I sure I probably owe you six for bringing Beatty on. But Beatty, thank you so much for coming on. Please introduce yourself to the Time to Shine Today Podcast Varsity Squad.

But first, what’s your favorite color and why?

Beatty Carmichael: Favorite color is blue, more of a sapphire blue, and okay. It just resonates with me. And then I find out later that it has a very spiritual significance in the heavenly room. So that’s my favorite color.

Coach Fergie: Go, go, unpack that a little bit. What, what significance is I ask.

Beatty Carmichael: Yeah. So so Sapphire if I understand, it’s one of the precious stones that’s within the priest garment they call it, I [00:03:00] forget what they call it, but it’s the breastplate that has the 12 stones. Yes. Right. Representing the 12 tribes. And Sapphire is just really unique. I have a watch that’s solid SAS sapphire.

Oh, that’s wild. That’s legit. Yeah. And so I just love that deep rich royal blue of sapphire.

Coach Fergie: I love it and it’s royal. And like you said, it’s royal and I believe it was the book in numbers that brought that up a lot, wasn’t it? I think so. Yeah.

Beatty Carmichael: Yeah,

Coach Fergie: absolutely. So tell us a little bit about your background there, Mr.

Beatty. Like, I know you’re doing fantastic things. We’re both Christian brothers, right? So, yep. We both, , love the Lord that you do great things for people. What did, give us a little of, a bit of a backdrop, a little bit of behind the scenes of younger Beatty that got you to kind of where you were in your come up.

Beatty Carmichael: Had no intention of going where I am. So background I was born into a family of seven generations of medical doctors and, , so every generation had multiple doctors and then it all stopped with my generation. My dad retired at 70, my grandfather [00:04:00] retired at 85, and I went into business. But I had just a really very deep spiritual root of really pursuing the Lord and wanting to do something significant in whatever my calling was.

And about 10 years ago, nine or 10 years ago now, God put a real burden in my heart to go pray for people for healing. I watched some docu docuseries, so to speak, on something that the Holy Spirit is doing in today, and it blew me away. My church didn’t teach it. My church said all that is passed. It doesn’t happen today.

And I started seeing people do it. In six months, I started to go pray for people. A third of the people were instantly healed, mostly pain related stuff. Within a year, 90% of the people I was praying for were being healed. Yes. God took me into deliverance which is another really weird form. Mm-hmm. And then he took it all away.

And that’s what led me here.

Coach Fergie: So you, let me ask you something. You, [00:05:00] you mentioned the word burden. Yes. Like a lot of people think burden. Like, oh my gosh, it’s a burden. Why did you feel that it was a burden? Yeah.

Beatty Carmichael: If you’ve, if you’ve ever experienced something and it just doesn’t let go, then there’s a burden.

Coach Fergie: Right? That man. So true. Absolutely. That, that I wasn’t trying to trick you up or anything. No, no, no. It’s not a trick question. It’s a great question.

Beatty Carmichael: It wasn’t a, it wasn’t an oppressive burden. It was a burden that says, I gotta do this. There’s something here, and you press into it, and I love that. That’s what it was.

Coach Fergie: You leaned right into it and, and, and took that action. ’cause a lot of people, like, I love that you, you really into kind of come from the prayer world because prayer is energy. Yeah. If you have, , a thousand people in a room praying there is actual physical. Energy that’s coming out into the world, right?

Yeah. And so people, that’s why I believe in you. Even, , the prayer we said be before this, I felt like a, like right through my ear into my insides being like, we are gonna rock this mic. We are going to [00:06:00] change some lives and, and help some people out. But you, you do claim that you can find freedom kind of from anxiety, depression, even PTSD.

Within as little as 24 hours. Okay. I,

Beatty Carmichael: I, I say it all the time and it’s usually five or 10 minutes.

Coach Fergie: I love that. I love it. Yeah. So that’s, that sounds to other people impossible. Right? Right. But then again, you break down impossible. It’s, I’m impossible. Right. So, but , what do you say to kind of the skeptics out there?

’cause I’m not one ’cause I believe in it. But like what do you say to the skeptics that are out there, Mr. Beatty?

Beatty Carmichael: , If the skeptic doesn’t have something to get rid of, then all they have is their theory and you can’t really convince someone with a theory. Yeah. But if someone is dealing with anxiety or depression or PTSD and you guide them through this process, they’re willing just to, willing to go through the words.

Even though they don’t believe anything’s gonna happen. Mm-hmm. And then it disappears right then. That’s my favorite way of convincing a skeptic. Just show ’em how it works. ’cause it, , it, I, I call it scientific. You do it [00:07:00] every time you do it. The process, 90% of the time, is successful. Yes. So it doesn’t matter if someone’s a skeptic or not.

Right. Just give it a try. And, and 90% of the time, they’re no longer a skeptic.

Coach Fergie: Right. And, and again, I, I bring it back to energy. ’cause a lot of my clients, I don’t care if you play for the and you know who I’m talking to out there, like I have a. , Clients and they’re required to do certain morning protocol for me, like yeah, one of ’em is three things you’re grateful for in the morning your intentions, and through eight weeks, I add a little something, but what I’m doing with that is.

The kinda reforming the reticular activating system, right? The RAS and squad. If you’re out there and you don’t know what that is, if Mr. Beatty here, , says, Hey, Fergie, man, I got a new Tesla. And I’m like, what’s a Tesla? And I go to his house and I see the Tesla. I see the energy that he has about the Tesla.

