To live a life of options and not obligations on this platform. We are stoked to bring you high performers. We’re not just chasing and attaining success, but redefining it through, providing above and beyond service. We’re gonna do a really quick coaching knowledge nugget. You know, I was blessed to be coached to become a coach by Trevor Moad.
He was Russell Wilson’s, you know, the football players, you know, mental conditioning coach along with other athletes at the top of the food chain. And he always [00:01:00] told me, and what I really pass on to my clients is, you know, a lot of people say, Fergie, man, you’re always positive. You’re always positive. And they’re like, how do you get over negative thinking?
What I say is, you know, positive thinking does not work a hundred percent of the time, but what does work a hundred percent of the time is negative thinking. So here’s the deal. Most people live in their either positive fantasy or negative doom. But the most elite performers, they stay neutral. Neutral thinking doesn’t ignore the facts.
It doesn’t sugarcoat reality or drawn in emotions. It says, here’s where I am. Here’s what I can control now, what’s the next right step? Whether you just blew a sales call, missed the shot, or crushed the win. Neutral thinking resets the emotional change and keeps you mission focused. It’s not about the hype, it’s about the habit squad.
It’s not about what happened. It’s about what happens next. So whenever you’re facing today. Don’t spiral. Don’t pretend. Go neutral, own the truth. Own your next move and level up and talk about leveling up. This guy that I’m about to bring on is Legitly, one of my first friends here in South Florida. He befriended me at a, uh, networking [00:02:00] event, and we’ve went deep diving into kind of the health and wellness field in talk about the deep diving.
My good friend here, Zach, a bold entrepreneur who’s not just changing lives, he’s optimizing them at a cellular level. A Palm Beach County native adrenaline junkie, tactical training enthusiast, and proud follower of Christ. Who puts faith at the center of everything he does? Zach’s not your average business owner.
This guy’s building an empire in the healthcare space. He launched Angiogenics back in 2015. Happy 10 years. A powerhouse clinic specialized in homeowner replacement therapy therapy, and what’s helping people regain energy, vitality, and performance. But he didn’t stop there. Zach also owns a cutting edge medical lab in New Jersey.
And his companies are blazing trails, coast to coast. At the heart of his journey is his wife of six years. Jacqueline, his biggest supporter, business confidant, and the one who keeps him grounded as he levels up in life and business. Whether he is offshore fishing, diving into Florida waters, or, or elevating lives through science and faith.
My good friend Zach, Rick, he’s on a mission and you’re about to hear what fuels him in. [00:03:00] Brother. I’ve known you 10, 11 years, bro.
Zach Breakey: It’s insane. Right fast. It’s, it’s crazy. Like literally,
Coach Fergie: you, I think I met you through your brother Ben. Yeah. And he’s like, Hey, I talk to Scott and this is, uh, it’s awesome, man.
I’m blessed that you, you know, I know you’re a busy dude, so carving time for you. It’s not easy, bro. Dude, happy to do it, man. Happy to do
Zach Breakey: it. Happy to be here, man.
Coach Fergie: I love it. And you know what, you’re optimizing people at a cellular level, right? So what was the defining moment that made you realize that hormone therapy.
Could be a game changer in people’s lives.
Zach Breakey: I’ll tell you what, dude. So I was actually in a, in a training with a physician and I was actually working for somebody else at the time, and I didn’t even actually understand quite what I was doing. This was 11 years ago. Um, I, I hadn’t really found my way, but I remember where, like, I remember where I was standing in this room, walking outta this room where I was training with this doctor and I said, holy cow, if this is done well.
This is a great thing. And that for me was just a pivotal point in my, in the start of my career where [00:04:00] I, I, I started to believe in now what I was a part of, and it was if hormone optimization. ’cause that’s, that’s really what we’re after right there. There’s hormone replacement therapy and hormone optimization.
I love that. Or basically the same thing. But for me it’s a little bit of a deeper dive to really, truly optimize hormones. And it was, if this is done well. This is a really great thing, and this was, so I did this, this was 2014, so there was still a negative. It was taboo as, oh, you know, it was taboo, dude.
Yeah,
Coach Fergie: yeah.
Zach Breakey: There was this negative stigma that, that was completely around it. Now it’s this mainstream thing where everybody’s doing it. It’s more widely accepted. Sure. There’s your primary care doctors starting to become enlightened to the fact that it’s a healthy option. So there’s, but then it was, nobody was really thinking about it.
