection with your clients, right?

Who may be skeptical at first? I, I think you felt how you knew you were gonna have to prove it to me. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. And you didn’t just go in to hurt me. Mm-hmm. ’cause I’m like, listen, don’t be afraid to go deep. And I’m like, okay. You’re like, oh, that’s just 50%. We’ll take it to 40. You know what I’m saying?

Mm-hmm. [00:20:00] So it’s like, you know, like how do you build that trust up with, with the people that are skeptical

Kenneth Walker: by fixing the area of their main concern. Okay. And other areas might that they might have not known, needed attention. Okay. That. Subconsciously, in their mind it’s been bothering them, but this other pain outweighed it.

So they just stashed it away in their memory. Right. And that’s what the body does. If the pain is more in one area, it will block out the other pain in the rest of the areas of the body. Right. So it’s like a deferment. Mm-hmm. In a sense. Okay. Yep. So once, once I’m able to address that, they’re like. Wow. I didn’t even, I, I forgot about that pain over there.

Right, right. Oh, I forgot that this is from, this is, wow. That was from years ago when I had this skin injury or Right. You know, then it resurfaces, right. That that was a trauma that was stuck in the muscle. Right.

Coach Fergie: But you’re saying they might come into the office or under your table for [00:21:00] pain somewhere else, but you’re finding that that had started before or

Kenneth Walker: mm-hmm.

Or could be one of the lead causes to the pain that they’re having in that area. Because it doesn’t specifically have to be the area that you’re feeling the pain in on where it’s originating from. Right. Okay.

Coach Fergie: Gotcha. ’cause I remember one of our sessions, I had a, it was my left arm was kind of going numb at certain times that you’re like, it’s over here.

Mm-hmm. Hit that, released it and everything just, you know, just really released out. So, you know. So a lot of, like the athletes that you work with, executives, high performers push their bodies to the edge. Mm-hmm. Right. So what role. If you’re, if you’re kinda staying up in front of these people, like what role does a legitimate massage therapist play in keeping them sustainable over the long term?

Kenneth Walker: We breathe, drink, eat toxins every day. Sure. If you smell trash as you walk by the dumpster, your body has to do something with [00:22:00] that, that it, whatever it breathed in. Wow. That simple. If you smoke gas, gasoline from the. From an exhaust of a car. Sure. It’s in your system. Now your body has to do something with it.

Processes it, it has to process it. So, and it’s foods, junk foods, drinks, everything. Right. It all, it all has to work its way through the system and it gets, it gets clogged up. Sure. Like a pipe. Wow. And what massage does well, what my style does it, it, it unblocked all of those pipes.

Coach Fergie: Okay. Yeah, it does. And the body, right.

So I didn’t even really think about that squat. He’s sitting there like, just imagine you are at a gas station, you’re smelling the gas. It’s not something that, at first it’s almost pleasant for a second, and then you’re like too much of it. You’re like, oh. And it’s really like hogging your system. It, it stays in there.

Mm-hmm. At least a portion of it. It stays in there. Right. It has to work its way through. It’s just like eating fattening foods. Mm-hmm. The fat’s gonna stay right with that. Okay. And so. Like, you can kind of tell them that, like to have work into the peak [00:23:00] performance to see you, to keep those toxins flowing in a sense out of your body.

Kenneth Walker: Because, ’cause what happens is, is whatever trauma’s in the body, I can remediate that immediately. Sure. It’s just the maintenance, it’s like making sure your body’s hydrated and taking the proper vitamins and Right. And the nutrition so that it all plays a part in, in the overall health of the body. Right.

Coach Fergie: Love that. And which is true because it’s all, so many things have gotta kinda run and process mm-hmm. To, you know, for full homeostasis. Right. To get the body, you know, back to mm-hmm. On normalcy, if you will. But the, the people that wanna excel. Like they realize they’re that, that, wow, I’d never even thought about that.

Again, I’m going back to it, but like the whole, what you’ve ingest. Mm-hmm. You know, whether it’s through eating or even smelling your other senses. So if you had the opportunity to shift the way society thinks about wellness, what single perspective would you want everyone to adopt? [00:24:00]

Kenneth Walker: Everyone should mask the massage.

Coach Fergie: Yes. Thank you. That’s why I kinda left it as one of my later questions. ’cause should everyone should match, they should. Or find a massage therapist that is gonna care about. Mm-hmm. If you’re not in the area and you’re catching this on the podcast, find a massage therapist that speaks like my good friend Kenneth does, right?

Mm-hmm. That speaks out there and is like, listen, like what you take in is being stored. You know, a lot of massage therapists, they go in there, they turn and earn and you’re out the door. Right? You like, you actually care. Kenneth. I always ask my guests this, but you know, how do you want your dash remembered?

That little line in between your incarnation date and your expiration date, your life date and death date. Hopefully it’s way down the line, for my sake anyways. ’cause I gotta see you. But like, how do, how does Kenneth want his dash remembered He healed one at a time. One at a time. Yeah. And you’re so intentional.

About, mm-hmm. When you’re working on me, like you’re gonna be having a conversation. We have some fun conversations out there, but like you’re, when you’re working on me, I can feel the intention. That’s kind of like going through your body, [00:25:00] going through your hands into my body, and then working it out. So that, that’s one thing that’s, that’s amazing.

So that, that you weren’t doing massage. What do you think you’d be doing if you didn’t find this? What do you feel like you might be doing? Maybe something you don’t like, maybe. Yeah. Yep, yep, yep,

Kenneth Walker: yep, yep.

Coach Fergie: Because I think you were born to get it

Kenneth Walker: something. Yep. And, and then, and, and that’s true. You have to, you have to find what you love to do.

And it will not seem like work.

Coach Fergie: Right. It won’t. People say, if you love what you do, never worked day in your life. Mm-hmm. Never. Which is always true because there’s paperwork. I don’t like paperwork and stuff. The more of my business is screw. But then you put people in place for that. But I think you’re born put on this earth to uh, to do that.

And Kenneth, can you leave us really quick with your information on how to find you?

Kenneth Walker: My number’s 5 6 1 3 8 5 4 7 9 5. Again, that’s 5 6 1 3 8 5 4 7 9 5. It would be easier to text me because I’m always working you on the table. That’s excellent. But if, if you text me, I’ll definitely respond. [00:26:00] And my email is healing you forGood@gmail.com.

That’s healing you. The Numer four at forGood@gmail.com.

Coach Fergie: Excellent. That’ll all be in the show notes if you catch us on the podcast.