I look at the Tesla and say, Ooh, that is pretty cool and I’ve never seen one before. How many do you think I’d see on my ride home? You know? ’cause it’s there. It’s the forefront. [00:08:00] And then with the prayer, and the more you do it, it kind of brings things to the forefront. Would you think that’s true?

Beatty Carmichael: It does, but there’s actually a deeper spiritual thing.

And let me, let me see if, watch this. This is really cool. Yeah. Especially with your athletes. I see a lot of, a lot of injuries that have a spiritual route that if you handle the spiritual route, the enter injury. Instantly recovers. Here’s one perfect example, especially for people who are getting broken bones out on the field.

One of the, one of the guys, I was a show host, he played with a Canadian football league 20 plus years ago, had a micro fracture, took him outta the game because his knee always hurt and it hurt for 20 years. On the show. I guide him through this and all the pain instantly goes away. I mean like five or six minutes.

Right. And he’s blown away. One of the ladies I was working with at a diction recovery center where I teach, she had she’d had a car accident three years earlier, no insurance. So she broke her AC and her shoulder bone. Mm. So they just gave her a sling and it healed wrong. She gets to the Addiction [00:09:00] Recovery Center, they have insurance.

So the orthopedic surgeon goes and drills the bones, breaks ’em apart, resets them. And now she’s four weeks post-op. So that’s a major trauma to the shoulder.

Coach Fergie: Absolutely. I

Beatty Carmichael: guide her in this process, not only does all the pain goes away, but her full range of motion is fully restored the same as her left arm completely healed.

So you, we will call it a miraculous healing. But what’s actually happening is there was a spiritual route that when I led her through the prayer freedom, just to repent of or forgive whatever’s going on there. It’s like God instantly restored what the thiefs took. And as I see people on the football field, you see a lot of these people where they’re, , they get a, a, a, a season breaking injury.

Mm-hmm. Then they get into the next season and then they have another injury. And anytime you have that type of pattern, it’s almost always a spiritual route. If you turn off that spiritual route, then those injuries will either. Minimize or [00:10:00] cease. And if there’s a a dramatic impact to that injury that has a spiritual root, a lot of times you’ll see it instantly healed.

I forget the game, but it’s a few years back. Someone was on the football field and won the players. The name slips me, I can’t recall, but he went out and prayed for this person, or maybe it was a bystander, I forget. And the guy was kinda like instantly restored, , he sure. And so you see this, but what it is is a spiritual issue.

It’s not so much your thinking. It’s not so much how strong you believe, but there’s actually a spiritual route that drives a lot of these things. You get rid of the spiritual root and all of the issues that it’s driving,

Coach Fergie: disappears. So when you, let’s, let’s unpack that spiritual root a little bit, baby.

Like, is that, that root is almost like a, a weed that’s growing that we wanna get rid of. ’cause again, you said it in Yeah. Like my listeners and myself maybe myself at least, and maybe some of my listeners. Listen. Spiritual root, is it good? Is it bad? Is it, yeah, it’s different like. What is it?

Beatty Carmichael: So in, in, in a very simplistic sense, God has made us with a conscience and he puts [00:11:00] his standards of right and wrong into our conscience.

We call it God’s law, okay? Simple term. When we violate that, we feel guilty. And we know we’re guilty, whether anyone’s told us or not. The Bible calls it sin, but it’s technically all sin is is missing the mark. Yep. I tell my young son, put the glass on the table. He puts on the counter. You send dude. Right.

You said it’s not a big deal, ? Right. So in the Old Testament, God says, if you start, if you start to sin against me, then I will send disease and disaster and sickness and illness against you. Oh, you have king David after he had killed Uriah. Uriah, which is Bathsheba’s husband Bathsheba. Yep.

Yep. And he’d committed adultery with him. He refused to confess his sins. This is Psalm 32, and it says, when I refused to confess my sin, my body wasted away, my bones ached, and I had no energy. I couldn’t even get out of bed. Mm-hmm. Then I confess my sin. Everything was restored. Love it. So we see this pattern.

So when I talk about a spiritual root, that spiritual root is [00:12:00] always something, usually within our own lives that we have done that has violated God’s standard, and there’s a consequence. And that consequence gets manifested either into a physical ailment, like glaucoma, or my arm doesn’t work, or something like that.

It, it manifests into a mental struggle. So you think about mental illness, anxiety, bipolar, deport disorder, depression, suicidal thoughts or a physical pain, something like neuropathy, broken bones pulled ligaments and they, they just stay there and you’re constantly getting injured, constantly having something going on.

What that is, is just a pattern ’cause there’s a spiritual root. And it doesn’t matter the amount of therapy you take, the amount of physical therapy you do, the amount of drugs or medicines, because as long as the roots are there, it’s going to continue to manifest. You get rid of the root and it stops it completely.

Wow. That’s what I was talking about.

Coach Fergie: That’s beautiful that, that, thank you for that explanation on [00:13:00] that with, especially with, it it being, ’cause again, I heard, I kind of heard it in two different ways. Yeah. , Of how it would be. So you, you, you talk, about targeting the spiritual roots behind the mental health struggles instead of kind of the brain chemistry.

Beatty Carmichael: Yep.

Coach Fergie: What kind of pushback do you might get from people in how long, like you, you get people that are kind of pushing back ’cause there’s 10%, , that it didn’t work for according to the numbers. Right. Which might be less, might be a little bit more, but how do you kind of really. Make that breakthrough with the people that kind of, again, are skeptics on what you’re, ’cause I want people to hear I know it works.