People were, were looking at it in a different, from a different lens than they are now.
Coach Fergie: And you do a lot for the heroes. Yeah. So thank you very much. You know, I believe you have, uh, hormones for heroes or something like that. So how did your faith and kind of personal values shape your decision to support veterans [00:05:00] and first responders?
Zach Breakey: So here’s what I love about first responders, firefighter, you know, all of them. Yeah. Military, firefighters, police officers. What I found is they, they’re some of the easiest people to deal with. I appreciate everything they do on that level. Absolutely. But just from what, what I saw about the, the type of client that they were,
Coach Fergie: right,
Zach Breakey: they were kind of people that I liked.
Right. You, you, you did what you said you were gonna do and you gave them an honest price. And they were super easy to deal with and they
Coach Fergie: trust. And if they trust you, they’re gonna follow protocol.
Zach Breakey: They,
Coach Fergie: they follow protocol. ’cause they’re used to that. You know? And here’s
Zach Breakey: the other great thing, especially with cops and with firefighters, right?
Right. You take care of one of them. They go back and then they wildfire, they’re like, and I, they’re like little schoolyard girls where they just like talk about it, be amongst each other and it’s great. ’cause it’s like you get one and then you end up with five or six of their buddies or whatever it is.
Right? Right. So, man, I’ll tell you what, thank [00:06:00] God for them because when Androgenic was first getting started, they are actually a reason for androgenic as success.
Coach Fergie: Right.
Zach Breakey: I think if that wouldn’t, if I wouldn’t have had that. Focus on them as a clientele. Right. I don’t know that androgens actually would’ve made it past the first year and a half, two years.
Coach Fergie: Yeah. I remember you brought that up to me. I, I remember it was at the old Dirty Martini. We were there for Carl Woods, remember he was running for mayor and stuff like that, and we were holding signs and then we went to this and he’s like, and you said you’re, you know, for, you’re a veteran. I’m like, yeah.
He’s like, bro, I’m really wanting to dig into that world. The first responder world, man, that was the best move you made. Like you just said it. Well, dude,
Zach Breakey: you were actually a part
Coach Fergie: of that. Yeah, I was. I’m a client, so it’s like, but no, no. I
Zach Breakey: mean, as a part of the idea, right, the concept of hormones for heroes.
’cause I think you were doing houses for heroes, hormones for heroes. So, yeah. I kind of played off of your a little bit, dude, I, I’ll take my cut. Yeah, man. This like.
Coach Fergie: That’s right. Yeah. Listen, most
Zach Breakey: of my great ideas I’ve, I’ve borrowed from other great reg people. We regurgitate everything. Yeah. You
Coach Fergie: know, we get it from somebody, we get a good idea, you know, like my coaching [00:07:00] is a regurgitation of a guy named Brian Kane, Trevor Moad, who answered, you know, talked about earlier that mentored me.
And then, you know, you have a little Tony Robbins sprinkled in there. Yeah. Little something. You pull something a step from everybody. That’s excellent that you’re open-minded. Yeah. And that’s why you’re growing it. Like everywhere. I’m driving now. I’ll be driving now 95. Pretty much once a week I’ll see an angiogenics wrapped vehicle.
You have like 10 of ’em out there or something?
Zach Breakey: Yeah, we, we got a few, man, they, they roll around. It’s
Coach Fergie: impressive, dude. That, that’s awesome. So you run clinics in, you know, uh, in Florida and a lab in Jersey, right? Yeah. So how do you maintain consistency and quality and culture across such diverse locations?
Zach Breakey: Yeah, it’s tough, dude. So what, what I focus on the most is culture. Pouring into my staff. Love that. Um, managing people from a thousand miles away is incredibly difficult. What I found is that you have to find the right people. Mm. You want to pour into the right people, and you have to pay the right people the right amount of money.
The right people are expensive.
Coach Fergie: Yeah. [00:08:00] That’s just,
Zach Breakey: I’ve, I’ve come to that conclusion. And the other thing too, it’s, it’s, what I’ve found is slow to hire and quick to fire. Love it. So if somebody’s not right. It doesn’t make ’em a bad person, it just means that they’re not right for that position. Right. Maybe the culture.
So you, you gotta get ’em out as quickly as possible. Sure. ’cause the, the culture to me and both of my companies is the most important thing.
Coach Fergie: Right.