Yeah. , I vetted you out. Okay. So, thank you. Yeah, absolutely. We don’t, yeah, we do kind of deep dives on, on, on people and stuff, but like, how do you like, deal with the skeptics?

Beatty Carmichael: So it, , a skeptic, I, as I mentioned, one with a theory and one with a desire. Right. I was trying to pitch the editor of Psychology Today and sharing that I routinely help people get rid of anxiety in 12 minutes.

She said that’s, she said, I’m a psychotherapist and that is impossible. I’ll, I’ll, I [00:14:00] want nothing to do with you. Right. So she’s a skeptic that has no desire to change ’cause it’s not her anxiety. It’s what she’s been taught to believe is the only way to do it. Sure. When you got the skeptic that wants to change, wants freedom, then that’s where you can start to work with him.

Just like any athlete, , if he really wants to achieve and succeed and he’s willing to press in and try new things because his desire is high, then those skeptics are easy to work with because they’re only skeptics because they don’t think it’ll work. By the way. Almost 100% of the people that have gone through this are all skeptics because they’ve been dealing with stuff that they’ve constantly had failure, nothing works, and they really tried this as maybe it’ll work, but I really don’t believe it will.

Sure. And then it does,

Coach Fergie: you work with people with sleep disorders.

Beatty Carmichael: Yeah, so technically I don’t work with people until they, so back to my story real quick, please. This may help. Okay. So God had give me a gift of healing and I would [00:15:00] go out to Walmart and pray for people. I saw. Watch this. I saw pulled ligaments, healed instantly, broken bones, fractures, completely healed, blind eyes, deaf ears hernias, all kinds of things just instantly healed and.

Then as I was going out, it was again, 90% healing for whoever I was praying for. And within two weeks had dropped to like 10% or less. And it stunned me and I said, God, what happened? He said, I took away your gift of healing, right? And I said, well, why? It was helping so many people. He said, ’cause I want you to now learn how to do it by authority.

And authority, I understood is to remove that spiritual root guide to other people to remove that spiritual root on their own. And as I would go back out, I would lead people rather than me praying for them. I would lead them through a, a prayer of removing these roots. And I saw 90% healing right back again.

This time they were doing the prayer. I was just guiding [00:16:00] them, God. And then I saw more dramatic things. And over the last, over the several years, I compiled it into what I call the prayer freedom, which is a step by step guide on how to do this on your own. So rather than me going out and, and doing this with people, I literally send them to my book, the Prayer Freedom, because.

I can’t do anything more than it. I can help diagnose it once they go through it. If they still have issues going on, then I can guide them into other stuff. But until then the it’s best for them to go through it first, and then I’ll be, , kind of a cleanup guy, you know? Absolutely. If they, yeah, so, so I don’t work with people anymore, but my book guides them through the same process.

In fact, watch this, by the way, you can go to the prayer freedom book.com. That’s gonna be the best place for anyone. You’ll see it right up front of my head. Okay?

Coach Fergie: Okay.

Beatty Carmichael: The, when I teach, so I teach at a Women’s Addiction recovery center here in Birmingham, and they house over 500 women, so it’s one of the largest ones in the, in the country.

And [00:17:00] my students love my class because nearly nine outta 10 get completely free of everything. All I do is I give them my book as the workbook and I give them space. In my class to simply go through the worksheet. Love it. I find that there are about 18 different categories where we violate God’s standard.

So they make a list of that and then they simply go through this on their own and they’re set free. I love that. So that is really the best place to go because it’s got everything self-contained.

Coach Fergie: Love it. And I’d love that they have to take that big a word. Right. Yeah. They’ve gotta take action. They have to

Beatty Carmichael: take action,

Coach Fergie: right?

Because I mean, a lot of people say, I’m waiting on God. I’m waiting. I to, I’m a big believer and I get pushed back from my fellow Christians, and, , other people will, , I, I say, , God’s waiting on me. That I just, that’s how I’ve always been. It’s like the action that you take if you do it, and the service of others and over yourself to make yourself better.

They kind of just. I just see things unveiled before me that I believe a hundred percent in action taking. Right?

Beatty Carmichael: So, yeah, so, [00:18:00] so this is really interesting kind of tie off on that, please. So we, we think that simply, well, I pray to God and it didn’t, , he didn’t answer, but yet the Bible says that the prayers of an of a righteous man effect much, which means the prayers of an unrighteous man affect little.

Sure. It also says, pray and believe that you’ve received and it’ll be yours. That means if you pray, but you don’t really believe it won’t be. Yeah. It also says that , I’ve called you and chosen you that you might produce fruit, and as you produce fruit, then you can ask anything of my father and he’ll give it to you.

So what we start to see is a pattern that not all prayer is the same. Right, that there are different ways to pray to get your results done. But the most powerful prayer, powerful process is James five 16. This is the passage in the book of James. James 14 says five 14 says, if any of you are sick, so you got a broken bone, you got mental anguish, you got pain, whatever it says, let him call for the elders.

They’ll anoint him and pray over him. But then it ends right here, James five 16, it [00:19:00] says, and confess your sins, dot, dot, dot. And you shall be healed. It’s a promise and it’s a statement. Sure. And it’s the process of how to get healing from God and all the prayer freedom is making a list of where we violated his standards.

Sure. And then going through strategically and basically confessing you were wrong and it sounds crazy, but the torment leaves. I mean, it’s that instantaneous. No, it’s not

Coach Fergie: crazy at all. I, because I’ve witnessed stuff like that, I’ve been in Yeah. Situations overseas where the prayer came true. Right. , Where it helped.

I mean but let me some, so I gotta piece this question together. So the this is awesome. Like this is, I really get into this stuff. So you have somebody that has to confess something, right? Yeah. To really relieve and move forward Now. If there’s, say, let’s just say there was an infidelity in a marriage, right?

Yep. And the husband really wants to just push through and and confess. Now, is he confessing just to the Lord or does he [00:20:00] have to confess to the wife as well? You what I’m saying? Do you have Yeah, no, I know exactly what you’re, is just a personal relationship with God or like, again, I’m sorry to go down that road.

Use that analogy.

Beatty Carmichael: I’m, I’m glad you bring that up because James five 16 actually says, confess your sins to one another and you shall be healed. But what I’m finding is the only person we need to confess to is to God. So here’s the bigger picture. Watch this. If you, if, if we make a human correlation real quick, if I break a human law, a criminal, I’m now be, I’m, I’m, I can now be accused in court with a prosecuting attorney of breaking the law, okay?

Mm-hmm. So you’ve got me the defendant, you’ve got the prosecuted attorney, and you’ve got the judge. And if I don’t, well defend myself, then I’m going to have a judgment against me. Sure. This is actually what happens in the heavenly realm, that when we violate God’s standard, it says in Revelation 12 that Satan is the accuser of the brethren, which means that he is the, basically the attorney general, he’s the chief prosecutor.

Okay. All he can do is accuse [00:21:00] us of breaking God’s law, and if we, if we don’t defend ourself, then say that, I’m sorry. I confess I was wrong. Then we’re held guilty of it and there’s now judgment against us. And that judgment is these three things that the Greek word is basso, but it’s basically a physical torment, a mental torment, or a physical pain.

Let me share. , Within the courtroom in the human terms. Let me share what actually happened to my son when he was about 19 or 20 years old. God took him up into the heavenly courtroom, said, I wanna show you something. His, his name is Beatty Jr. And he’s now, as he’s describing this, he said, I look to my right and up on the DAUs was God the father is judge.

Over on my left was a a demon spirit that was accusing me of sin. And I said, well, hold on, stop baiting. I’ve been told that demons always lie. So were those really sins or was he lying? He said, no, those every single sin [00:22:00] was accurate. He said, they lie to you and me. They don’t lie to God. So now Beatty is in a courtroom being accused of sin, which is the only power that the demonic spirit has.

And then the Lord, I’m assuming this is Jesus said whisper to him and said, plead the blood of Jesus. So my, my son, I looked up to God and said, God, I plead the blood of Jesus over these sins and instantly. The demon disappeared because pleading the blood of Jesus is the equivalent of what we would call repentance or confessing our sins.

It’s basically applying what Jesus did over those sins individually, and now they’re gone and we cannot be accused of it, and if we can’t be accused of it, we can’t be judged for it. This is different than repenting of our sins, believing in Jesus for salvation, right? It says that all of our sins have been forgiven.

Past, present, future for salvation, but that’s in the heavenly room. In the physical realm, we still have sin in our body [00:23:00] because we still sin. This is why Jesus says in the Lord’s prayer, pray like this, our Father who already in heaven, and this says in, forgive us our sins. As we forgive those if sinned against us.

Sure. So we’re told to continue to ask God to forgive our sins even though our sins have been forgiven already. So what we see is the dimensional truth, sins for salvation, forgiven, but sins for this discipline, torment for what we’ve done here on earth have not been forgiven. We have to repent of those individually, and that’s what I’m finding.

And as we do that individually. And making a list, and God reminds you of what it is. Then as we confess those sins, that’s when the torment leaves and disappears.

Coach Fergie: I love it. It it, you just brought me back to, I was about five years old and my mom was, , I love her. She’s passed on, but she’s a real bad alcoholic, so I’d have to go to, like, she’d go out her Saturday nights and I went with this family to a church.

I remember it was at an elementary school and they were talking about sin. I remember I was, I went to that elementary school. [00:24:00] Yep. Right. So I was sitting there and it was talking about when you repent and you, you give it that like God takes the sins and dumps ’em in the ocean. Okay, this is what I like, , the way I viewed it.

And now I just see the way that is just kind of like. It, it, it’s gone. When you repent it, it’s like you, you’re not, you’re responsible for your actions, right? But you responsibility is the ability to respond. You’ve responded those actions by repenting and those sins are kind of forgiven and off of you, which allows healing in.

Not only the psychological, but also physiological, right? Yes. Is that kind of love. Yeah. This is, this is awesome.

Beatty Carmichael: Yeah. Because almost everything we deal with, and this is where I started to learn it I mentioned briefly, I started to cast out demons. Mm-hmm. One of the things God led me to, and it’s real interesting the way you cast a demon out, by the way, there are multiple spirits in the spirit realm.

I’ve, I’ve identified. Three categories of spirits, what I call amplifying spirits. So like if you get really upset in anger, then a spirit of anger will come in and just [00:25:00] amplify anger. You have an infirmity spirit that if you do something against God in some way, then. You’ll have pain somewhere else.

Like unforgiveness is a huge thing. I remember just probably people forgiving someone I’ve seen neuropathy of 15 years leave rheumatoid arthritis of 20 years disappear. Legally, blind eyes completely, instantly clear up all of these things simply by forgiving. And then you have a demonic spirit. The Bible calls in Ephesians six 12.