Zach Breakey: Um, androgens is, is a little bit easier ’cause I’m here. So after managing people from a thousand miles away, managing people where I can sit down with them on a daily basis.
It’s a lot easier. We’ll put it that way. Right. And, and I just have real candid conversations and I think a lot of it’s in the hiring process. I say, look, my objective is for you to earn more money than you’ve ever earned, right? I want you to grow professionally. I want you to grow personally, right? Most of our conversations are gonna be cool.
I’m a pretty jovial guy in the office. You are. But we’re also gonna have some real conversations that you’re not gonna like. Sure.
Coach Fergie: Right?
Zach Breakey: So I kind of set that [00:09:00] expectation right off rip. So when that time comes. People aren’t blindsided by it. Right. They understand, hey, this is the relationship. I do the same
Coach Fergie: with my team.
Right? I want to be cool with you. ’cause look,
Zach Breakey: I show up here every day too. I want it to be an enjoyable place for me to go to work too. Absolutely. But at the end of the day, our, our. Our objective is to deliver the very best service to our clients at every single interaction. Love it. And my job is to make sure my staff does that.
Coach Fergie: Yeah. ’cause there, there’s competitors. One thing I’ve noticed is your guys’ customer service is above and beyond not. And I’m a big believer in, you know, also like praising them in public. Like you have these clips of like 10 years, all this huge. I remember it was just you, Paul, and like. I don’t even think Jacqueline was there.
It was just like a couple of you dudes in there. Yeah. And now look at you guys. I saw the TikTok. It’s like, man, there’s like 15, 20 of you guys hanging out. You guys look like a big family. Yeah. And I see you praising them in public, but when you gotta reprimand them, you kind of take ’em behind closed doors and be like, yeah, brother.
So how about Jacqueline man? She plays a key role, right? Yes. Behind [00:10:00] the scenes. Can you share a moment when her support shifted the trajectory of your business?
Zach Breakey: There’s been a lot Right. I would think where she was, the glue that held androgens together. So I’ve been sober for six years. Love it. Before I got sober, she made sure the office was ham, dude.
’cause I’m up drinking and, and, and being out at bars till three o’clock in the mor living a, a worldly life, unhealthy lifestyle. And she would be the person opening the office. And it’s like, I’m, I’m like dragging in there at noon, so, right. Androgens wouldn’t even exist if she, if God didn’t bring her into my life.
Right. Um, yeah, man, I mean that’s stronger. Even to this day. She still supports me at, she’s been able to step down, thank God, but she still supports me on a level at home where I get to focus all of my efforts on growing our, our family businesses and continuing to Right. Hopefully move us in the right direction.[00:11:00]
Steve. The great thing about her man, it’s, she trusts me to do what’s in the best interest of our family. Love it, meaning me and her. Um, she’s always there to support me. She, it, it’s just been awesome,
Coach Fergie: man. You’ve been married six years, but you were together probably for a couple before that, I believe.
Zach Breakey: I’ll tell you what, man. So our, our relationship moved kind of quick. So she came to work for me. I did the thing where you date your secretary, right? I did that. I was, I’ll let you bring that up. Yeah. Yeah. It’s, it’s cool. Look, I’ll own it. Um, so she came to work for me in January. Love this. By April of that year we were dating.
Okay. Yeah. Yeah. By December of that same year, we were engaged. Right. I met her. I fell in love with her. I met her family. I’m like, this is what I want. Right. And I knew it Right. Then I decided I was gonna marry her, and then we got married in, in 2019 and Okay, we got married, uh, February 9th, 2019. I got sober.
Two days after that.
Coach Fergie: Love it. And, and I just remember you and I just had a conversation. We were driving to look at a [00:12:00] property. He goes, what do you, you, you said, what do you think of Jacqueline? I’m like. She’s topnotch at the front desk, dude. Yeah, like she’s awesome. You’re like, I think I don’t like her.
You know, it’s like, hey, that it works. And squad, we are gonna throw it real quick to my good friend Steve Austin from Revolution Mortgage, who’s I’m just blessed to have him sponsor the show. He is gonna give you a really quick market report. Then we’re gonna come back and we’re gonna take questions on optimization of your body and mind.
Steve Austin: Thanks Scott. Steve Austin here with the Revolution Mortgage Dynamic Team with your mortgage market recap for the week of June 9th. It was a good week for mortgage bonds with a favorable CPI report on Wednesday, followed by PPI and jobless claims on Thursday. These are the kind of economic data points that will keep mortgage bonds and rates moving in the right direction.