It says that our battle isn’t against flesh and blood, but it’s against spiritual forces in the heavenly places. And one translation of the Bible says that we don’t battle against people of flesh and blood, but persons without bodies. So the real simple is your person is your soul, not your physical body.

So when you die, you still live in your soul. In a heavenly state, demons are just an evil person without a body in a very simplistic sense. [00:26:00] So the way you get them outta someone is basically four steps. You ask the Lord to bring up the first demon that you, that he wants you to get rid of in that person, and so the demon will acknowledge himself.

So you identify him and then you ask him. What is your legal right? You’re interrogating him that legal right? 100% of the time. Fergie is an unrepented sin. Mm. Then you repent of that sin, it breaks the legal right? Then you can get him out and that unrepented sin. I remember one of the guys I was doing this with here in town the first demon spirit that came up was a guy named Seth.

That’s what his name was. And I said, what’s your legal right? He said, Josh played with a Ouija board at seven years old. Josh is 32 right now.

Coach Fergie: Okay.

Beatty Carmichael: Josh said, I did not, my sister was playing with it. I didn’t want anything to do with it, but she communicated to me through it. So he was participating, watching it.

Coach Fergie: Okay.

Beatty Carmichael: And that was the beginning of his downfall. You get him to repent a plane with a Ouija board, now you can get Saff out of the outta the deal.

Coach Fergie: Sure. So that’s, she sounds so simple. [00:27:00]

Beatty Carmichael: Right. That it is simple when once you understand the key. Okay. Right. Got it. Got it. What, turning on a light switch is simple, but if you came from the 18 hundreds, you’ve never seen one and you see these lights, it’s like miracle.

Yes. Right. But it’s so simple when you, once you understand the key.

Coach Fergie: Yeah. It’s like how can we listen to radio? Yeah. How is it that you could have a chandelier in your house and hit a key on the piano and it moves? Yeah. You know what I’m saying? There’s like energy and, and everything everywhere. That, that’s awesome.

So forgiveness. What is Beatty’s definition of forgiveness?

Beatty Carmichael: It’s a statement. I hate to say it that way. It’s a choice. No, I love, please. Yeah. And it’s a statement that says, I forgive. So what happens is you have someone that deeply hurts you. Mm-hmm. And you hold that wound in your heart, and the longer you hold the wound in your heart, a friend of mine said it this way.

You get cut on your shoulder by a friend and you’re so hurt. You don’t even clean the wound because you’re so upset at your friend. So true, bro. Yeah. And so now that wound starts to fester and hurts you more and more, doesn’t do anything to your friend, right? So [00:28:00] Unru, so forgiveness is where you release the wound.

You, you don’t forget the hurt, but the hurt no longer hurts your heart.

Coach Fergie: Right?

Beatty Carmichael: And it’s a statement, I forgive Bill for what he did. And now you’re released of that sin, of forgiveness, unforgiveness, and now you can recover from whatever that torment was that’s tied to it.

Coach Fergie: Well, that no longer hurts the heart.

I, my definition that I’ve used since 2009 is giving up the hope of a better past. Like, that’s just, there’s no way that I can do Yeah. Anything about that. Right. It’s just a push forward. It’s just, it’s like this that’s there and with my coaching clients, I put to them in their car and I have ’em sit in there when I first meet ’em.

If I’m blessed to coach me in South Florida, great. If not, we do a FaceTime or a Zoom in their car. I say this rear view mirror right here. That’s your past? Yeah. Okay. It’s small for a reason. It’s a great place to visit. It’s a great place to learn from. But that’s just, if you need help there, then you [00:29:00] probably need to see somebody with alphabet after their name, right?

Yeah. Me, I’m a, , big windshield. It’s like, oh my gosh, where are we going since 2011 and now we carry ’em in our pocket. You have this GPS thing, right? So that’s all that I am. I’m not gonna be able to buckle your seatbelt or pray for you. I can pray for you, but pray I can’t. Put the direction, but if we need some shifting and some guidance, that’s where I kind of come in.

So I love that you said that it’s forgiveness. It no longer hurts the heart. Yeah. Right. So you can move forward when you’ve repented and forgiven. That’s beautiful. So I have to ask you, so is there any, like, if you start talking to somebody and like they’re and I know that you’re really teaching them how to do it on their own, but is there any good question that you wish they would ask you but never do?

Beatty Carmichael: Not really. Okay. Because if they’re, if they’re doing it on their own, they’re going through my book and it is, I’m precise, my skillset is [00:30:00] doing standard operating procedures to run automated systems SOPs. So I can see that, bro. Yeah. You go right down the list and you miss nothing. Okay. Yeah, man, I can’t wait

Coach Fergie: to dig in.

I, I’m, I’m ashamed to have not read it, so. Right. I’m digging in. Okay. Very cool. Yeah,

Beatty Carmichael: so no, nothing specific to ask me because I hate to say it this way. I’m an introvert. I like my time. I, I don’t like interruptions during my day and so I prefer, they don’t ask me anything just or podcast hosts

Coach Fergie: that are late.

Beatty Carmichael: Yeah.

Coach Fergie: Hey, I

Beatty Carmichael: understand technology,

Coach Fergie: those challenges. So how does Bay Dewan his dash? Remember man, that little line in between your incarnation date and your expiration date, your life date and death date. Hopefully it’s way down the line. This world needs you. But like, how does, how do you want your dash remembered?

Beatty Carmichael: I want, I want it remembered. I, I really don’t want to be remembered. I, I wanna be remembered by the Lord. I want a huge impact in people’s lives, but I don’t wanna be the center. Because I’m not the center. I’m the little guy that brings a message from the [00:31:00] general to the colonel and says, here’s a message from the from the general.

And he leaves and the colonel goes and wins this huge war. And no one remembers the messenger. Right. I’m just the messenger.

Coach Fergie: Love that. I love that. I mean, you’re, you’re squat, he’s legitly planting trees. He is never gonna sit in the shade of, and that’s the kind of people that we like to surround ourselves by.

Right? Someone that’s doing it for the intention, not the attention. That’s just beautiful brother. That’s humble. That, that’s just, that’s just. Amazing. We’re gonna throw it to the sponsors right now. I got some really good sponsors and affiliates that got some really good stuff for you to hear. And also that because they’re sponsoring me, you’re gonna have some great deals. And when we get back we’re gonna kind of go through a demonstration process, a role player, if you will, of how effective beatty’s protocol prayer or freedom is.

So make sure you stay tuned. Hey, time to Shine today, podcast Varsity Squad. We are back. And thank you to Sleep Number Beds. Thank you to indeed.com. Thank you to Java Gee and Rash Guard, and everybody else that [00:32:00] really sponsors the show. And thank you for listening. I could not do it without you and Beatty.

We’ve talked a little bit like off mic about the doing a demonstration Yeah. On, , the prayer freedom. Mm-hmm. And I would love to kind of go through that right now and have the squad out there, kind of follow along and see, , kind of a, a demonstration how you will, if it works. And if you’re following on Vimeo or now I’m on Spotify video or anywhere else, just please follow along as well as there too.

Right.

Beatty Carmichael: So, so for anyone who’s listening or watching, watching, if you have any issue that you can measure that if it were to disappear, you would recognize it. Pain, glaucoma, mental illness of, anxiety, depression, anything like that Right now, rate it on a scale of zero to 10, with 10 being the worst.

And Fergie, I know you had something with your ankles. Yes, sir. Can you rate them in swelling range of, lack of motion, pain, anything on a zero to 10 level? It would

Coach Fergie: be an eight and a half right now. Really? Tell me. Well, now now it’s probably more of a seven. Okay. They went down, but [00:33:00] again, it’s been a minute.

I usually, I heal pretty quick. Okay. , So, and I’m not on any fancy performance enhancers or anything like that to make me heal quicker. So it’s just like, yeah, it’s been something that’s bothering me and it’s a pain. It, it’s, it’s painful at times where it’ll shoot. Right. Yeah. But right now

Beatty Carmichael: as you’re, as we’re sitting there.

Can you feel it? My right angle?

Coach Fergie: Yes, absolutely. I can feel it. My right angle. Yes. So

Beatty Carmichael: about a seven, seven and a half. Yes sir. Okay, perfect. That, that’s perfect. That’s what I want to hear. Okay. Sorry, but that’s what I want to hear. You’re in pain. It’s okay. I’m here for you

Coach Fergie: or you. Yeah. So here’s what we’re gonna do.

Beatty Carmichael: There’s three steps. Now, this is a demonstration. It’s not necessarily permanent. The permanent thing is going through the prayer of freedom. ’cause it really does everything. But this shows you. Concept. Okay, so we’re gonna first ask God to reveal if there’s a spiritual root tied to it. Then we’re going to get rid of that root.

Then we’re gonna command it out. So here’s just repeat after me and for everyone else do the same. Just pray out loud. This is is important. So dear God, dear God, I wanna get rid [00:34:00] of the pain in my ankles. I want to get rid of the pain in my ankles. If there’s a sin I need to confess. If there’s a sin I need to confess or someone I need to forgive,

Coach Fergie: or someone I need to forgive,

Beatty Carmichael: bring it to my mind right now.

Coach Fergie: Bring it to my mind right now.

Beatty Carmichael: Alright, now, does anything flash across your mind?

Yes. Okay, perfect. So now what we’re gonna do is we’re going to confess, I’m gonna have you turn your mic off so that you’re not airing dirty laundry out there. But here’s the way you confess it. If it’s something, a sin that you did, it’s just say, I confess I was wrong. Or you can use the word repent. I repent a blank.

And if you did it with someone else or against someone else, use their name. I repent. A blank against blank. If it’s someone you need to forgive, even if you don’t feel like you have the emotional stamina, ability to forgive them, it’s simply a statement I forgive. Blank for blank. Okay, that’s all it is. I repent a blank.

I forgive blank. And then j just speak that out [00:35:00] or whisper it. If you can’t turn your mic off, just whisper it so we can’t hear anything and everyone else that’s listening to speak it out as well. And you can whisper it. The key, it just has to come outta your lips at some level. Doesn’t have to be loud.

Coach Fergie: Absolutely. And okay. Squad, I’m gonna go silent here for about 30 seconds squad, thank you for your patience.

Beatty Carmichael: Okay, great. So now we’re gonna do part B of the second step, and we’re gonna break what’s called unholy soul ties.

There are negative spiritual connections that can drive torment, so it goes like this. And I break all unholy soul ties with,

Coach Fergie: I break all unholy soul ties with and release all judgments against. And release all judgments against.