Slow and steady is great to see. Having stable weeks of overall positive movement with supportive economic data will continue to help buyers. Next week, we’ll be hearing from the Fed and their decision on rate cuts. We don’t expect any surprises here, and it’s likely the Fed will once again not be making a cut.
That’s it for this [00:13:00] week. This is Steve Austin, your branch production sales manager, NMLS 7 6 2 3 2 8 with Revolution Mortgage. Dynamic Team NMLS number one six. 8 6 0 4 6. We are an equal housing lender.

Coach Fergie: Hey, hey Steve. Thanks for the market report. Things are looking a little bit better out there on the mortgage side and Zach, so. You go from tactical training to, to diving to entrepreneurship. What parallels do you draw between kind of adrenaline fueled activities and running a high stakes healthcare company?
Zach Breakey: Dude, I love competition. Yeah, I do, man. I don’t, I, I think I like things that that push me mentally, push me physically. I like things that are hard. That’s what I love about sports, man Sports too. Um, it’s funny. People ask me like, you don’t watch sports? I don’t watch any sports, but I love sports. I love everything about ’em.
I love You’d rather go
Coach Fergie: watch it and not even hear the competition. Dude, I love playing them. Right? Yeah. I
Zach Breakey: loved how hard it was. Yeah. I loved the training. I love the failures. I love the wins. And I think that’s what I like about, [00:15:00] you know, between everything I do outside of my life and then also about work.
Uh, even part of like working out, it’s, it’s the physical strain, it’s the mental strain. So. I enjoy all of
Coach Fergie: it. Love that. You kinda marry ’em together. And there there’s harmony within it. Mm-hmm. Because a lot of people are like, oh, let’s balance it out. No, it’s like harmonic. It’s like you do the fun stuff, but you also have to be in shape to do it.
So you get optimized. Yep. And And keep the hormones right. Love it. So like telemedicine and virtual visits are, they’re kind of growing. Yeah. Right. So how’s Androgenic leveraging digital care and what’s next for kind of virtual hormone optimization?
Zach Breakey: So, it’s kind of crazy, man. So I used to offer. A lot of services in, in various different states.
Okay. We had other doctors that were, but I’ll tell you what, where, where I actually pulled back from doing that.
Coach Fergie: Okay.
Zach Breakey: And said, you know what? I’m from here. I wanna serve our community. So I actually got rid of almost 200 clients from other outta state. Wow.
Coach Fergie: Okay.
Zach Breakey: And, and [00:16:00] pulled back to focus on servicing our community.
And it sounds crazy, but it was one of the best business decisions I ever made. We were actually able to grow our influence right
Coach Fergie: here. Right?
Zach Breakey: So do we incorporate telehealth in, in our practice? Yes. In the state of Florida, we’re allowed to do it. When you start getting in other states, you gotta go by state laws and Sure.
There’s a lot that goes into it, especially when you’re dealing with controlled medications like testosterone, mailing it and stuff, right? Yeah. We wanna make sure, look, we’ve been around for 10 years. I wanna make sure I’m around for another 10. Yeah, hundred percent. So we run things probably a little bit more conservatively maybe than most, right?
Man. It’s. What I find is that when we focus on here and our marketing effort is here, um, it it, it’s really helped us grow our influence, right? And, and for me, one of my pastors will say, consistency builds trust. And trust builds influence. And we’re looking to have a positive influence right here in our community.
Coach Fergie: Right.
Zach Breakey: Look, I was, I was born in [00:17:00] Palm Beach County. You were? Yeah. I’ll gladly straight native in Palm Beach County. I’m not leaving, dude. Yeah. So how my business operates and how we service our clients here means more to me than money.
Coach Fergie: And I love that you really like went all in on that in a sense because it, during the time that I’ve known you and you’ve had the doors open on North Lake Boulevard.
It’s like there’s so many fly by night clinics that, and no disrespect to them, but they didn’t run it with the passion and the service that you guys do. And they close. Yeah. And I’m sure you probably scoop up some of their workers here and there and stuff like that, you know? So, so let me ask you something.
So clients often speak, your clients often speak about feeling reborn, feeling great at when they go through your protocol there. But what’s been the most life-changing patient story that you’ve witnessed? Did it have an impact on you?
Zach Breakey: Yeah, they all do. Look, or I’ve, I’ve had the privilege of being able to do this for the past decade.