Beatty Carmichael: Those people I named

Coach Fergie: those people I

Beatty Carmichael: named. Now we move to step three and we’re going to ask God to remove it and command it out.

And now God, I ask that you remove the pain in my knee my ankle.

Coach Fergie: And now God, I ask you to remove the pain in my ankle

Beatty Carmichael: and in the name of God

Coach Fergie: and in the name of [00:36:00] God

Beatty Carmichael: pain. I command you to get out right now.

Coach Fergie: Pain. I commend you to get out right now.

Beatty Carmichael: Go from a seven to a zero,

Coach Fergie: go from a seven to a zero

Beatty Carmichael: all the way out,

Coach Fergie: all the way out.

Beatty Carmichael: Now check it and tell me if it’s shifted. Is it still that seven, seven half, or is it shifted?

Coach Fergie: It’s less. I’m not, tell me, I’m not bull crapping you out there squad. It’s not, it’s, yeah, it’s like a what number? It, it’s low. Two, three. Like, it’s perfect. It’s down there.

Beatty Carmichael: So that number three, we usually have to do it like two or three times.

So now just repeat after me. God, thank you for reducing it down to about a two or three.

Coach Fergie: God, thank you for reducing it down to about a two or three.

Beatty Carmichael: Ask that you take

Coach Fergie: it all the way out. I ask that you take it all the way out.

Beatty Carmichael: Pain and the authority of God,

Coach Fergie: pain and the authority of

Beatty Carmichael: God. Go out right now.

Go to from a three to a zero.

Coach Fergie: Go out right now from a three to a zero. Wow.

Beatty Carmichael: Now check it out again.

Coach Fergie: Yeah.

Beatty Carmichael: Can you feel it?

Coach Fergie: Yeah. [00:37:00] Yeah. I, dude, is is it gone? Yeah. I don’t really feel it. Usually my end step in into my ankle is usually Wow. The, wow. Wow. Yeah. Yeah. I can tell

Beatty Carmichael: you are surprised, right?

Coach Fergie: Yeah. Well, I mean, I, I am.

Yes, very surprised. I live in the biggest glass house, so I never judge. I’m super open-minded. So, , this is that, that is really cool. Beat. Yeah. Like that. That’s So what

Beatty Carmichael: just happened? You, you had this accident, this injury, how long ago?

Coach Fergie: I would say it was the middle of July, I remember. So middle of July?

Yes, sir. Okay.

Beatty Carmichael: So, so now it’s been what, almost six weeks? Almost a month? Yeah, almost a month. Okay. Yeah, it hasn’t healed. And now all you do is, I’m assuming you forgave someone. Is that what or probably Yes, sir, I did. Okay. So all you did is you forgave someone and the pain goes out, which means that that pain was a direct causation of unforgiveness.

Coach Fergie: Okay.

Beatty Carmichael: Yeah. And even the injury that caused it is likely a direct causation. In [00:38:00] fact, in most cases, the person you forgive and when the pain started are usually about the same length of time back. Gotcha. Gotcha.

Coach Fergie: Can you use this protocol? I, I’m, I call it proline know. It’s the, yeah, no, the

Beatty Carmichael: protocol is a great, great

Coach Fergie: term.

Okay. So IUI use this protocol even if I like. Lied to God or lied to, like kind of what I mean by that maybe is like, , I, I don’t say I make promises, but I, I make promises that I’m going to do this. Or like, I, I, I break that promise to God. Yeah. And I ask for forgiveness for that too. Yeah, yeah.

Okay. Because there is some things that I’ve weighed on my mind that, , I’ve made pro, I never have bargained with God. I’m like, if you do this, I’ll do this. I’ve never been that guy, but there’s certain things that I said that I, you make a commitment

Beatty Carmichael: and then you fail on the commitment. Yes, sir.

Coach Fergie: Yeah.

Beatty Carmichael: Yeah,

Coach Fergie: absolutely. Okay,

Beatty Carmichael: so what’s cool with the prayer freedom, this is a demonstration that I just did. It’s very specific, very narrowly focused, but there are a lot more issues that we have in life that we think are normal, [00:39:00] that we just do things right and we don’t know why we do. We just think it’s part of life and it’s not.

Life in its abundance is zero issue, no junk. No crap. Everything perfect and no fear. No stress, no attacks from anyone. No, I mean, it’s just like, it’s, it’s perfect. Peace. And if you are anything less than that, there’s almost always a spiritual torment that’s striving it. ’cause that’s what the Bible says.

Jesus says, John 10 10, the thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy. So you were, it was stealing, killing, and destroying the quality of your life with those, with that pain. But I came that you might have life and have it abundantly, but to apply that abundant life, you have to do what he says. He says, repent.

For the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand, John five 16, confess your sin and you’ll be healed. We have to follow what God’s word says to receive the promises that God word says we have. And what the prayer freedom does. The book itself as a step-by-step [00:40:00] guide, it walks you through all these things. So that would’ve come up, whatever it was that you did, but so will a lot of other things that you have no clue about that is driving you.

Right? I see people with all kinds of little issues. One of Fran hand is shaking all the time, so why? I don’t know. This just always started. So when did it start? He said in college. And so we identified the root in college and instantly his hand stopped. Mm. So there are a lot of little things that, just take away quality of life, constant failures, whether it’s constant injuries, constant job failures. You go up and then your money, your income crashes and you keep getting pump pummeled relationship breakups. I remember a friend of mine, he’s super wealthy, his adult son and he would just badger each other and they could have family get togethers without blowing up in fights.