I can tell you that, that someone will come in. We had a guy come in the [00:18:00] other day, this guy Nick, lost, like over 70 pounds and they come in and they’re vibrant and they’re like, man, I have energy to play with my kids again. Yeah, I, I can go to work. I’m working out, I’m coming home. I have time with, for my wife and, and.
Now it’s starting, and especially, you know, men and women, we, we treat. But me as a man of faith, I look at it as we have to be the example for our household. So I have some men that come in, they’re like, now that I’m living a healthier life, it’s starting to have a positive impact on my wife, on my kids. So as a man of faith, I love that, that that hits home for me.
Right? Um, I can tell you this man, as many times as I’ve heard these great stories from people. It still feels like the first time. Every time. Right. When I hear I’m like, this is still just as awesome.
Coach Fergie: That’s awesome. Yeah, and and you know what they say, you know what my mentor told me? Do what you love in the service of people that love what you do.
Yeah. What it means, like I love [00:19:00] coaching, I love serving people, but the people that see me doing it. See, I love it.
Zach Breakey: Yeah. And
Coach Fergie: that’s what I see in you. It’s like you love what you do, but I see you love what you do. So that trust Yeah, those influence. Right. I had that trust in you. That’s, that’s beautiful. So let, let’s, we’ll shift it over to kind of like, like bioidentical hormones.
I, you know, I, I did a little dive on you this time. Yeah. Time. Yeah. You know, ’cause you’ve came so far. Like, so you bioidentical hormones, peptides, body sculpting, you know, how do you kind of prioritize that innovation without losing sight of. Ethics and safe patient care because you know, again, it was really taboo when I met you and you’re watching it.
Yeah. It’s getting more accepted, but like how is that red tape and what do you do to make sure you stay ahead of the curve where people are, oh, this is safe and I’m good with this. Yeah,
Zach Breakey: for sure. So I did something different than probably most of other places and, and I remember it being a pivotal time in my early on, so.
When I first got started, all these other clinics were open and they’re offering all these different services, and [00:20:00] all I was doing was torment optimization, which, when I say that right, it’s, it’s torment, optimization and peptides. I kind of use those interchangeably. Mm-hmm. ’cause they both just kind of go hand in hand.
Dude, that’s all we did for nine years. Right. So everything that I, my staff is highly trained in. They all trained with the same, the, the same, uh, provider who, he’s a world renowned, he’s been doing it since the eighties, so he was kind of like one of the forefathers, if you wanna talk about BHRT, all of my systems were built to manage and treat, you know, uh, patients or clients for hormone optimization.
So that was our key focus. I didn’t want to be a jack of all trades. Right. I just wanted to be a master of my craft.
Coach Fergie: Yeah, man.
Zach Breakey: And have the confidence to say, oh, if you guys offer this, I’m sorry. We don’t. Right? This is what we do, but we do this better, better than everybody else.
Coach Fergie: Love that.
Zach Breakey: And if you want this, this is the place to come,
Coach Fergie: right?
Zach Breakey: If you need a one stop shop for every one of your health needs. [00:21:00] We might not be the right fit for you.
Coach Fergie: You might know somebody they can go to, but it’s like, that’s not your, it’s, I love that you lean into your, it’s, so
Zach Breakey: I think that has played such a big role in, in making sure that, that our treatments are, are safe, that they’re effective.
Look, ’cause hormone, hormone optimization is a contact sport.
Coach Fergie: Sure.
Zach Breakey: Dude, you gotta be in contact with these clients. You gotta be following up with ’em. Yeah. ’cause a lot of what we do is, is treating the blood is, is using the blood work as a reference and as a range. Dude. Most importantly, it’s treating the symptoms.
So we have this philosophy. If you listen to the client long enough, they will tell you everything you need to know on how to treat ’em hormonally. Yeah. So I wasn’t smart enough to offer a bunch of different things for a long time. Now as we’ve grown and we’ve, I feel that we’ve really perfected a service.
Now we’ve started to expand into some other things like, um, vitamin infusions. We built out, you know, uh, we, we tripled our, our, our footprint, which has been a blessing, man. It was [00:22:00] just a true testament to God having, having a plan for my business that was bigger than mine. Um, we’re getting into some body sculpting, which is pretty cool.
We had this sculp neo, um, it’s one of the only FDA approved devices to simultaneously build muscle and burn body fat at the same time. That’s cool. It has a functional side of it, so yeah, we’ve been able to implement some other things Sure. But not lose sight of actually. Our core focus and who we are
Coach Fergie: and people who gotta do the work.
That’s one thing we kind of talked about. You know, some people will go through the optimization with you, but they’re not doing the work. And I, I’m not saying run to the gym and do it, but be active, go for walks, take your dog for a walk, be active. Like how do you kind of counsel those people that are really like Zach?
You know, this isn’t working when you know that it’s working. If they did the protocol, like what do you kind of say with them? Yeah. It’s without ping them. You know what I’m saying? Yeah.
Zach Breakey: No. And look, we, we try to approach it with a hundred percent truth and a hundred percent grace, right? Yeah. So, but you gotta be honest with them.
Coach Fergie: Sure.
Zach Breakey: [00:23:00] And if somebody comes in and, and they’re five 10 and they’re 280 pounds, and you ask them how their nutritionist and they say pretty good. You have to have a real honest conversation because if it was pretty good, you wouldn’t be two 80 at five 10, right? And your, your body fat percentage is 25% or more.
So it’s, it’s just kind of having those honest conversations in the most polite way possible and encouraging them like to, to start moving, right? Yeah. Maybe you’re not running a marathon, but. Try to get 10,000 steps in a day. Love that. Yeah. Start to focus on, look, we have chat, GPT. Now you could plug in everything about your body and it could spit out a, a meal plant for you on a daily basis and a little workout.
Right. And that’s it, man. Yeah. So it’s, it’s, we tell people too, it’s like. I don’t want you to come in and give me money and not get results, right? That’s not what I want. I want you to come in and, and we deliver a great service, and you say, all right, this was a great value [00:24:00] add to my life.
Coach Fergie: And, and I love it squad that that’s what Zach does.
He actually leans in. He’s, he like, he’s a believer in what I talk about with my coaching now, inch by inch, it’s a CI right by the yard. It’s hard. It didn’t take you overnight to get to where you’re at. It’s not gonna be overnight to get you. But if you do the work and work with Zach’s team, they will get you there.
So Zach, what do you kinda do for a reset? You know, what you and Jacqueline or just you and the boys or like what, what do you kinda do for a reset, dude? Uh, so every, every year we try to go down to the keys for, yeah, well, Jacqueline’s turning a, a pretty milestone birthday coming up. You guys are doing like a month down there, right?
Yeah, we’re doing a month
Zach Breakey: down there. So it’s cool, man. We bring her family down for a week, my family down for a week, and then we bring our friends, um, that. That’s it, man. Like that’s mine and hers. Place of peace. Yeah, it’s, we both went there as kids. We’re both Florida to natives. We both grew up going down there and, and we’ve been able to kind of carry on that family tradition.
So it’s that man and then it’s. [00:25:00] Periodically just taking those small little vacations, whether it’s just her or not. We like spending a lot of time with our family. Right. Um, so as much as we’ll, we’ll take little vacations, just her and I, but we, we really enjoy being around our familys. Yeah, man. So I love your mom, man.
Your mom was my
Coach Fergie: client. Yeah. You sold her to her house and she has now. Yeah. That’s awesome. So you got like next couple of minutes, the floor is yours, like how can we find you? Um,
Zach Breakey: so we’re located on, on North Lake Boulevard, um, 4 0 1 North Lake Boulevard. Pretty close to to us one. Um, you can find us on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
Um, our website is androgenic solutions.com. How do you
Coach Fergie: spell the androgenic
Zach Breakey: that A-N-D-R-O-G-E-N-I-X androgenic solutions.com. Um, look, and if, if, if you feel like something’s missing in your life. If you feel that way, there probably is. And what I always try to tell people, it’s like you’re not making a commitment to start hormones.
What you should make a commitment [00:26:00] to though is getting your blood work done, whether it’s by me or somebody else. Such a story and getting in front of a provider that understands how to interpret that blood work. And is gonna use that, uh, or in relation, use that blood work and also treat your symptoms to, to fix whatever that issue may be.
Coach Fergie: That’s, that’s excellent. And, and squad, get out there and get it done. I’m a testament to it. My Susan’s a testament to it. Um, everybody that I know that’s been put in touch with Zach, um, they, if you do the work along with this protocol, you’re going to get results. I just want to kind of thank you for carving 30 minutes of your day, your valuable time in turning, tuning in and listening to this and, and the knowledge nuggets that Zach.