Sure. And I was asking him some questions. He said, well, there’s your source right there. And so I led the father to repent on behalf of his adult son. And [00:41:00] everything calmed down and it’s totally, they’re getting together and they have loving family relationships now. And all it was was a spiritual torment.

Right? I’ve seen this happen so many times, and as you go through the book, the Prayer Freedom, I unpack where you see this in the God’s spiritual laws. Story after story after story, and then the step-by-step standard operating procedure to apply the same process in your life and get completely free. And that’s how these people, these women at the Addiction Recovery Center, they’re getting free of all of their addictions of alcohol, drugs, sex, and, and pornography.

Love that they’re getting free of all of their mental illness, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, panic attacks, borderline personality disorder, getting off of all their meds. ’cause the psychiatrist says you don’t need it. Get off of it. Yeah. They’re saying their chronic pain disappear from rheumatoid to arthritis, fibromyalgia, all kinds of Absolutely.

It’s helping across the boards. Everything. It’s

Coach Fergie: across the board. Got got a question for you with, with, so you heard my prayer, which I’m That’s fine. There’s a certain person [00:42:00] I need to forgive. Yeah. Right. So I’ve forgiven him. And, and squat, I’m telling you like the ankle’s different. Okay? The bottom line is that it is, and the my close friends that know me, it is.

Okay. Let me ask this question, baby. So do I have to go and make amends with that person? No. Okay. Absolutely not, because

Beatty Carmichael: forgiveness is. Confessing that you were wrong to hold unforgiveness towards someone Got you once. Thank you for clarifying that. Yeah. Yeah. You don’t have to go back to the person unless you want to, , if you’re trying to restore a relationship, but like, , the woman, I remember when I was teaching this a couple years back at the Addiction Recovery Center, woman said, how can I forgive the four men who raped?

Well, that’s a good question. You still choose to release them individually from what they did. You’re not releasing what they did, you’re releasing. See, you have to look at the person separate from what the person did. I understand. Yeah.

Coach Fergie: The way you answered the person before. Everybody should get it with that.

Yeah. I, I get it. Yeah. [00:43:00] Okay. Excellent. So we are, we’re a little bit longer on this squad because we did the demo, but I do want to definitely jump into Beatty’s book here. And I’m going to, because he’s referenced it a few times, and I definitely, oops. Me not do that. Donny, can you pull it up? Yep. Perfect.

Okay, so I’m gonna pull it up because you can buy it either on a site or on Amazon, which I’m just gonna pull up the Amazon ’cause you’re more familiar with that. Most people are familiar with the screen of Amazon. Okay. So the is it showing on the Yes, it is. Okay. Yep, there it is. Okay. Yeah, so with. The, the book, they can find it in either Kindle or paperback.

Yep. Okay. Gotcha. And when did this come out? It came out a couple years ago. Right? 23 or 24 or something? Yeah, it came

Beatty Carmichael: out about 18 months ago. Plus or minus. Okay.

Coach Fergie: Gotcha, gotcha. And so what is the. Best way to kind of go through. I understand you have a QR code on the front. That probably helps as well, but Yeah, like to, to really have the journey through the [00:44:00] book, to really kind of pour into yourself, level up your life.

Get rid of pain, get rid of what, what you need to get rid of. Yeah, so it’s almost like a self-guided tour. Okay. I’ve got QR codes throughout that you can watch and I come on the show and kind of guide you through that section a little bit. Sure. So it’s set up linearly, but it allows you, like if you got major issues and you don’t really care how it works or why you just want to get free.

Beatty Carmichael: Right. It says just jump to section two, right? Okay. Section two is how to get free. Section one is what’s going on. So it’s very linear and if you just follow the instructions as you go. I try to move people through a simple process, but also. Fast track you straight to, oh, the go. Go back up to that one lady.

One more up. Yeah. So this lady right there, her name is Ashley Beard. Mm-hmm. Real interesting. This is something cool that happens with this too, because of how the spiritual laws work, a lot of times the issues that we deal with are impacting our children. Mm-hmm. She was raped at six and seven years old by her [00:45:00] uncle and her dad.

She went into heavy anxiety. She was on bipolar disorder. She, can I use names of drugs on this show real quick? Sure. Absolutely. Okay. So when I met her, she was taking 400 milligrams of Seroquel a day. Wow. To calm her nose, which is a lot. Okay. Wow. 200 in the morning, 200 at night. She was on Buson.

She was on Zoloft. Her two children, one and 3-year-old daughters were heavy asthma and taking inhalers, which is long before children normally do it. She goes through this and she says that the day I went through this the next morning. I was totally fine. None of my issues. She went to the psychiatrist, psychiatrist, took her off all the meds, and not only that, but she’d found that her two daughters no longer had asthma.

All the asthma disappeared. They no longer needed their inhalers, and now they’re able to run around like normal little kids. And what that showed is that all their asthma was a direct response to some of the sins that Ashley had [00:46:00] done. That when she confessed those sins, the Bible says that certain types, sins that called iniquities shall be visited to the third and fourth generation.

So the things that they were going through as children, whereas a direct result of the sins of her mom, their mom, when the mom repented of those sins. They were instantly healed. All the symptoms of asthma disappeared, so it wasn’t truly a asthma disease. It was a spiritual issue masquerading as a disease, and it all disappeared instantly.

That’s

Coach Fergie: beautiful, man. That’s beautiful.
